Ive gone back and done more services in the past few years. So I figured I'd update my review. Hair styling/blowout, brows, tinting, facials etc. I left happy each time. I've even gotten my husband to go in for mani/pedi massage. Bill and Chen are amazing nail techs They're able to lay acrylic down fast and barely have to file it after. It's Miami Beach prices, but it's quality work. Their new massage beds to do hair and facials are so comfortable, I fell asleep in it the first time. They didn't wake me up. They put a blanket and a face mask on me. I woke up a half hour later confused af, but very well rested and refreshed. 10/10 place. read more

If I could leave a zero star review I would !! My friend came here and got his nails done they damaged his nail bed by drilling to hard or using a high and left blood clot damage to his nails. Instead of accommodating him when confronted they argued and said it wasn't them! They still charged him to fix the damage they created. 0/10 don't come here. read more

I'm scratching my head (with my newly beautified nails) at how anyone could have had a problem with this delightful shop. I walked in on a whim because my hands had been run ragged from video poker sand swept strolls on the beach. I had no appointment and I was seated for service in a matter of minutes by Samoha. Samoha had my hands and nails looking like new in no time and even so she made sure to give extra care and attention to them - as I said they were in rough shape and she completely restored them. Many places on South Beach would have overcharged for this kind of work but if anything Nail Pub is giving you a deal for this kind of craftsmanship. I will be back and I'll be bringing my girlfriend(s)! read more

Just as terrible as the reviews state. I was here 50 minutes past my check in time. I just left, no service. At one point they tried seating me at a chair and the water was so hot it burned my feet. I noticed NailPub this past Sunday while walking to the beach for the Air & Sea show. I had been unable to get my "R&R" from my usual location and walked in to ask availability. Sure, they had a spot almost before closing which gave me some time to check out the jet planes, the pew pew and show off doing push-ups with the Army Rangers. It's a full service salon that also does massage, which I'd love to try next time I'm at the beach (both quick chair massage and full body). This last weekend though I just went to get my claws and hooves trimmed. Since it was close to closing time, I had both services done simultaneously...and I don't remember much because of the excellent work by my attendant :) The chair itself had the automated massage function for my upper body, the water was nice and warm and the equipment was clean. My chair was close to the window so I could see the street scape and continue to hear the Air Show until, again, I drifted off to LaLaLand. They also offer wine, soda or coffee while you're there waiting. read more

TERRIBLE. Gel Manicure + Pedicure Pedicure - didn't fully remove previous polish and didn't fully cover each nail with polish. Power tools used on nails way too hard thought he was going to break through to the skin. Pretty ridiculous. Bad shaping. Gel Manicure - Didn't dry the gel, blamed me and then texture on my nails from the gel that wasn't dried. peeling and chipping the day after my nails were done. Access gel on the side of my nails. Bad shaping. I should be able to get a refund to be honest it's that bad. This place sucks. Would never go back. read more

Came in on a Monday, my day off. I was looking for a place to call my home nail salon. They greeted me happily and asked what I wanted to get. I told them and she noticed my hands were bare and asked if I wanted a mani so I asked for pricing, it was good so I said let's do it. I was seated promptly and a pedi tech got to work and the nail tech came and did the same. Spoke mostly with my nail tech named Jada, and my pedi tech spoke Spanish and was quiet. I spoke Spanish as well but engaged mostly with the young lady in my face lol. My nails were scraggly so it was really nice to find a location around the block from home that was friendly and really clean. This place is an absolute disaster. As a licensed nail tech myself, I know what proper sanitation looks like--and this salon is a complete chop shop. The experience was not only disappointing but flat-out disgusting. Let me break it down: 1. Old, used files and buffers: These are supposed to be one-time-use for sanitation purposes, but they're reusing them across clients. 2. Dirty towels and soak-off clips: I was handed clips still filled with used cotton from a previous client--how does that even happen? 3. Ceramic drill bits passed around: I watched techs using the same drill bit from client to client with zero cleaning between, which is beyond unacceptable. 4. Three techs for one basic dip set: How does it take three people to finish a simple dip with no tips? Absolutely ridiculous. 5. Messy workstations: The tables were cluttered with trash and used tools, and the entire setup looked filthy. 6. Reuse of sanding bits: They reused sanding bits and buffers on different clients--huge red flag. I came here out of desperation while on vacation because a nail had come off, but I regret every second. I was quoted $5 for removal, only to be overcharged at the end. My dip set (with no color, no tips, no extras) somehow cost $73. No explanation, just a blatant rip-off. This place is unsanitary, unprofessional, and a danger to clients' health. If you care about your nails or your well-being, DO NOT go here. Spend your money elsewhere, because what they're doing is not just bad service--it's borderline negligent. read more

The gel polish pools at the tip of my nail, leaving a rounded curve and a weird shape. Got a pedicure, which was close to my hotel. I paid for an extra foot message. It was not a massage. I told them when I checked out, the nail tech said he did give me a foot massage. This is a nice nail bar, better than the 3 star average. They were busy but we were still able to walk in today and get mani pedis without reservations. The staff are friendly and they take there time, paying attention to detail. My nails are pretty short right now so I won't post pics today because I don't think it would do them justice. They did a great job in cleaning them up tho (I recently had acrylics on so I'm just trying to get them in better shape).
