I called and asked if they had availability for a pedicure, the lady who answered said " Yes, in ten minutes, see you then." I walked as fast as possible to get there and picked my nail color. No immediate greeting, sat down, then after about 5 minutes a lady tells me " sorry, we over booked. We can't do it ." Many places on South Beach would have overcharged for this kind of work but if anything Nail Pub is giving you a deal for this kind of craftsmanship. The manicure was good enough, but the manicurist left me with FOUR fingers with cuts on my cuticles which was really upsetting. 4/10 fingers is not great. When she asked me what I thought at the end, I expressed my disappointment - she said my cuticles were clearly sensitive, which may be the case, but now I have an infection so I cannot say I'm too happy with the service.

Adianez was my tech for the first visit, and while she was very nice, I don't speak Spanish fluently, so communication was difficult, especially since I had to show her the technique for reptile nails using blooming gel. I recently came back for another plain red set and was assigned a different tech Heydi, who was visibly frustrated when she couldn't achieve the sharp stiletto shape I was requesting, and passed me off to Adianez since she had done my last set. The salon doesn't feel welcoming, especially when the techs seem annoyed and don't pay as much attention to detail as I have become accustomed to with my last long-term tech. My nails always break as well and retention isn't great - I had to come back in to get a nail fixed for each set (for which they charge $7) and since my last nail fix on my current set, three more nails have broken. I'm pretty disappointed, and don't recommend this salon if you are particular about your nails/nail art and want nails that last.

I don't live in Miami but plan frequent trips but will make note to not return if I need another manicure while visiting.
