She was detailed-oriented, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable with her work at key points (e.g. the shaping, color). I was very happy with how my manicure turned out and it looked as good as new the next day, when I spent the day at an important work event. And yes, that also means that if you are late to your appointment or last-minute cancel your appointment, you will be charged accordingly. That day was a very special day, it was my mom's 100th birthday and we decided to give her some pampering. Wendy did an amazing job on her feet and hands and they were chatting, so I saw that my mom was truly enjoying herself.
