She was detailed-oriented, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable with her work at key points (e.g. the shaping, color). I was very happy with how my manicure turned out and it looked as good as new the next day, when I spent the day at an important work event. And yes, that also means that if you are late to your appointment or last-minute cancel your appointment, you will be charged accordingly.
