I walked in on a Tuesday morning for a regular manicure, and was accommodated without a wait. Laura was my technician and she did an excellent job! She was detailed-oriented, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable with her work at key points (e.g. the shaping, color). I was very happy with how my manicure turned out and it looked as good as new the next day, when I spent the day at an important work event. I also appreciated the fact that the instruments were freshly sanitized. The other staff members I interacted with were warm and friendly, which was great. The only thing stopping me from giving this salon a 5 star review is I felt the appearance of the salon overpowered the pampering. The pedicure chairs are more geared towards aesthetics than comfort. They're not uncomfortable, but I definitely am a fan of massage powered chairs that recline when receiving a pedicure. I tend to have high standards with pedicures, and the result certainly held up to my standards. I just wanted more of a luxury service when receiving my pedicure like a massage and use of a scrub and lotion to wrap up the service. That day was a very special day, it was my mom's 100th birthday and we decided to give her some pampering. Wendy did an amazing job on her feet and hands and they were chatting, so I saw that my mom was truly enjoying herself. She helped me pick out a nice color and It wasn't too fast or too slow. I felt the place was clean.
