I was really hesitant because of the reviews and I'm so glad I decided to come in anyways. I broke my acrylic toenail in half and they were able to reconstruct it and do a fresh French pedi on me as a walk in. My pedicurist was so sweet and detail oriented. This place continuos to have the lowest quality of costumer service. I was hoping to become a regular considering it's so conveniently located but no. My first encounter with the gentleman at the front desk left things to be desired, he was rude, condescending, and borderline annoyed that I was asking for availability for a pedicure. Today I tried again, maybe I perceived the initial encounter in the wrong way. But once again, I was proved correct when the I showed up at 4:30 wanting the same service, a pedicure, but the door was locked despite costumers being there and some waiting. The owner unlocked the door, looked me up and down and told me "sorry, we're closed." However, their hours stated they were still open. I walked away, they don't want my business that's fine; I will go somewhere else. The hostility and plain bad attitude are not worth it. The one pedicure I got was mid at best. Every time I've come in, I've had to coach the nail tech through basic things like filing and polishing neatly--something I expect to be standard. I asked for a specific nail style and was very clear about what I wanted. Instead, I got the exact opposite. When I politely pointed it out, the tech got defensive and even told me, "You should get somebody else to do it."..., she attempted it again & still wrong. Kathy the Owner did my nails, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. She was unprofessional and seemed unsure of what she was doing. After I mentioned something about my nails she throw a verbal altercation. I wasn't asking for much just simple short French nails but even that wasn't done properly. I started coming here in 2017, when a nail fill cost $17 and if you were a regular they would not charge extra for a "cut" (drill sand) down. As of yesterday the prices has gone up to $35. Girl bye. This place isn't particularly nice or clean and the owners are grumpy assholes. read more

I was going there for about two years regular customer go every 7 to 14 days just depending on my mood just to get pampered honestly never really particularly picked a nail technician always just got whoever was available recently started going to Quang start off good very quiet. He is exactly as described grumpy and not happy to have a job Nonetheless he always did my nails so I couldn't really care up until one time. I voiced my frustration which that I had just got my nails done a couple days before and I was unhappy with the job. He proceeded to tell me to never come back. got aggressive, and I left at the end of the day. I'm paying for a service and I should be treated with respect, especially if I'm treating them respect. Not the best experience, brought my sis for a facial next door so had an hour to kill and decided to get my nails done. The nail tech was nice but my nail color/shade and shape was off on every nail. Look at the results and tell me if you would go there for this manicure -- to me it looks very thick around the edges and the manicure seems sloppy. I've had basic manicures by the women here before and they've been good. Overall I'd say there is a lack of proper communication with customers, or quality checks. My toenails turned a strange color after a pedicure here and I've been religiously putting anti fungal on them to keep from getting worse. I came in for a gel mani and pedi on a Wednesday and by Saturday, 4 nails were chipped and peeling. I've always had really healthy nails and have other gel manicures last up to 6 weeks so this was ridiculous to me. I ended up peeling them all off because I would rather have no manicure than one that looks so old and horrible. Thankfully, the pedicure came out slightly better but even with that being true I still had nails chipping in just a few days. Just a huge waste of time and money honestly. Went here to get gel nails . Not even 2 days later; they are peeling off. And I noticed that she didn't even paint the entire nail on a few of them. I felt like a little child with tiny nails because she didn't paint the entire nail. I go back, ask to get them fixed. She only fixes a couple of them. Now all the other ones are chipping and peeling. Even the ones she redid. The gel hasn't lasted even a week. Do not go here. For $35 you could go somewhere else. Really not happy with it. For starters, it is incredibly rude that the lady was on the phone throughout the entire manicure... it also doesn't help that she cut my finger, I was bleeding the entire time and she acted like it was my fault for bleeding so much. After she cut me, she tried to clean it with a marker/pen for removing the polish and then continued to use it on my other nails. Luckily for you, I don't have an infection/disease, cause I have a feeling that she uses it with other clients considering how "clean" she was. She asked me if I wanted to cut my cuticles, and I explained to her that I just wanted her to trim hangnails and whatever loose skin is left after pushing the cuticles back. She was cutting too much! (That's how she cut my finger) so I explained it to her again and she continued to do it. I should have left at that moment but I had an event to attend to and couldn't go with a half mani. They do an okay job with nails. Last time the lady convinced me to do dip powder instead of gel with my acrylics because it was better. I did the dip powder which I was charged 50 dollars for. The next time I come in for a refill they tell me they can't refill nails with dip powder. They had to take off all my acrylics(which ruins my nails) and do the process all over again. They charged me 50 dollars again. No wonder the lady said dip powder was better. They're getting way more money out of me instead of doing gel. read more

My only complaint is the amount of skin that she removed near the cuticle. I prefer not to have so much taken out than have the skin grow back looking rough around the edges. My skin and nails are in good condition to require all that unnecessary clean up. Paid $40 for a regular mani & pedi. Sandra was very nice and gentle with my feet as well. She did an amazing job. The place was clean and comfortable. The only thing was that the tools weren't in a fresh pouch before use. They were sitting in barbicide sanitizer which I think I prefer knowing that they were properly sanitized in autoclave. Also they were no drinks offered. Other than that I liked the place.
