I had an amazing experience with Zuri she is so kind and does an amazing mani/pedi. The store is in a cute shopping center with free parking! All the ladies in there are so sweet! I am happy I found my go to nail salon thank u Zuri! U are truly phenomenal

All nail polishes are dry! And they don't have replacements even though its a "nail" bar... Katie the cashier did NOT care.. so you practically pay for a bad nail job (not the fault of the technician) she does what she can with what she has. Stay away - expensive and cero customer service!

I like this place. They have nice color options and a fairly decent staff. You have to know who to go to here. I found them all really friendly which is important you can tell that some are much more skilled than the others. The manager is really nice and helps to make sure things go smoothly. He always does his best to try and find time to squeeze me in if possible. The location is great if you live on the key!

The receptionist was very helpful and kind throughout. After my redo I'm so happy with my nails and would recommend!

Great service, great prices for KB, and they do a good job. The nailtech I did my nails with was Cassandra and she's great! She's funny and nice and knows what she's doing, especially with Acrylic. The salon is new and is clean and spacious. I definitely recommend!

I love coming here. Zori is amazing, very attentive and sweet, even giving me a stylus pen to use my phone while my nails were wrapped in foil to remove the gel polish. The services are refreshingly affordable compared to the rest of the key. The gentleman at the front desk always looks happy to see me and is very accommodating of appointment rescheduling. They require masks be worn, take your temperature upon entering, have hand sanitizer available, and plastic dividers between the manicurist and customer. I will continue coming here regularly!

I'm not sure if it's gotten any better lately but eh. Would not recommend, they need more techs or techs that know how to do different things. I used to come to this one for convenience but it was always something. Either they didn't have a tech that knew how to do acrylic or dip, or if something knew you wanted to try was out, want to try it? Nope. But they would then try & convince you why what they do is better. The techs are nice it's just not run well & I guess because of location it is more expensive. There are other places you'd like better. read more

I like this place. They have nice color options and a fairly decent staff. You have to know who to go to here. The only people I'd recommend to visit this place is the health department! This was hands down the dirtiest nail salon I've ever visited. I was misquoted on a price for a service and was up charged at check out as well. There are no prices listed anywhere. The nail tech also used a dirty tool (a dirty stick with other polish on it) to clean under my toenails. Gross. read more

A hidden gem for sure. It's in a building you would not expect to be a small indoor mall so be on the lookout and be sure not to pass it up. I had a great powder manicure and regular pedicure. Tanya did a great job and took care in both services. I do have to say my nails were a mess going it but leaving they were beautiful. The salon is bright and clean and the staff very friendly. If you live in Brickell, as I do, it is well worth the ride over to Key Biscayne! You won't be disappointed. GR read more

My wife has been going to this place for the last 2 years so I guess it's a good place because I know my wife and she's not going back to places that she doesn't like or does not recommend. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If you are going there don't ask for Julie she is rude and mean and not just didn't not do my service because she refused to put cotton and aluminum to take my gel off but she made a show screamed and said rude things. DON'T GOO HERE!! Terrible nightmare read more

First, this nail bar/salon is beautiful. The walls, tables and chairs are all white, so immediately my neat freak/germaphobe nature is put at ease. It's very clean! They have a large assortment of polish colors to choose from, and nice polish brands (OPI, Essie, and DND). They have their gel, infinite shine (7-12 day polish), and regular polishes all on display by color together which looks really pretty and takes the guess work out of the "is there a regular polish for my toes to match this gel color" and vice versa question of a lifetime. Second, I feel like fate brought me to this salon on a Sunday late afternoon because the manicurist, Cassandra, was the only person there. She squeezed me in for a color change between appointments, thankfully! Cassandra expertly and quickly shaped and polished my nails. She made lovely conversation and was very professional and polite. She also educated me about my nails. I could tell she really cares about the health of my nails. Like you, I've been to a ton of nail salons and spas. Some are nice and clean, but they don't do a great job of actually manicuring/pedicuring, polishing and communicating. Others are not very friendly, but do a great job of going to town on nails. It's rare when you find a nice, clean, comfortable salon with lovely, knowledgeable, and expertly skilled staff. If you live in Key Biscayne or Miami or if you're on vacation, I highly recommend neonail bar, especially Cassandra. Call ahead to make an appointment, though! read more

The place is beautiful and clean! Everything is brand new, massage chairs are amazing! Technician Cassandra is very professional, careful and quick! They open on Sunday. It is very easy to make an appointment. Nail polish colors range is extremely big, any color you want-they have. Nail polishes are new and fresh. Nice BUT EXPENSIVE Pedicure. Acrylic fills done by a woman I swear has never been trained. I offered to wait for the experienced tech. I was assured this woman could do them. My nails have been sore for days. The acrylic stuck from the bottom of my nail to my fingertips. She cut my cuticles dry. They charged me more than $40 for the nails and asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Here's your tip...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

Hidden little gem! So happy to have found this place. I was in desperate need of a pedicure and my "normal" salon was closed. Quick search on Yelp led me to Neo Nail Bar and Zori. This was the best pedi I've had since I've been in Miami. The foot massage was incredible. The salon was clean and everyone was very friendly. However, I brought my daughter in for a kid's trim (conducted by another woman) and as another woman experienced (written here), they changed the price from what was listed online. I asked to pay the price that was listed online and they said no and would not even dry her hair fully. She left with wet hair and I said I would not come back. As I mentioned, I had been coming to the salon regularly for over a year and I haven't been back. It was overall a very unfortunate experience. I have never had something like that happen at a salon where I was a regular customer.

I asked for firm pressure and to focus on my upper back and neck on my intake form and that's exactly what he did which I appreciated a lot because I've been to many spas where the massage therapist seems to not even read the intake form! After my massage Abel gave me a paper with a few product recommendations to promote relaxation, which was very nice! My advice is to ask for Abel and get the 80 minute massage as 50 goes by in the blink of an eye! While visiting the spa you also have access to the locker rooms with showers, bathrooms, beauty bar complete with hair dryers, shampoo, etc, a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The attendant in the women's locker area, Gigi, was super kind and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, she was great! Besides the incredible staff, the ambience of the spa is nice but pretty underwhelming. My mom and I both noticed that the jacuzzi located inside the women's facility had very uncomfortable seating. For example, some jacuzzis are fully tiled on the inside so you can sit on the stairs or the seating but all is tile and flat. The jacuzzi at the spa had a prickly plaster-like interior on the seating, steps, and bottom of the hot tub that was very uncomfortable to sit on so I didn't spend long in here. The outside jacuzzi by the adult pool is much better. While the overall ambiance and decor was nice, like I said I felt underwhelmed. The service was incredible but I wish they'd do more with the space!

I've been going to Neo Nails in Brickell for over 4 years and have always had an amazing experience. I was so happy to learn that they opened a second location on Key Biscayne! Neo Nail Bar is always professional, clean, friendly and do a fantastic job. They work quickly and offer a variety of beverages while you're receiving your service, which is a great touch. I've done acrylic, gel and regular manicures and pedicures and have left happy every appointment. They also have a wonderful selection of polish colors and brands (OPI and Essie amongst others). Julie (Juliet) was wonderful and very patient! She was great with the French Polish technique as well as overall care and attention to detail. I liked that she would inquire about a particular way I preferred a service before doing it. Beautiful spa, calm and relaxing. I liked the location as peaceful there and great parking. I searched the area for a nail salon and this seemed to be the only one with a website and Facebook page. It was definitely a little difficult to find but after calling and getting actual directions it was pretty easy. I was VERY impressed!
