Had a great impromptu pedicure with hubby. He did the yellow (which is lemon and a scrub), I did the blue which had salts to help with foot swelling. It was a great stop and much needed pampering for our travel tired toes. Would come again. My polish came out perfectly too.
I really love a nail place that uses new files clean straight out of the pack and the other equipment is sterilized and also opens from a wrap container letting me know that the nail service will be sanitary. My nail tech (Veronica) was quick and did an amazing job on my pedicure. If I had to think of a con to the service it would be seeing an employee (not the person doing my pedicure) vapping. Being from ny I'm very used to a non smoking inside atmosphere so looking at her vape then blow the smoke in the air was weird and to me inappropriate for a service related business. I smelled the vape and actually had to cough a few times bc of it. One other note is that they are not particularly welcoming when you arrive. The location was convenient to where my hotel is so that why I chose this place over others with better reviews.
I stopped in the salon from a recommendation from a friend and ROSSA did my nails it's builder gel and a lot of people in Miami don't do them really good. She did an amazing job super happy. She also gave me a great pedicure. She's very meticulous about her work.
After spending over $200 on a refill "gel builder" manicure and a gel pedicure 3 days ago my nails are discolored and chipping. Overpriced and now I have to pay extra to fix it elsewhere! I ended up here because the place next door to my house which is $50 for a manicure with gel builder was booked for the rest of the day.
I came to The Nail Venue in a pinch during vacation. My nails were growing out and I picked this spot since it was closest to my hotel. When I got there, Tee directed me to wash my hands and took AMAZING care of me. He ensured I was comfortable every step of the way and helped me find the perfect color. I had a great time chatting with him and never felt rushed or ignored. If I lived in Miami, this would 100% be my go-to :)

I am so sad to say it because i love this place :( but i got a horrible infection from this place. there is one member of the staff who is very old and he was very aggressive (he means well) but he kept cutting me and would get frustrated with me when i would complain. i felt really bad asking for someone else because he is old and i didn't want to make him feel bad. but he was not listening and gave me several cuts. it's not him- it's just that i think he was getting lazy/careless. anyways. my finger is super infected and is extremely painful. I will need to start antibiotics maybe he didn't clean the instruments. i don't know. but make sure you ask them to clean and don't be afraid to speak up!!! I should have asked for someone else
Horrible. All I can think of is how bad my finger hurts. He cut me twice and kept using the drill on the same part of my cuticle so it burned so bad. He did not ask me what I wanted with shape and I had to tell him after he assume what I wanted. I then show him a design of a nail photo and he completely messes the photo up with all the wrong colors so I tell him after... that doesn't look like the photo I showed you. He takes the design off and gets mad at me! As if I messed it up LOL Okay then he does the design correct this time but makes the lines so messy and doesn't bother cleaning up the color on my skin after. $75 total for these! I barely left a tip because I have to wear a band-aid on my finger now.
I thought this would be a nice place for a manicure and a pedicure. It's a really large location on Biscayne Boulevard. When I walked in I noticed how many stations there were and how large the place is. I can't imagine how much the rent is here. They must do a lot of manicures and pedicures. The manicure and pedicure were less than OK as they both seemed slightly rushed. I'm used to being offered a beverage like a bottle of water and that wasn't offered. There were two guys at the front area. Both of them were more interested in watching the football game than any customers coming in. They were dressed as employees so I'm not sure exactly what their function was. I know communication is always a struggle here, but this place it was worse than normal. I asked for my nails to be buffed. She probably doesn't hear that word very often and didn't understand what I wanted. So I didn't get the buffing. If you want lightning fast service for a pedicure this is a place to go. She had me put my feet in the tub before she turned on the water. So the water was nice and cold the first couple of minutes. That was unusual. I certainly won't be back. The service here was supremely less than par.

It's beautiful and clean inside and the staff all seems friendly and very professional. I got sns with tips and pedicure (about $87), and they honestly came out better than any place I've been. Very high quality place. Looking forward to being a regular.

I got a gel pedi for $100 on Tuesday. By 6pm of the same day 4 toes had peeled off. I went back the next day had it fixed, and then by Thursday evening the big toe had broke off (it was acrylic which I paid extra for) it broke in 2 places. When I went back I asked for SOME DISCOUNT or refund because clearly they did something wrong and it is a massive inconvenience to go THREE times in 3 days to get 5 out of 10 toes fixed. The manager told me "if you want refund you take off nail polish. We already fixed we won't give you any discount" Horrible customer service. She was so rude that all of the other customers were looking over shocked. Go somewhere else!!

I was worried to go to this place because of the mixed reviews, but ended up being pleasantly surprised and quite happy. I walked in on a Tuesday morning for a regular manicure, and was accommodated without a wait. Laura was my technician and she did an excellent job! She was detailed-oriented, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable with her work at key points (e.g. the shaping, color). I was very happy with how my manicure turned out and it looked as good as new the next day, when I spent the day at an important work event. I also appreciated the fact that the instruments were freshly sanitized. The other staff members I interacted with were warm and friendly, which was great. I decided to try a new place closer to home. I called to ask was there any opening on a Saturday morning and was told I could walk in. The ambiance and fast service as a walk in was great. I asked for the yellowburst pedicure which gave me the impression that there would be actual organic lemon slices. Instead there was a lemon scented powder he poured into the bowl. I attempted to ask but the language barrier didn't allow me to convey anything to him at all. Down to my service outside of the color I pointed to that I wanted. I asked for one rhinestone toe and showed him the photo. He nodded. Polished my feet with the cat eye polish I chose then began to oil my feet to finish. I then signaled for him to wait and again showed the picture. He went to get another gentleman to ask what I was saying. He then relayed it to a woman who came over to do the rhinestone application and finish me up. Over all he gave me a pretty decent pedicure, but there are some blurred lines with the menu as well as the language barrier as I'm very particular about my pedicures. I will however try again and hope for the best. read more

This really is a phenomenal nail salon IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TECHNICIAN. Who does your nails service here is the difference between a one star experience or a five star experience. I will start with a five-star experience. I had been here a few months ago, had a bad manicure and vowed never to come back. My friend Rachel has the most beautiful dipped nails And I asked her where she got them done. To my surprise she told me it was at this salon And that she has a specific girl that does it very well. Fast forward to today, When I got the best dip powder manicure of my entire life from Rosa. I cannot recommend her enough. I nails look natural, She shaped them perfectly and I am very happy. Her pedicure is good too. The salon itself is very nice, spacious, clean, stylish, well equipped and all the equipment is brand new. read more

Listen here, this place is AMAZING!!! Today was my first time ever coming here and it was an awesome experience. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. My nail tech ROSA, was awesome. I walked in with my nails looking crazy, and she fixed me right on up. I WILL BE RETURNING!!! I just found my new nail place. read more

I've been coming here for 6 months and will never come back! I came on 4/12 and got dip powder on my hands with a French design in gel. I've been doing this for 6 months with no outlandish price issues! I do a regular pedi and the dip/gel manicure and pay roughly $95 plus tip. I assume the pedi is probably $30 and the dip/gel is $65 because of my almond shape and the French. Also, my nails are long, I get an occasional tip added here and there if I have breakage, but for the most part the nails are all mine! This time, by 4/13, the very next day, the gel on my thumb already started chipping. So, I came on 4/14 and got my thumb fixed for free, great! Then, by 4/17, TWO MORE fingers chipped, but with work I couldn't come back. By 4/18, TWO MORE fingers chipped so I came in on 4/24 with now FOUR chipped fingers. Ive never, ever had an issue with the gel chipping on top of my dip, so idk what happened this time. Anyways, I came in, asked to have the gel filed off and redone thinking it would cost me like $10-$15 max . I originally did my nails with Rosa, and got her again this time so I was happy because she's familiar with what I like. Rosa filed off the gel polish from all ten fingers and redid my design. Great! I go up to pay and they said it would be $45!!!!!! FOURTY-FIVE to file off the gel and redo the design. The design by the way took Rosa FIFTEEN MINUTES. I WAS SHOCKED so I obviously said WHAT!!!!!???? A lady came and reinforced the price so I questioned why and she said something about how it's nearly $5 PER FINGER for design and then a guy (maybe owner or manager jumped in) and tried to justify why on earth it's $45 but it's clearly irrational and illogical pricing. I told them if I pay $65 when I come for a whole new dip set and design, how can just the design this time be $45? I asked if just dip with no polish is $20 then and of course they said NO it's $50.... Umm, the math ain't mathin'!!! They stopped arguing with me were not reasonable and made me pay this ludicrous amount for a change of gel polish with a simple French design. Not that they care, but I'll never be back! read more

Tan is my favorite nail tech in the world. I will be coming here as long as I can!! I'm so happy with how my nails came out, he is so precise and such a nice guy. I LOVE MY NAILS!! I asked for a French mani with a little design and he did it perfectly. I'm so so happy. read more

At the first after you get out the nails look good , but after 2 days your first nail gonna break . And after 3 times I did refill with them my nails turn into green color what I never had before - because I get my nail done since I'm 16 years old . And on other thing is when I called I ask how much is acrylic refill ? And the lady that answer said : between 25-35$ so why I got to pay 50$ ?! When I asked the guy that did the nail for me he said : you didn't ask me how much is that , and I said I asked on the phone. So they will try to overcharge you and use very bad quality acrylic and gel - so don't blame yourself if your nails start to break 1 day after you got them done. And I'm not sure if they clean the equipments as they should. read more

I cannot say enough about this place, everyone there is great! Nail techs are amazing especially my favorite tee. He is personable, takes his time and does a great job. Overall, this is a family business and they all work very hard to service their guests. Please support them. I have been going for over a year and hope they can sustain the business during these times of covid. They wear their masks and have a plastic between for all services so you are safe! read more

Where do I start. This nail salon was a life saver for me. I came into Miami early on a Friday during the whole covid-19. I'm from Chicago so all of our nail shops were still closed. I got off my flight and started making calls to nail salons. Everywhere was booked. I came across the nail venue bc they were close to my hotel. They told me to come right in. I was the first customer in the shop. I wanted a full set with ombré and a pedicure. Rosalia did my nails and she did a wonderful job, only con was that it took forever, almost 2 hours for a full set. I'm used to 30-45 mins tops! Rosa did my pedicure and she was a much faster abt 30 mins and I was done. She did an amazing job, no more crusty feet. Lol!! I was also offer beverages while I waited. This place was nice, clean and quite. They are keeping customers 6 feet apart and also taking your temp upon arrival. I highly suggest stopping in. You may find your new nail salon. read more

I have been coming here for about 3 years, after switching to working remotely. They are the best nail salon in that area and I have never been disappointed. I primarily only go to Tan but Lisa is pretty good as well. read more

HORRIBLE! 5 stars are probably from people who don't know what a great looking nail look like. I never had nails done so badly how I have it here! It breaks a DAY later and they charge to fix it!
