I remember driving by this place once and noticing a sign that they are open late. So recently, I had an event from one day to the next and the place where I would regularly go to get my nails trimmed was not opened at a time convenient between work, gym, and the event. I called 305 nail spa, and was able to get an appointment around 7PM on a weekday. Since then, this has become my regular spot to get my hands and toe nails trimmed. The technicians have been very friendly and accommodating, even fitting in a 9 PM appointment for me even on short notice. Yes, even like the "big boys" they offer wine and or coffee while you are getting your spa service. Prices are very reasonable especially when you factor in the hours they open. Not happy with the service received at this nail salon. I went in for a mani and pedi, ended up only doing the pedi because I knew I would have been so mad if I paid for a mani. The lady did not clean inside my nails and that's a huge red flag for me. Another thing which just killed the entire experience for me was that my nails weren't cleaned around the nail edges after the polish. If you're a particular person with your things. I've been going here for about 5-6 months. At first, their pedicure chairs weren't very "handicapped accessible". There was a bench along the wall and was almost impossible to access. After an attempt and falling, I decided to get my toes done at the manicure station until the "new" chairs came in, which I'm now able to access. They're comfortable, but def not new in any sense of the word. Let me also add that when my pedicures took place at the manicure station with no soaking, no rubbing, color off, clean up toenails, paint, I was still charged for a full pedicure service. I never complained. I haven't really had any major issues with the services except once when I switched techs to get a design and ended up going home with glow in the dark nails (which I didn't ask for) and after mentioning it 3 days later to Monica (owner), and informing her that the polish was literally peeling off (and providing pics), I was told I only had 24 hours to complain in order to receive a refund. I wasn't even asking for refund, I just wanted some acknowledgement and maybe she's sorry her tech sent me home with nails I didn't ask for that glow and clearly weren't made for UV light, as they were peeling off. No apology. Just "no refund." I continued to go because I really like my nail tech. This last time I went I had one broken nail and needed fills and a pedicure. I decided to get the same color scheme and style as the previous time. I expected to pay the same, however, my previous $35 nail service was now $50. The pedicure also went up $5. There's also no pricing posted around the salon, and noone mentioned prior to services that prices were increased. When I explained to Monica that I was overcharged I was told that I was not because prices went up $5 each. Ok. So how does that factor a $50 manicure which was previously $35? Im also always charged an additional $10 for custom nails (I did a French) and some other $2 fee. No idea what for. I don't mind paying a bit more for my nails, as I like to have them on point. However, I don't believe in racking up charges for no reason with no explanation. As someone who's been going for many months, I should be informed that the price of my nails I paid for 2 weeks prior (same style/different color) is now going to be an additional $15. I don't think that's how to treat loyal customers. I also don't think you should be charging fountainbleau spa prices at a salon with bullet holes in the front door and windows. Nonetheless I made an attempt to go back, because again, I like my nail tech. I was told by the owner that I'm not allowed services because my partner didn't think being ripped off, overcharged, and disregarded about it by the owner was acceptable, and decided to dispute a small portion of the payment. I had no knowledge of this, I apologized and asked if I could still go in, "no, there is an open dispute." I called the bank, the dispute has been closed for weeks! Booked an appointment here excited to finally find a place open after I leave my office. After getting my appointment for 8 pm confirmed, I received first a call at 6:50 from Rache Trujillo asking if I can come earlier, I told her I would try my best but I didn't think I would be able to get there any sooner to which she asked me why not and if it was because I couldn't or didn't want to which I thought was a little rude but let it slide and hung up. Then a little after 7 she asked if I could come tomorrow and I told her no since I would be out of town and asked if there was anyone else available that could take me at 8 pm. So.... I had a very bad experience with this salon... apparently the tech didn't disinfect instruments , she cut my cuticles and brought me infection! Also after she cut it she didn't sanitize it , just left it like that. So New Year Eve I spent in the urgent care because my finger looked so bad and the infection spread out and it was dangerous for the whole body. It still hurts a lot but after spending so much money on antibiotics and everything it's a little bit better now. I contacted their salon was asking for refund and also for at least half price for my recovery but they were threatening me saying If I leave at least one bad review they gonna take some actions. Nobody refund me even for this service which brought me infection . So, I'm just saying that if you go there be careful because they don't disinfect instruments, threatening clients if there is something wrong from their side. read more

they are the bomb! I'm from Cali so I wanted to get my nails done here just to see if the service was like. I was very impressed on the amount of time gray spent doing my nails and paying attention to detail. They don't just slap nails on and send u out the door they actually take there time. I went in with nails that were too bulky or think for my hands and came out with the most beautiful nails! The girl chat was INSANE!!! Just so many good vibes. Lily did my toes and she was the sweetest her personality with have u in ur chair cracking up. It was not busy I was the only one in there for a good period of time so very relaxing. the only thing I noticed that was different than wat I've seen in other shops was that they don't have massage chairs that massage ur back while ur in the pedicure station so that was a bit different and that the water doesn't Automatically switched around and vibrate on your toes that's like the only con I can give other than that 10s across the board this will always be my go to while visiting Miami hope this review helps!!! read more

If you want to risk catching an infection, getting cut, having your nails ruined and being over charged for an incomplete service. Make your next nail appt at this salon right away! Worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had. To start they do not clean any of their tools. The Nail tech was using what looked like a very old nail file that had been used until it's last grit. All the other tools came out of a box she kept in a case which you can tell had not been disinfected. I didn't see the containers of Barbicide ANYWHERE. The nail tech wasn't paying attention and was more interested in the gossip than what she was doing with my nails. She cut me and made me bleed multiple times and I couldn't take it any longer. I told the nail tech I was going to leave my nails as they were to let them heal and take a break. She charged me $46 dollars for the removal and what she called a "manicure". I will add photos so you can see. When I asked to speak to the manager. The manager didn't try to accommodate in any way she had a "too bad" attitude. i had just flew into miami today and needed my nails done asap they were the only ones who took me in and thank god they did! for the first time ever i got told to wait 25 min and i don't think it was even that long, (usually they say 10 min and you're waiting almost 30) and well worth the wait. everyone was super friendly, it wasn't your typical awkward nail salon either. and did they slay my nails or what! 10/10 recommend will definitely always go to them when i'm in town. She makes sure you're happy with your nails, makes sure she knows exactly what you want, and is upfront about the price before she starts!
