Upon checking in, the receptionist immediately told me that because I was 7 minutes late, they would not be able to perform all the services I had booked. I asked what their grace period policy was, and she told me it was less than 5 minutes, which was surprising since I've been coming here for over a year and had never been told this before. I then asked a simple question: "Is my waxer ready right now?" She said no, she's still with another customer. So I asked for clarification: "Are you limiting my services because I'm 7 minutes late, or because my waxer isn't ready?" She couldn't give me a clear answer. At 10:55 AM, my waxer came out and told me she couldn't take me at all because I was "10 minutes late." I explained that I had actually been there waiting, and that she herself was not ready at my scheduled time. She insisted she couldn't take me because it would "mess up her schedule." I pointed out that she wasn't ready at 10:45 anyway, so it didn't make sense to place the blame entirely on me. Instead of any effort to accommodate or resolve the situation, I was simply turned away. This experience felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and dishonest. After over a year of being a loyal customer, I was treated with zero flexibility or accountability on their end. I will not be returning.

Sign said 8:30, my appointment was 9. The salon did not open until 9, so no chance of selecting my color early. The manicure was nice. The pedicure however was not. Unfortunately shaping my toe ended with them cutting into my skin. I felt a small pinch but didn't think anything about it. Only to look down and see blood. The bleeding did not stop resulting in cotton being shoved into my nail bed to try and stop the bleeding and having to remove the polish and start again. Since I did my service on a Saturday I can not go in Sunday since they seem to be closed and won't have any time this week to stop in again to ask if they can fix it. There's good music playing and my service (Brazilian wax) was done quickly and efficiently. I have been to several other waxing places all over the Fort Lauderdale and Miami area, European wax center had me having to pay for someone else to re-wax because they literally missed 40% of waxing. It was ridiculous. And natura spa but after trying several estheticians there each one either left my scarred from the wax being too hot and ignoring my requests to cool it down, or they left behind many patches. I thought it was a language barrier so I accepted and went with a color I didn't want but still regular polish because I get allergic reactions.
