The staff working the front desk were extremely friendly and efficient. The wax itself was great. However, I had an AWFUL experience with my waxer Linda. Throughout my entire appointment Linda behaved EXTREMELY unprofessionally. When I first sat down in the chair and showed her the area to be waxed (it had been some time since I had shaved) she looked at me with a face of disgust. When she began powdering the area, she kept repeating how SWEATY I was. Like, yes girl it is 85 degrees outside and I'm nervous about putting hot wax in my genital era, I have built up a bit of a sweat. When we began waxing, she began commenting on the length of hair on my legs (definitely with a negative connotation). Overall, great wax but HORRIBLE experience with Linda.

Sign said 8:30, my appointment was 9. The salon did not open until 9, so no chance of selecting my color early. The manicure was nice. The pedicure however was not. Unfortunately shaping my toe ended with them cutting into my skin. I felt a small pinch but didn't think anything about it. Only to look down and see blood. The bleeding did not stop resulting in cotton being shoved into my nail bed to try and stop the bleeding and having to remove the polish and start again. My hands and feet look fine leaving but its night time my right hand all nails are chipped by 9pm when I got my nails done by 12:30pm!?!? I paid 30 dollars for my hands to be chipped the same day!? I paid $15 plus an additional $7 to remove gel polish. The service wasn't bad and it was quick but it is now day 2 and my nails are chipped. I have been to several other waxing places all over the Fort Lauderdale and Miami area, European wax center had me having to pay for someone else to re-wax because they literally missed 40% of waxing.
