Very conflicted on my rating. Made an appointment for mani and pedi because I ran out of time before arriving to Miami. They were close to my hotel and open earlier than the rest. Sign said 8:30, my appointment was 9. The salon did not open until 9, so no chance of selecting my color early. The manicure was nice. The pedicure however was not. Unfortunately shaping my toe ended with them cutting into my skin. I felt a small pinch but didn't think anything about it. Only to look down and see blood. The bleeding did not stop resulting in cotton being shoved into my nail bed to try and stop the bleeding and having to remove the polish and start again. I'm so conflicted because I did two different services, one being nails and the other eyebrows. Starting with nails I did regular polish and it took over an hour and a half for hands and feet. In my opinion I dont think it should take this long but hey whatever I picked a dark color. Wicked to be exact again ive down this before at other locations never takes this long but Ill take it. My hands and feet look fine leaving but its night time my right hand all nails are chipped by 9pm when I got my nails done by 12:30pm!?!? I paid 30 dollars for my hands to be chipped the same day!? Nails regular polish I would give a zero because this does not make sense my feet happen to be fine... for now so I guess an average of 3. Now on the other hand I did my eyebrows with Astrid. What a remarkable experience a 10 out of 5. She outlines my brows showed me what they would look like before she started which was great explained that one side needed to grow in which I appreciate and had realistic expectations. She was efficient yet quick which I appreciate. I'm just confused overall because I don't understand how one service could be so fantastic and the other so horrible. Since I did my service on a Saturday I can not go in Sunday since they seem to be closed and won't have any time this week to stop in again to ask if they can fix it. I guess this will just be my go to eyebrow spot but definitely not nails. read more

READ IF YOU LIKE ACRYLICS! Loved this salon BUT One thing I gotta say is that their specialties are regular mani and pedis... I would not recommend this salon if you want dip nails with a tip or acrylics since they don't offer acrylics :/ I went and I got the dip + tip and the nails came out wonky. I'm guessing they don't work with tips a lot but other than that, my experience was great and they were very nice. read more

I booked a gel mani and regular pedi appointment at Palma after finding them on Instagram. I am pretty meticulous and picky person when it comes to my nails and value cleanliness when I got to to the nail salon. Although my nails look nice, I am disappointed with the service I received. The first thing that caught me off guard was that my nail tech (Elianny) was recycling aluminum foil she had used on previous clients to remove the gel on my hands. I found this odd but chose to continue with the service anyway. When she started doing my toes, I explained to her that I had sensitive cuticles and requested the clear cuticle gel to soften my cuticles. She cut my cuticles excessively. She refused to use cuticle gel which caused her to cut one of my toes with her gel. I also explained to her that I often have ingrown nails, and she attempted to clean my nail AFTER painting them. Instead of using a brush or Qtip to clean off excess nail polish, my nail tech proceeded by using her badly cut nail to remove excess nail polish from my toes. She also failed to moisturize my feet with lotion. When moving onto my hands, she was extremely rough with her buffer and nail file, even after realizing that I had sensitive skin. After removing my old gel, she failed to thoroughly clean my nail, before painting my nail with new gel [Often nail techs pass a little bit of acetone over each nail to create a clean base for the gel to stick properly] When trying to clean the excess nail polish, she again used her badly cut thumb nail to remove excess. I left the service with cuts on two fingers and one toe. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment. Save your money and go someplace else! read more

The people are nice, which is the only reason they are getting a 2. I would really enjoy getting my money back, to be quite honest. One hour after getting my nail dip done, I had to go back because the top coat they used was gel with UV light, which I thought was weird, already started peeling. I don't believe there should be any part of this service requiring UV, which is why I choose it. I went back and they fixed it, but it has now started happening on the same nail that was fixed and also all other nails. One has now also chipped and had to remove it (see pictures) exactly one day after getting them done Again, the place is cute and the people are nice but the services are sub-par and not worth the 55$ I spent. My pedicure is still good, it's the nail dip service I'm quite upset with. Last time I had dip it lasted 4 weeks. read more

Updating my review based on HORRIBLE management. The girls are nice but my mother 3 weeks ago got an infection on her toe due to lack of sanitation and disinfecting tools. Not only did she receive a cut and went the next day to show the salon they promised to waive her next visit, free of charge to apologize for what happend. She went today to get her hands and feet and they disrespected her by saying they don't remember her or promising her anything. Lack of accountability and responsibility. I only recommend 1 person that I've never had an issue with and that's Jeimy, other than that I agree with every negative post towards this salon. They have lost 3 clients. read more

I'm never one to leave reviews but this experience is pushing me to. The nails themselves have ben good and lasted and the place is nice. I did my nails with Katia yesterday and her energy was just draining. She took 3 hours for what usually takes 2. Pedi and Apres. She cut my own nails without asking. She was aggressive, rude, seemed annoyed and made numerous phone calls. She also took care of a customer that came in unexpectedly because her dip came off while she was doing mine. She'd take what seemed like little lengthy brakes in between and was rough while holding my fingers/toes. If I'm paying over 100 for a service I at least deserve to feel relaxed for that moment. read more

Beautiful gem located close to downtown Doral. They do a little bit of everything, nails, eyebrows, eyelashes, and facials. Rossi did my nails the first time that I came. She did am excellent job and my nails lasted 2 weeks and half. I decided to come to try with another technician. Catherine did my first deep powder service and she did awesome as Rossi. The front desk attendants are very kind and provided very good service, they offer you coffee, water, tea or hot chocolate. I love it!! read more

I got my nails done by Ketia and would definitely not recommend her if you're looking for nail art! I shower her a simple design with a flower and she totally botched it by just globbing on blobs of paint and using her bare fingers to smudge away errors... would have rather her told me from the start that she didn't know how to do nail designs. This is the last time I will use this salon. I made an appointment and when I arrived I was notified the person had left. I was not given notice or notified prior to my appointment that she had left. I made the appointment and arranged my entire schedule to be there on time. They did not even give me the curtesy of an explanation....simply blamed it on technology. I work two jobs and my schedule is extremely tight. Simply inexcusable and a sign of unprofessional and a care for their customers. Be Careful!!! I was sat for 3 hrs while the Technitian had her mask in her chin, talking on the phone, and criticizing the Owner because they were in low supply for Apres nail tips. They overly charged me ( I blame myself for that , I should have asked questions). Pretty salon and kind employees. Manicure was done well, clean and classic. Dip powder was a disappointment. Poor technic, too much product and distributed unevenly. Chipped 3 days later. 4 nails peeled off in 7 days after manicure , the rest are lifting. I don't clean, don't wash dishes, don't do laundry, don't blow dry hair. So nothing that could take off the Dip. My nails are damaged badly, worse than gel. Spent $45 for manicure that lasted a week. Really want to give them a second chance but don't think that want to waste my time and money.... read more

Got a regular mani and pedi here i did like the nail tech she did a good job however the hygiene is horrible. they re use towels for every client and don't clean the equipment as needed. I won't be going back because of the lack of cleaning. They also use the same towels for the feet. read more

So disappointed! First time I did my nails and toes here and now I have fungus! As disgusting as it sounds its true! Been doing my nails for years else where and the one time I try a new place this happens. This place needs to sterilize their tools for longer or at least do it the right way!
