One time I noticed they were missing my favorite color and I brought it up to her attention. The very next time I went, she approached me right away to let me know that she had ordered it and that it was already available. My nail technician is "Leyanis". She is just amazing! Extremely detailed and professional. I love her work. I haven't tried any of the other technicians but I've heard they're really good as well. The place in its entirety is always clean. There's always plenty of parking and the prices are reasonable.

I've been coming to this place for about six months for a manicure, and unfortunately, my…read moreexperience was not what I expected. After just a few days, the nail polish began to crack and peel. I decided to return to the salon for a fix, hoping for a resolution. However, when I did, the owner implied that she was doing me a favor by not charging for the correction, which felt dismissive. I believe customers should receive high-quality service and products, especially when they are paying for it.

The lady that did my nails was very nice and was able to do nail art.. Gel nails with reg Polish on toes was $40 or $45 And regular mani/Pedi was $35

I have yet to have bad service or poorly done service. Everyone is truly so nice and very true to themselves-- I love it. The energy of this salon is felt on arrival and I look forward to getting my nails done every month. I tend to use OPI more than DND because they last longer for me. Pricing is fair and average for being in Miami. I pay ~$60-$65 for gel mani/regular pedi. Again, it's worth it. No massage chairs for a pedicure which I don't care for. All supplies are sterile. Many color options and up to date with the latest trends. I recommend calling ahead to make an appt bc they have gotten really busy these last few months. Hope you enjoy your nails! Pictures don't do this place justice and, I don't care to take pictures of my nails lol.

I usually get overwhelmed when picking colors, so I just went with my usual french tips. The person that gave me my pedicure was "Kevin", and he was very sweet. He was also very meticulous with his work, and I loved his attention to detail! He genuinely took his time with my pedicure and I felt so good about my toes afterwards. I chose one of the upgraded pedicures and it came with a hot towel treatment, which I loved. Also, he gave me such an AMAZING foot massage, oh my goodness he hit some pressure points in my feet that I didn't know existed. Hospitality was great as well. I actually called ahead to schedule an appointment because it was Saturday and I assumed they'd be busy. I was honestly running a little late when I arrived, but the woman that received me at the front was nice about it. While Kevin was busy with my pedicure, she offered me a drink of my choice and asked me if I needed anything. All in all, it was a great experience and very relaxing. My pedicure took just over an hour, and I'm so happy with how it turned out. I will absolutely return if we're ever in the area visiting again. Highly recommend!

The pedi was not worth the $35, the water was cold, no massage or cleaning of the heals and toes, the women who did the service did not speak one word to me before, during, or after the service. I was never asked what level of pedi I wanted. I had my AirPods translate on the whole time I was in the salon. If you're new in the area avoid this salon.
