I was in town for the weekend with my fiancé. He was in the neighborhood doing some work, so while he was busy I decided to pop by for a pedicure. I usually get overwhelmed when picking colors, so I just went with my usual french tips. The person that gave me my pedicure was "Kevin", and he was very sweet. He was also very meticulous with his work, and I loved his attention to detail! He genuinely took his time with my pedicure and I felt so good about my toes afterwards. I chose one of the upgraded pedicures and it came with a hot towel treatment, which I loved. Also, he gave me such an AMAZING foot massage, oh my goodness he hit some pressure points in my feet that I didn't know existed. Hospitality was great as well. I actually called ahead to schedule an appointment because it was Saturday and I assumed they'd be busy. I was honestly running a little late when I arrived, but the woman that received me at the front was nice about it. While Kevin was busy with my pedicure, she offered me a drink of my choice and asked me if I needed anything. All in all, it was a great experience and very relaxing. My pedicure took just over an hour, and I'm so happy with how it turned out. I will absolutely return if we're ever in the area visiting again. Highly recommend! read more

I needed an emergency mani and pedi before my trip and I didn't know this place was across the street! Made an appointment the day before and came in and was greeted warmly. They did an excellent job! Also the massage chairs are great! Very clean and cute! I definitely recommend them. It took an hour and half, maybe a little less, which is standard for gel mani and a pedi. I highly recommend them :) read more

I got to the place 10 minutes before my appointment and it took them about 3 hours to finish, and the place wasn't even busy. I showed them a reference picture of what I wanted and they flat out told me they couldnt do it so I told them to just do a deep French tip. She started doing good nail prep but when she started putting the acrylic on, she got it all over my fingers, and she didn't even clean it off. They also made the nails SUPER THICK. Then she started to file and shape, I wanted square, I didn't get square, instead I got a weird mix of rounded square and coffin, AND THEY ARENT EVEN NEW NAIL SHARP! Half way through they moved me to a different person to finish my nails. (Mind you the person that was doing my nails originally didn't even move to someone else, she just went and sat at the front desk and was on her phone). Then the new girl started to file my nails again and started digging into my skin and was pushing back my skin. Then she started to paint my nails, she made the French tip uneven on all the nails and they aren't even the correct French tips. At first she didn't make them deep French tip so I had to correct her. And half way through she said "it wasnt dark enough" so she switched to a different color. She didn't even do a second layer of the first color. I also have acrylic all under my nails too. Also this place is supposed to be a nail bar, you know they are supposed to serve u drinks. NOT A SINGLE DRINK IN SIGHT, NO REQUESTS, NO NOTHING!!! don't come here. Ever. It's a waste of money if u come here cuz you won't get what u ask for. I am very unhappy I would give -100000 stars if it was possible (my fingers hurt) What if wanted vs what I got read more

Great service. I've been here three times and I appreciate the consistency is great service. My nails are done super well and they last. I do regular polish on my toes and either gel or dip for my hands. They always look clean, sharp, and I don't have to worry about chipping. Everyone is very nice and it's obvious they put pride in their jobs. They even offer beverages with service. Parking is easy. Prices are reasonable. It's a little far for me but I will continue to make the trip. read more

I always get my nails done with Kevin and he is wonderful. I have always had a good experience here.

First time coming here and couldn't been happier with their service and professionalism. Kevin did my dip manicure and change of color (toes) both were simply perfect. I've been doing dip for over 6 years and know my way around it, needless to say I'm not easily satisfied, most places rush and nails end up looking slanted. He not only took his time but was kind and honest about their pricing. read more

Well... I thought I would have a good experience here, but I didn't. I did a dip manicure with tips and a regular pedicure. The woman doing my nails was insanely slow and took about an hour. My hands took way longer, 2.5 hours. I don't see why it should take that long, since other places do it more quick and efficient. They also charged a lot for something so mediocre. My nails were even bumpy on the side. I will not be coming back. read more

I was driving by and decided to check them out, I just moved nearby and I've been looking for a good nail salon. I called and spoke with Jenny, she was nice and asked me to show up in 15 minutes. The salon was clean and the music was relaxing. Lots of parking all around. David did my refill and color. He was gentle with my hands, we spoke about California and how traveling has been put on hold. I was offered water, tea and soda. I noticed wine glasses, but I guess they only offer wine on special occasions. Anyways, not what I went for lol. I asked for regular color instead of gel, total was $20 + $10 for French. Overall it was a good experience and a good reasonable price. Next time I will try a pedicure and gel. Now I have to wait a couple of days to see if my nails last. Wish me luck. read more

BEWARE!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. I went back to get my pedicure fixed because they got messed up. I noticed the color didn't match my nails and I asked the guy that did my nails, Kevin, for pink to match with my French manicure, the color they gave me instead was peach. They wanted to charge me extra for changing the color to what I originally asked for. I was not about to pay extra. Insane that I paid $100+ and the treatment I got from Jenny was "I don't want to deal with you, that's your fault, pay extra" absolutely gross customer service. These people give Asian nail salons a bad reputation. Hard to believe these two are adults with the way they gained up on me for asking to fix their own error. Honestly, you shouldn't be in business if you can't acknowledge your mistakes and lack basic customer service skills. Another point I want to add is how I noticed between yesterday and today a few people came in with chipped acrylics or nails. That's a sign of poor work and cheap product quality. Go somewhere else, seriously. These people are price gouging and could care less to do a proper job. read more

Worst experience. They took 4 hours and did a botched acrylic job. Another lady had to take over to fix it and it still came out terrible. I left without finishing because of how frustrating it was. What's worse, they didn't even offer to comp it, they charged me full price. read more

This was my first time visiting Mluxe and I was very impressed. The first thing that you notice is how clean, neat and organized the salon is. They have a great selection of colors and treatment options. My manicure and pedicure services were reasonably priced, and the results exceeded my expectations as a first-time visitor to the salon. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the salon atmosphere is relaxing. I have already booked my next treatment and would recommend the salon without hesitation. Well I didn't think spending about 2 hours in this nail salon for the first time to not get what I want. I'm never the type to write reviews about anything but this time I am so I can share my experience with them. I had a very hard time explaining to them what I wanted and how I wanted it I ask them to cut my nails all the same size because 2 were longer than the rest of them & they didn't understand and even told me that the picture I showed them was "edited" and they made it look all the same length. Wrong I always do my nails and I've never had a problem. She took my nail off and got mad and placed it again to just be the same size ! Not only that but I spent $70 on something that I wasn't happy about. Terrible work read more
