Although I see no mention of this, I was told they were closed and I needed an appointment. I was disappointed as I wasted money on an Uber. I really enjoyed the people that worked here but the girl that did my nails didn't do that well of a job. The gel was thick and even though I got them done on Monday, by Thursday the gel was lifting and pulling my hair. My nails usually last two to three weeks with gel without lifting and I never pick at my nails so I was very disappointed. Honestly the three stars is because the workers are angels. read more

NO FRILLS. Cheap. So I came here for a pedicure because I desperately needed one and saw good reviews. This salon does not have spa pedicure chairs which is probably one reason why it is so cheap. They put a bucket with water under the manicure table and you soak. My technician did one foot at a time...soak, cuticle cutting, buffer feet and paint...and then switched. It's awkward because they take your foot and put on their lap. It can be uncomfortable. It also hurt a little. I hated that I didn't really get a massage. 10 seconds of gentle rubbing. WTF? That's like the best part. At least this place is clean. For a $15 pedicure, I guess I could deal if I wanted a no frills, cheap pedicure. They have a $20 Mani pedi deal which is good. My husband and I went here today for pedicures before our cruise tomorrow. I looked on Yelp and saw good reviews and this place was very close to our hotel so we decided to give it a try. We're used to getting pedicures while sitting in the massage chairs so it surprised us to see that we would just soak our feet in a foot bin instead. While everyone was vet pleasant virtually no one spoke English so when I asked about prices they had to send another lady over who put prices into a calculator to show me them. That said, the prudes were very reasonable and we were already there. Quality of the pedicure and technician were both very good, though I have to admit I missed having a massage chair. Also tools are shared - nail files, Clippers etc, in terms of them not using new ones for each client but not sure if that's common around here. Looks like they get lots of business so I felt fortunate that we were able to get service very quickly. I likely will look for another place if we return. I'm still rating them 4 stars since, for the price ($20 pedicure and I had a gel manicure for another $20) and the quality of service and friendly staff (even if we didn't speak the same language) Don't shy away from giving them a try, but be aware of the language barrier if you don't speak Spanish, and don't expect a massage chair which has been pretty standard every where else we've gone.. read more

Horrible customer service. Would not recommend this place to anyone! They completely half-assed taking off my gel manicure, and said the only way they would fix it was if I had gotten a manicure... I stumbled upon this place when my boyfriend was getting some work done on his car right next door. To pass the time I got a pedicure here by Yerimar and she was amazing. So gentle but really cleans up the toes. She should honestly be working at a high end spa, her touch is so amazing and my toes came out perfect. The mani/pedi was definitely worth the $20. The place looks new and very clean. They have a nice variety of nail polishes that you could choose from. The lady that was taking care of my nails was very nice. She filed and painted my nails very well. Plus, a little hand/foot massage was an extra bonus for me. Terrible place! I don't understand the good reviews. Or maybe i was just "lucky" to get a mew person. I went on Saturday and did gel mani and pedi. My gel manicure started chipping after just three days. When she was doing my nails she was doing the first layer of the gel like whatever, she wouldn't even fill the in completely like its done. Maybe thats the reason they started chipping so soon. The pedicure was also bad. The nails were not even filed right. Just terrible and not cheap as people say. I decided to treat myself to a gel mani (first time ever) before a trip I was having and I was very disappointed with the result. My nails were poorly painted and looked very clumpy. I came here during lunch break as I was needing a pedi and mani gel. The lady that assisted me was name Kelly and I was very satisfied with the job she did. The place was clean and smell fresh, the only thing I noticed is they dont have pedi chairs. They literally use buckets under the manicure table for the pedicures. Honestly the $20 for the manicure pedicure is not worth it. The place is small and tight and uncomfortable. There is only one person who knows how to do acrylics, and so I had to wait almost an hour and a half for her, after I had already called for an appointment. I only needed acrylics on 4 of my nails since they had broken off, and gel on the rest. Three of the acrylics came off within a week... also did i mention they refused to do a full set on my friends' nails because her natural nails were too short?? I heard of Acqua Nails from an advertisement sign that I had seen around town. ($19.99 mani/pedi PLUS a FREE eyebrow wax.) I thought it would be worth a shot and easier than going to the mall around Christmas time. It wasn't very busy and I had called ahead to make an appointment just in case. The color selection was pretty decent for both gel and regular polish. The manicure was done well with gel polish and I am very happy with the job that she did on my hands. The pedicure was not so good. There are no spa chairs and you put your feet into a bucket of mild warm water and put your feet on her lap. She did a poor job on "scrapping" my feet and making them smooth. She hardly paid any attention to getting rid of all of the calluses, etc. When I was finished I wanted to also get my free eyebrow wax but the store owner is the only one licensed to do any waxing and she had left and wouldn't be back for at least another hour. I wasn't going to wait one hour so I came back 2 days later for my eye brow wax and it was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I went into the back room for my eyebrow wax, laid down on the table, and she was done with my eyebrows in 1 minute. I hardly laid down and she was already putting the wax around my eyes without even looking to make sure she was going to make them even. She put a little wax on and called it good. Didn't even bother to pluck any stray hairs or anything. When I got up she didn't even offer to show me what it looked like in a mirror. I had to ask her to see what it looked like. When I left I still had wax around my eyes and the wax job was terrible. I actually came home and trimmed up what she didn't do. In my honest opinion, I would try and find a different place to go.
