My friend recommended me this place to get my eyebrows threaded since I was looking for an…read moreaffordable place ever since I moved to Miami. There are two locations, but I go to the Kendall one since it's close to my apartment. Plenty of parking available since it's located in the plaza where the movie theater is. Making an appointment online is convenient and they have a lot of time slots. Paying by card will cost you a fee so to avoid that fee, you would need to bring cash. Eyebrow threading will cost $11. I usually leave it up to them to shape my eyebrows because they know what would look best for my face shape. I always leave satisfied by the eyebrow shape they threaded. However, I do notice that there are a few hairs that I would need to clean up myself when I get home. Overall, I will keep coming here. Maybe next time I will tell them to clean it up a bit more.

She left me with barely any hair and waxed so much the following day i had bumps all over my brows. Thankfully corporate did give me a refund. Sadly I will no longer be going there for brows. It was the only nail salon I trusted. Unfortunately, my last visit was sub-par. My friend, Lourdes, was always raving about Diverso and its new owner-- a lovely lady named Sabrina-- and her manicurists. I decided to give the place a try and holy cuticle, I am SO glad I did. This place is super modern. The decor makes me feel pretty. LOL. The white walls and furniture looks great with the orange accents. It's actually a huge relief to walk into such a bright place. The equipment was clean. I usually take my own supplies for the manicurists to use but I felt really safe letting them use their own stuff here. The owner, Sabrina, works the front desk and is the sweetest thing. I was sat immediately for my appointment with Misleydis (spelling?) who was FANTASTIC. She also does my friend Lourdes' nails and her daughters. All of the ladies were friendly and really seemed to be having a good time. I laughed the whole time I was there and felt like I was among friends. My manicure and pedicure were impeccable. The entire thing took about an hour and a half. Misleydis was very thorough and detail oriented. There aren't any massage chairs or frills, but hey. The quality was way better than most places that have a $1000 chair for you to sit on. Quality really stood out to me. When you book your appointment through Yelp, it just shows the owners name. If you want an appointment with a specific manicurist, you need to call. Their prices are outrageously low so make sure you tip well. These ladies honestly deserve it. I booked my next appointment on the spot, something I've never done at any other salon.

The salon is very clean and organized. They had music playing which made it feel like a spa and they even offer chocolates as a sweet treat after you pay. As for nail polish they have a large variety of Essie and OPI, I even noticed they use creams from bath and body works which was a nice touch. My nail tech Misleidy was very sweet and attentative she even gave me some insight on gel nails since I had never had them done. My only real complaint about this place which is a reason I knocked off a star is that I wish they had spa chairs to sit on while doing your feet since it really makes a difference or at least some type of platform to place your feet on while getting them done.
