Awesomeness me customer service. Threading was new to me and I'm hooked. It's painful though.

My friend recommended me this place to get my eyebrows threaded since I was looking for an affordable place ever since I moved to Miami. There are two locations, but I go to the Kendall one since it's close to my apartment. Plenty of parking available since it's located in the plaza where the movie theater is. Making an appointment online is convenient and they have a lot of time slots. Paying by card will cost you a fee so to avoid that fee, you would need to bring cash. Eyebrow threading will cost $11. I usually leave it up to them to shape my eyebrows because they know what would look best for my face shape. I always leave satisfied by the eyebrow shape they threaded. However, I do notice that there are a few hairs that I would need to clean up myself when I get home. Overall, I will keep coming here. Maybe next time I will tell them to clean it up a bit more. read more

This was my first time coming to Rozina, I must admit that I was very hesitant because I had been going to my usual salon for years. The lady that has been doing my eyebrows moved out of Miami, leaving me stranded! After reading the reviews for Rozina, I proceeded to make an online appointment. The webpage was very easy to navigate, making the appointment process very easy to do. This salon is inside of a Beauty Mall located in the heart of Kendall. Parking is plentiful and you can double your efforts by visiting the other stores in this outdoor mall. The Beauty Mall has a great vibe, chill music playing in the background was the right volume. Rozina greeted me with a warm smile and asked me to wait until she was done with a few ladies that were there before me. When it was my turn, she took the time to ask me what I was looking for as far as my eyebrow shape. I am very happy with the way my eyebrows look, with the salon, and mostly with Rozina! Bruh. When I tell you, this woman's work is responsible for bout 98% of my self-esteem Her work is meticulous af and magical! It changes my whole ass life!! I'm like ehhhh have u seen these brows?! I called at 7p about an hour before close. Laila answered and said she'd be closing at 8p. I asked for the address and rushed over. At the time of my arrival she was working on another client. I called and she opened the door to the building for me and was so gracious. I knew nothing about the requirement to have an appointment. So I sat and waited. Some other clients arrived after me. When she completed the client I was working on she came out to tell me that she had to take the other clients as they had an appointment. Once they were done, she came out for me. She was so sweet and kind. She did an AMAZING job on my brows. I paid her, she took some info, and I was on my way. I live in NYC where threading studios are on every corner. I came here for the first time a couple months ago , Laila did my eyebrows and I loved how they came out . The second time I came back she made my eyebrows a little uneven , I didn't think anything of it , it wasn't that big of a deal . Today I came in to get my eyebrows done and she ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED my eyebrows . My eyebrows have no shape , they're uneven , ONE EYEBROW ISNT EVEN STRAIGHT ! Eyebrows came out nice but I was overcharged for a simple eyebrow threading which is super annoying. I was charged 15$ plus I left 2.50 in tip so I payed $17.50 when the website say they charge $11 for eyebrow threading. Wish I would have confirmed before paying and getting ripped off. I swear if i could give this 0 stars I would. I had been growing out my eyebrows since middle school. I have bushy brows and I love them, it's what makes me, me! I expected to get a clean as the quarantine has fully taken over and my brows needed a brush up. I specified i wanted to keep them really thick and long and only wanted a light clean... 15 min later she's taken most of my thick brows off and left me with 90's brows and cut a bit of my brow off in the inner part... I was crying and it may sound dramatic but it took years for me to grow them out and in an instant they were gone. I don't recommend this place if you have bushy brows and would like to keep them. Leila is amazing I love her work and great attitude, she remembers me and makes me feel welcome and does my eyebrows perfectly. Her sister on the other hand is a tad demanding and she charged me an extra dollar. I didn't say anything because I thought that was the price at first but it wasn't the price is$11 and I was charged $12 and then asked if I wanted to tip. Leila charges $11 (what it says online) and doesn't hint at a need for tip nor stares at me while I give one. Which I find comforting and not forceful at all. And like I said Leila does my eyebrows to perfection, Rozina has my left eyebrow a little wonky and too sharp it looks like I'm angry and it bothers me. Leila has a perfect touch and I never flinch, but today it was fidgeting in that chair with very rough and fast pulling.
