I asked what their grace period policy was, and she told me it was less than 5 minutes, which was surprising since I've been coming here for over a year and had never been told this before. I then asked a simple question: "Is my waxer ready right now?" She said no, she's still with another customer. So I asked for clarification: "Are you limiting my services because I'm 7 minutes late, or because my waxer isn't ready?" She couldn't give me a clear answer. At 10:55 AM, my waxer came out and told me she couldn't take me at all because I was "10 minutes late." I explained that I had actually been there waiting, and that she herself was not ready at my scheduled time. She insisted she couldn't take me because it would "mess up her schedule." I pointed out that she wasn't ready at 10:45 anyway, so it didn't make sense to place the blame entirely on me. Instead of any effort to accommodate or resolve the situation, I was simply turned away. This experience felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and dishonest. After over a year of being a loyal customer, I was treated with zero flexibility or accountability on their end. I will not be returning.

She cut my natural nails unevenly and actually sliced one of them so short that she had to glue a fake tip on it to make it match--completely defeating the purpose of an overlay on my real nails. After two hours, the result was awful. The nails were filed sideways/crooked, very thick, and the acrylic was flooded onto my cuticles. I spoke to the manager because I was afraid to let them continue damaging my nails. While they offered to fix it the next day, I canceled because I didn't trust them to touch my hands again. To make matters worse, when I spoke to them the following day, they claimed they 'don't do acrylics' there--a blatant lie considering their website ads and my booking confirmation.
