I had a great experience at SPAtacular Nails and Hair. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, and the salon had a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Leidys took excellent care of my mom did a from start to finish. She was gentle, detail-oriented, and made sure everything looked perfect before we left. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and wants her clients to be happy with the results. Her nails came out looking fantastic, and the whole visit felt like a treat. It's very out of my character to leave a negative review, especially when there are genuinely great employees who deserve recognition. Daisy has always been exceptional, professional, attentive, and consistently providing excellent service. She is the reason I continued returning. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Martha M., completely changed my opinion of this business. Based on the assumption that I had written a review that wasn't even under my name, she contacted me from both the business phone and her personal cell phone to tell me it would be best if I didn't return. There was no attempt to clarify the misunderstanding or have a professional conversation. It's disappointing when loyal clients are treated this way. If this is how situations are handled, it's hard to feel that customer relationships are truly valued. While I highly recommend Daisy, I cannot recommend a business whose management chooses to handle concerns in this manner. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had. "Ladys" rushed through the entire service. My polish is sloppy, my cuticles are frayed, and the bottoms of my feet look worse than when I walked in. When I mentioned my concerns she was dismissive and said she was suppose to be eating not taking another client now it was 11:45 and she has been working since 7 am without eating . Very unprofessional experience . On the way out the manager wanted to charge me extra for gel removal when it was only on the tip of one pinky! Yusmari is the best there, why I drive 45 min from Miami Beach but she wasn't available. No tip for "Lady's" from me . hope your spaghetti was worth it . Never again. read more

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at a nail salon. I came in for a mani and pedi, and for some reason one person did my nails while a completely different person was supposed to do my feet. I've already been here for an hour and a half, and now they expect me to sit here for another 30 minutes because the person assigned to my pedicure is still working on someone else. The craziest part is there are several other people here who are free and could take me right now, but they refuse because I have to wait for the person they assigned me to. Nobody told me this beforehand. If they had, I would've never stayed. I have places to be and things to do, so I asked if I could just get a refund for my pedicure since it hadn't even started yet. They told me that wasn't possible because I paid 5 minutes ago. The only thing they could offer me was store credit, but honestly I don't even want that because I never want to come back here again. This whole situation is honestly so frustrating and unacceptable. The communication is terrible, the scheduling makes no sense, and they're not willing to fix the problem even when the service hasn't even been done yet. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. read more

I want to like it here, but everytime i have an appointment, it ends in, "this place is the worst". The girls at the front desk are rude and stare at you like why are you interrupting me. Not friendly and not helpful. As for the nail techs, some are very sweet and nice, but I find it so frustrating that i cannot communicate well with them (i speak ok spanish) and they talk so much it takes twice as long to have service done. 9/10 times i get cut and they put the solution on which touches who knows how many other bloody nails. I dont know, it's never a pleasant experience so i will move on. I decided to write a review because they are offering a coupon for writing a positive review, and now i can understand the need for wanting to overcome so many negative ones. I've been coming to Spatscular for many years and it's a true Pinecrest staple. There really is a reason I've stayed loyal! The ladies here do nails RIGHT. My fav techs are Alessandra and Yousmary... my nails will always look clean, polished, and professional after seeing them. They're reasonably priced especially for the quality of work. Just keep in mind that they take their time...usually about 1 to 1.5 hours for a mani and 1 to 1.5 hours for a pedi. Come try them out if you haven't already :) read more

I love this place. Been going to it since 2017 and the manicures have always been top tier. They clean cuticles just the way I like it (like they do in Brasil) and take their time. They probably retain all the women really well because every nail tech I've gotten has had the same techniques and skills level. Marta is super kind at the front desk and everyone is extremely hard working. The place is always clean and I find them fairly priced given the quality. Terrible place ! Chairs are all heavily stained and dirty. The technician that was supposed to do my nails turned on a dust extractor that was throwing all the dust towards me, she filed my nails and left me different lengths. Then she took off when I was waiting to sit at the pedi station. I was standing for 5 min waiting for her to come back. She went to the reception to say that I was uncomfortable with her. When all I said was that the extractor was not working and I was all covered in the dust from gel polish Anyways DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Terrible service, dirty and unpleasant workers . read more

For over a decade, I was loyal to another salon, convinced they were the best in town. Then I switched to Spatacular on the recommendation of a dear friend. The technique used by all the nail techs there leaves the nails so much cleaner and therefore the polish adheres better and the mani pedis last longer. I don't do gel so that really matters. I usually get a mani and pedi (regular) I think they are clean and they do actually clean your nails and take care of you pretty good but is the attitude in this place that lacks so much. They are rude, loud and inappropriate at times. Absolutely not attentive and they never start appointments ON TIME. read more

I walked in 5 minutes prior to my appointment, but waited 20 more because my manicurist Roxana was giving her friend, another employee a manicure so I was made to wait which I thought was inappropriate. Then, when I asked for a particular color she wouldn't look for it. The other employee who was getting the manicure apologized for the delay and noticing that Roxana was being rude found the color for me. Roxana kept humming and singing throughout the whole process stopping only to reposition my feet and hands because she said she was uncomfortable - she was in a terrible mood and was so incredibly rude. Then when it came time to remove my gel - she pulled out a machine when I had specifically requested that they not do that when they made the appointment. They said they would not use it. When I told Roxana I didn't waht the sander she said in Spanish " this is how I do it and I am not going to change it" her friend sensing how rude she was being told me she would be careful etc - I would have walked out but was going out of town the next day. My regular manicurist was on vacation which is why I came here. Never again! I left no tip for Roxana and that is the first time in my life I didn't tip for a service. She has a lot to learn in professionalism and how to treat others. Came back to edit - I believe the only reason they have positive reviews at all is because they promise to give you a 10 dollar credit if you leave them a positive review!
