It's been a week since I was in Miami Beach. I had a free day to myself and decided to get my nails done. I had gel done on my hands and traditional on my feet. The young girl that did my nails was very meticulous. Which was a welcomed. Being from San Antonio we have a lot of Vietnamese that do nails here and I always feel rushed. I booked a 3:30pm appointment online and paid $20 for an Uber to get there, it's about 25 minutes away -- specifically because I had a confirmed time slot. When I arrived, the barber who was supposed to take me had someone else sitting in his chair and then asked if I could wait. What's the point of booking an appointment if you're just going to take walk-ins over scheduled clients? That completely defeats the purpose. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when I questioned it. Really disappointing experience and a total waste of time and money. Would not recommend. I went for a pedicure and removal of gel nail polish. My appointment was in the afternoon and then I finally put on my socks and shoes around 7 PM and the nail polish smudged. They applied a lot of spray after they painted my nails, an indication I had too much product on. I called them and no one answered. read more

Best nail salon in 305! Not like your regular nail salon with nail clipper soaking in the blue water LOL! I always go to Ksenia, takes about 2hrs for my "russian" manicure and lasts at least a month... You can book and prepay online. They always offer coffee, water etc. Their studio is very clean and they offer many other services as well. read more

Very bad experience, they don't know how to do a correct balayage, I always had a balayage and they painted me from the top down and not just from the top as they say here. 2 hour wait for me and 50 minutes for my friend!!! I made an appointment 4 days in advance At the day of the appointment, the salon called an informed me that they double booked my friend and they can only do pedi for her and not mani. I asked to try to work around the schedule and the salon said they are able to accommodate mani and pedi for her. We arrived at the salon 10 minutes late and were asked to wait. My friend waited 50 minutes and I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and left without getting anything done. I hope the business will take a note of this and make changes to the scheduling process. read more

I am the type that would spend any money on a good quality set. $270 on mani and pedi and I would not go back. The lady who did my pedicure cut me twice, on two of my toes. You'd think cutting me one time would make her more careful, clearly that wasn't the case. The mani pedi took FOREVER. it's French, I get it takes longer but I shouldn't have been there 3 hours. Literally 3 hours. Then the next day my nail chipped so I had to go in to fix. The following day another nail chipped. I wasn't doing anything crazy to damage my nails. My last set lasted 3 weeks and we're perfect. Unfortunately this happened on Thanksgiving day and everyone is closed so my nail also got damaged while waiting out for the repair. The nails look fine which is why I give it one star but ultimately bad experience. Would never go back. Ladies were nice. read more

Scam. This place is filled with beautiful blonde Russian women and a guy that looks like their pimp checking in the whole time. Nails were so so and the vibe was just weird and uncomfortable. They post tiers of of pricing on the website but charge you top tier regardless of your technicians ability. I was charged $137 for regular manicure with no soaking or massage and a gel pedicure with zero massage + they used an electric grinder which burned like hell. Never coming back. read more

Went to get a pedicure here and the technician cut the bottom of my foot - a huge gash - with the callous shaver device. She couldn't have been a nicer person and was apologetic but when I went to the cashier they offered me a 4 dollar discount when my foot was bleeding all in my sandal. How about free? Or at least 50 percent? Went to do something nice for myself and now I'm rushing home to put hydrogen peroxide on my cut foot. Bad business. read more

The place has a great atmosphere. Clean and calm. The front desk girl that booked my appointment was friendly and very welcoming. The professional that did my nail was Sebina. At this place they *really* clean the edges of your nails - making them look even longer. How it should tbh, but it's hard to find this type of cleaning in South Beach. I loved how professional and willing Sebina was to make sure the designs I chose looked awesome. And it did! She has great energy and the experience was enjoyable the whole time.
