THIS SONIC LOCATION HAS A FAULTY DRIVE THREW MACHINE. I WAS WAITING IN LINE WITH NOONE INFRONT OF ME FOR PROBABLY A MINUTE AND A HALF. NOBODY, NOT A SOUL SAID ANYTHING. So I drove up to the window, banged on the glass and asked for a dirty diet coke. The man was very kind and in his mid 30's. I felt a keen sense of trust. He begged for an apology. I granted it and he gave me the dirty diet coke. It was well put together. Presentation was on point. The ice level was exactly where it always ought to be and that I appreciated. Okay, I used to love walking here on summer nights to pick up a cherry-lime slush after a long workout. The nostalgia aspect of this place for middle-aged people might be worthy of another star, however after my last experience, I now know better than to attempt coming in and out in a hurry. I came at a time in between the lunch hour rush and the happy hour discount, thinking that I would have no problems. Boy was I wrong. I only ordered a slush and a $1 chicken sandwich (only because the picture was too enticing on an empty stomach to pass up). However, this quick trip turned into almost 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru. Seriously, people, I'm not exaggerating. I even made sure to pay close attention to the size of the orders in front of me. Nothing at all meriting such a long wait. I don't know what those guys are doing back there, but it really shouldn't be taking that long. And if you have followed my reviews at all, you'll notice that I have a fetish for chicken sandwiches - lettuce only. It's a peeve of mine when a place can't get it right, especially when I know the mayo comes out of a caulk gun. Unfortunately, even after spending 20 minutes to administer my order, they still couldn't get it right. I think I'll stick to the summer night runs for a slush and avoid anything during the day. My husband and I ordered 2 Dr. Pepper slushes and they took an extremely long time to give us our order. I would've understood if they were super busy but they weren't. When they finally did give us our slushes, there was hardly any syrup in them and they did not taste like Dr Pepper. They tasted sour for some reason. This Sonic is very understaffed. Went with family to get some sodas and no one ever answered the call button. One girl was inside doing everything and couldn't do anything but service the drive thru. We attempted the drive thru, but gave up. So we spent a total of 20 minutes at Sonic and left without getting anything. read more

This is my favorite restraint but honest the worst location and the service is the worst I have ever seen. Aftee waiting for over 20 minutes and not having my order taken. I walked to the window and asked for help. They took my order for 3 drinks and I waited again for over fifteen minutes and then they returned to me with a single cup of ice. This place was very rude to us. We got there at 11:55pm when it says online they close at 1am. When I went to ask why they shut the lights off on us, they claimed they close at 12, and told me I was wrong for thinking they closed at 1. Terrible service. Service was slow. Order was totally incorrect. Asked for a burger with NO mayo (repeated this three times and he confirmed it back to me), ketchup and mustard and add bacon (which costs extra). Got a burger with mayo, no ketchup, no mustard, no bacon. Ordered chicken strips and they forgot the dipping sauce we asked for. Asked for fry sauce, confirmed he added it to the order, and they brought no fry sauce. They already closed the Sonic in Springville for complete incompetence, and judging by this one's reviews, it sounds like they won't be here much longer either. Good riddance! read more

I've put up with a lot from this Sonic. I go almost once a week and get breakfast. A good amount of time the tator tots are barely warm. I'm usually a little pick pissed about it. Today I go and order my usual Bacon egg and cheese croissant. I get sausage. I can see why they are slowly going out of business. read more

Their ice cream machine broke, and they didn't even put up a sign. They were understaffed and it took us twenty minutes to even get to the SPEAKER with only three cars in front of us, only to be told that they couldnt make shakes (which EVERYONE was ordering apparently), and didnt have time to make a sign. Tried the new super crunch chicken dinner, and it was meh! Carls Jr chicken tenders are the best near BYU campus at present. Hopefully, Popeyes or Zaxbys, will locate nearby sometime soon. The DQ chicken tenders on Canyon Road are pretty similar to Sonics. read more

Their website says they are open 7am-2am Saturdays, but I was turned away at 1:20am because they said they were closed. When I told the girl at the window that the website said they were open until 2am she just said, no we close at one, and then shut the window.... read more

This place is aweful!!! They had a huge banner outside their location advertising 2 can eat for $9.99 my wife and I pulled up fully expecting to be able to eat for $9.99 when we requested it the lady at the drive through said, "oh sorry we don't actually do that. We must need to just get rid of that sign. Sorry." Terrible customer service. read more

My husband and I are big fans of Sonic slushes but we wont go back to this sonic again. We went there on a Thursday to get a slush with Nerds in it... not too complex of an order so we didn't check before we left. When we got home we realized there were no Nerds. We went back a couple days later to try again realizing that mistakes can happen when they gave us another slush missing what we paid for and a completely different one than we ordered. We asked them to change it so they brought back two more slushes with syrup running down the sides and were still wrong. Finally they just threw some candy on top of a melted slush and served it to us. Very very poor service. They don't pay attention and aren't too happy to correct mistakes. read more

Honestly, nothing but a HUGE thumbs up for the wild time you're going to have here. The adventure really starts when you get to hunt for a stall that actually works!! Also a big plus is being able to play a constant guessing game of how much longer they could possibly take to get you some simple items. The cherry on top is the snarky staff who are always willing to communicate with you as if you're an annoying little sibling asking for a big favor. read more

I really like the food, but his location consistently has terrible service. 4-5 times I've been over charged, (they have at least refunded the difference) and multiple times the get my order wrong. There's always a long wait too. If the service matched the food, it'd be a 5, but the always awful service merits getting a 1. read more

Seriously the worst. Waited 25 mins for drinks and then got the wrong ones. Even after we went to an associate and corrected the order since the girl on the intercom didnt hear us right and she was gone before we could correct her. Then, when we asked for the order to be corrected when we were brought the drink they brought back the same incorrect drink, with the incorrect order written on the cup. SLOW food, only needed a drink with a lemon. It was early about 11AM, not busy and I waited for 5 minutes to order and another 5 minutes and didn't get my drink. When it did show up, I mentioned the wait and was told "I could always go to McDonalds" WOW. Next time I will I might wait but I will get it for over a dollar less. read more

We absolutely LOVE Sonic. We go there almost every day to get our soda, and rarely do they make a mistake. The people at the drive-up are incredibly nice, so much so that we usually feel inclined to tip them. And I rarely tip anywhere but a sit-down restaurant. They make our drinks just the way we like them and they are always friendly. Their ice-cream is delicious and creamy and we like the fries, tots, and mozzarella sticks as well. We also like the option of the drive-in where we can sit, relax and talk while we wait for our order, and it's fun going there on summer nights where we can sit outside and enjoy the warm evenings. Thank you Sonic for being a part of our day that we really look forward to! (Keep in mind, this is a fast food drive-in/drive thru, and that's what you get when you go to Sonic. They don't pretend to be anything other than that and we don't expect anything more than that.) read more

This is Americas drive in. I love their friggin cream slushes, get nerds or go home. Their fries are the greatest starch I've had since 1997, and you can get a family size fry. Did you know that?
