That said, you know exactly what to expect. The same dazzling cut carrots, the same large pieces of soft tasteless tofu, the same "special" with pumpkin pieces, the same over sweet soup, the same Pad Thai, and you'll know exactly how it all is supposed to taste and exactly how much your tab will run. Discovered another great Vegan restaurant today (actually, it had already been discovered, I just happened to trip over it). We had a steak wrap, Pad Thai, and the cheese cake. All were absolutely great. The cook has a knack for mixing flavors. Each bite seems to have a dozen different tastes all at the same time. The cheesecake is killer. It was on the dry side. -garlic fries was good, but the bacon cheese fries was salty! I just threw the entire thing away. Was really bummed about that but the bacon bits and the cheese was salty- which I noticed the cheese was on the salty side too in the burger -the drumsticks was the best part overall, it was on the hard side though, so they need to cook it less. Some the best food I've had, and I'm a huge carnivore. I was at first really apprehensive because Vegan food trying to mimic meat and animal based products tends to do so poorly. It always has strange consistency and taste and you can tell it's imitation. Not so much here, the Dynamite Drumsticks are incredible and my go to, sweet and tangy with a perfect hint of heat. Everything else on the menu has also been delicious. It also comes out quickly. Presentation is wonderful, the staff is nice and everything is clean. I'm not sure why I've never reviewed this place. My partner and I order from here all the time. The food is fast, consistently amazing, and there's an awesome variety. Its our number one spot to order food from. My partner loves the soy steak wrap, I love both chicken sandwiches and the Caesar wrap. As a long time vegan I was thrilled that there is finally a sit down all vegan restaurant within walking distance in my neighborhood! I went with a carnivore friend who is a fan of Thai food and she loved it! She even told the staff that when we left. We had the mango salad which has an incredible tasting dressing, the pad thai with tofu and my favorite the khao soi noodle! The coconut curry flavor of the khao soi broth was the perfect blend of sweetness with a mild to medium spice bursting with flavor, just the way I like it! My first time there 30JUL18. I had the Chicken "Burger" It was pretty amazing. I couldn't tell the diff between their patty and a chicken breast. The fries were great and it was enough food that I didn't finish it all (Odd for me!) The Lemon Lime, Mint & Cucumber Lemonade was excellent... A freind had The Heavenly Beef, I tasted it and I literally thought, THIS CAN'T Be Tofu, but it was. I still don't know how they got that texture or beef flavor, but it was UNREAL... Never judge a book by its cover! Looking at the exterior, it gives me a little cafe vibe where u can meet your girlfriends for coffee and some good pancakes. The Pad Thai w/soy chicken was sooooo flavorful, it wasn't just a sauce with some noodles and veggies, it was way more. Even down to the beet and carrot straws, I appreciate that every ounce of thought put in everyone of their dishes. When the dish speaks, it yells. Have been going here for years and happy to report this is still the BEST and my go to vegan restaurant. This is the only spot in town where the service is friendly, efficient and lightening fast. I can order delivery and get my food hot and within 20 minutes most days. And more importantly, Ive ordered from here for my bf and I about 200 times since theyve opened and they have never, not ONCE gotten my order wrong.
