Came here for lunch. The service was friendly and fast. I got a bacon and cheddar burger with onion rings - I liked it. My friend got a BLT with fruit. We sat outside because we had a dog. The waitress was very nice and the food came out quickly.

We came in for breakfast and were seated inside, love the diner vibe. Seating is also available outside and street parking is available. Friendly customer service and we were served pretty quickly. I liked the decor with old photos of celebrities visiting the diner. There's a display case of desserts up front which is very tempting and they all looked delicious. My husband loved his chorizo with scrambled eggs and even though I ordered a standard breakfast, it was hot and cooked well with crispy bacon. We will definitely return to try more dishes as well as some dessert.

Had dinner here and opted for a tuna melt with onion The food was fine, typical diner food. The service was okay, but definitely could have been better. I'll probably be back, but coming here will be an afterthought. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Patys! A Toluca Lake, Los Angeles must located on Riverside Drive just a beat away from Burbank off the 134 Fwy. They have parking in the rear off Clybourn Avenue as well as a lot of street parking. You can enjoy their outer covered patio as well as their patio patio when weather permits. Popped in on a rainy day after setting up for an event at night with my friend Shaun and realized I hadn't been to Patys in years and shown them the love they deserved. Patys offers a variety of American dinner style comfort food including some choice healthier options, gluten free options, plenty of vegetarian and an extensive amount of vegan eats including their Vegan Chicken Salad, Vegan 'Chicken' Tacos, Vegan "Chicken" Sandwich, Impossible Burger Melt (hold the cheese), several sides and starters. Most can enjoy their Sandwiches, Salads, Soups, Tacos, Entrees, Chilis, Lunch section, huge Breakfast section and Favorites. I don't believe any of the Breakfast items are plant-based, several vegetarian by default, but do know that you can get creative and they will accommodate. They do offer gluten free French Toast or Pancakes where applicable and it even says so right on their menu :) It's always five star service from the moment you walk in. You can enjoy classic booth, classic counter or classic table seating. Great lighting, tvs in their corners and loads of pictures from/of Hollywood legends. Expect touches of seasonal fun around holidays and various times of year as well as general full case of pies, pastries or desserts near the main counter in a nice display case. Patys has an extensive beverage menu with all the musts, from juice, coffee and tea to water variety, soft drinks (fancy speak for soda), milks (including almond), lemonade, beers, wines and other favorites. Open from 8am to 9pm, rain or shine all seven days of the week. Delivery, takeout and of course dine in, which is my top recommend. Pup friendly. Family friendly. Solid Wi-Fi (ask your server). Super clean all gender restrooms. Open to all, and all are and feel welcome. It's a good time, any time!

First time at Patys! Cute little diner - and clean. Service is okay, our waitress was very nice but she didn't check on us for the duration of our visit. Only at the end when we were ready to get the check. We ordered coffee, chicken tenders & fries, and the buttermilk pancakes. The pancakes were especially good (I always order them at diners and these were 5/5).

I feel like I've been here once many moons ago. After a hike, trying to figure out someplace for a meal is always a hassle. This wasn't our original plan but as we were walking to what was supposed to be the place. We saw Patys and said what the heck. The outdoor patio looked nice so we walked in. There wasn't anyone at the front so we waited for a bit till someone saw us. Even though there were loads of empty tables, they gave us one that still needed to be cleaned. It didn't take long for the cleaning. The gentleman also asked us what we wanted to drink while we were looking through the menu. Shelly, I believe that was her name was our waitress. Very sweet which is always a nice thing. For the menu, they pretty much had everything on there. Classic sandwiches, salads to dinners and breakfast. Started off with a nice cold beer after the hike. Food wise, the Cobb salad. There was plenty of grilled chicken on top the mix greens with bacon bits, crumbled blue cheese, avocado slices, and a hard boil egg. Also the tuna melt with a side of fruit. And one of the classic breakfast. Eggs, bacon and a stack of pancakes. Not to outdo the meal but a side of onion rings was also needed. Food wise, it's your traditional diner meal. Didn't take long to arrive. There's nothing fancy to it. Basic Cobb salad, but plenty of grilled chicken. Then the tuna melt, it was basic but did the trick. Breakfast, that was nice. Plenty of bacon slices which were really nice. And the pancakes, nice and fluffy. You can't go wrong with breakfast unless someone ruins it. But the meal, it did the trick. They did have a nice counter with amazing pies and dessert which we didn't have room for. Overall, it's a diner with diner food. It did the trick.

    A real classic burger.

I know. I keep coming back to Paty's. That's because Paty's is an authentic diner. You got your industry people, your parents, your friends, singles, and professionals. It's always fun to people watch and the food is good too. I may have tried almost everything on the menu so next time I come it's gonna have to be desserts cause that's the only column I haven't tried.

Years and years ago, a friend and I would come to this place ALL the time. I'm obsessed with the fact that they have bran muffins. They have a ton of gluten free options, which was the appeal back then. Today, I came back with my boyfriend and can confirm it is still awesome!! I got the build your own breakfast burrito and practically inhaled the thing. I don't think my iced latte was anything to write home about, but my boyfriend enjoyed his! The food was great, the service was incredible! For a busy spot, I never felt overlooked. Servers all made sure we had what we needed. Such a fun spot. I need to come back soon and try more menu items!

Cool diner spot perfect for a classic breakfast. Portions are good size, nice service. A classic coffee mug type of place. David Lynch would approve.

Patys has been in Toluca Lake since 1960. They serve breakfast all day and have lunch and dinner entrees. There's an abundance of seating inside and out and the service from Gabe was excellent. The drinks and food arrived quickly while seated on the patio. The Cobb Salad and Smoked Salmon Benedict were average, but that wouldn't deter me from returning and ordering something different.

Pretty good greasy spoon. I love all the breakfast and lunch options. The menu has a lot of vegetarian and vegan options also. Plenty of seating and dog friendly. Single bathrooms, but very clean. This was my first time- I had the fish and chips and they were very tasty and good the way I like them. I can't wait to try other things on the menu. I'll be back. Thank you for serving us Jean.

Thankfully we finally caved in because we've been sleeping on this place for years! It's located off of Lankershim Blvd & Academy Way, basically next to the Laemmle Noho 7 and the Saban Media Center. Bruxie was kind of hard to gauge on how to order - there's a walk-up window for ordering and pick-up orders, but employees can also walk right up to you and place your order for you. You can also order online ahead, so yeah slightly confusing but as long as you put your order in you're golden. They have four big tables outside along with counter seating on the sidewalk. If it gets too hot or cold, they also have seating inside an old train car that is purely counters only. We sat inside the train car, but the only caveat is that people are constantly going in/out and they sometimes leave the door open. They also have a water station inside the train car if you want to cool off. My wife and I both ordered the Kickin' "Nashville" Hot Chicken Sandwich and we shared the Loaded Waffle-Cut Fries. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time - if you're dining there, the employees bring out your food wherever you are and provide plastic utensils along with sauces. The hot chicken sandos live up to their namesake, packing quite a kick! The loaded waffle fries hit the spot. If you're in NoHo looking for some good chicken & waffles, Bruxie will satisfy! We can't wait to come back and try more of their menu! They're open late too if you have some late night cravings (they close at midnight Thurs, Fri & Sat). There's street parking or you can park at the garage of the Saban Media Center.

Perfect in smooth texture and consistency, and with flavor notes of lemon juice, egg yolk, some salt and cayenne pepper, their sauce is the true headliner and completes this amazing breakfast dish. All ingredients work so well together and as you take your first bite, you know you're now in the territory of a very pleasant morning. My Benedict was accompanied by super tasty freshly made breakfast potatoes. I like to order mine slightly well done, with a bit of char on them. And as a side note, their black coffee is strong and very flavorful. I normally finish out my breakfast with that cup of coffee and their home made strawberry and apricot jams that they serve you complimentary at the table. Nat's has vibes of an old school diner with waiters who are still genuinely smiling, which is pleasing and rare. The customer service is excellent and they have about 15-20 comfy booths with a few additional tables for your dine-in pleasure. Just a great spot and I will definitely be back soon!
