The sales rep was like "let's gooo!" seeing us walk back in. He was great. He helped us do the math for the sale going on -- buy one get one 50% off. He also gave us a 10% off discount too. What a guy. He also found both of our sunglasses brand new, unopened still in the box, instead of just packaging the display version to us. Great experience all around!

Although I do not think it's right that Medicare doesn't pay for routine but necessary to buy contacts or eyeglasses exams, I felt some empathy coming back to me. Gladly my eyes haven't changed so I was happy about that. I complimented Dr Hayden on the gal that does the preliminary eye stuff super nice, and the photos of my inner eyeball were way cool and looked like Mars Dr Hayden himself was very nice and explained what he was seeing. He had a Mensa magazine on the table in the waiting room of which he belongs. I am light years in IQ points below that lol but appreciate that a down to earth bona fide genius is my eye Docter. The stylist did not know how to match foundation, didn't comb out my brows, and had ZERO idea how to put lashes on. I left with one lash falling off and the other halfway up my eye lid. I brought my own quality $30 MAC lashes for her to butcher them and then tried to charge me $11 for "strip lashes". She didn't finish blending my orange foundation and left my cheeks and forehead white. I wish I had read the reviews before coming. The only reason I did is because MAC closed. I literally left in tears having to rush home to fix my face. Oh and she used my own lipstick too because she was rushed to get me out of the chair. So please tell me what about this cost $70? Could not be more upset.

Gee, I wonder why, maybe because HUNDREDS of people had been trying them on until someone with Masshealth came in and you knew you could shove them off on them. I saved my script and ordered online at zeelool and I'll never look back. I was able to get three pairs of strong, sturdy, fashionable frames for less than $100. Much better than the highway robbery that occurred at this doctor's office. Shame on you for taking advantage of a disabled person.
