I've received nothing to date (7 days later) and when I called was told they'll ship Tuesday, which is when I'll be out of them. I was not provided any samples at the contact fitting, which is built into the price, nor did anyone follow up on my order so that I could order elsewhere before I run out. I will never go here again as the customer service team is clearly not patient centered and recommends patients re-use daily contacts to make up for their short comings. They also billed me over $100 for the visit for their vison testing, isn't it covered by insurance? Again, PLEASE spare yourself the time, the MD at For-Eyes in Norwood never let me down, and I will drive out of my way to go back there.

Took my wife for an eye exam today. I have been going to a Dr Wladis at this place for years. All…read morethe staff and especially Dr Wladis. He has retired so our appointment was with a Dr Rad. It important that I tell you my wife is handy capped. She suffers from Parkinson's disease , dementia and hearing loss. All the techs that we saw (3) were great very patient with her , kind and understanding. Then me met Dr Rad. He spent less than 10 minutes with her. He looked in one eye had difficulty opening it and told her that they could make her vision clearer with glasses and that she had cataracts that would have to be removed in the future then he left. Now as I said I have been going there for a number of years and my time with the doctor entailed him looking at each eye and call numbers to the tech at the terminal. This is usually a 20 minute process. It was obvious to me Dr Rad was not willing to spend the time with wife. When I got home I called the office (was put on hold for 25 minutes) and asked that my appointment next year be with a different doctor. I also asked that my appointment for August this year be with a different doctor. As I said all the staff (technicians) were great it was just Dr Rad who was awful. If you go there I strongly suggest you see someone other than DR Rad.

This is the worst experience I've had with them. Came to pick up my glasses from a quick fix and my…read moreold lenses were scratched, as if someone pressed down on the them. The manager (Val?) who was doing the fixing adamantly denies scratching them and instead aggressively blamed me for bringing in "already scratched" glasses. She said she will not admit to scratching them because she doesn't want to pay for the new lenses. Understanding but suspicious. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years and this is the treatment I get Why weren't the glasses checked before the fixing and if they were scratched ( which they weren't cuz I would have ordered new ones) - why wasn't this reported to me by the office beforehand? What's making me more confident that she scratched them is that this is THE SECOND TIME this has happened. But last time the lenses were brand new, so they couldn't blame me and had to replace them. The manager also didn't want to give me a supervisor's number, acting as if there's no one else above her who can help me. Instead, another staff member provided me with one. Her rude and defensive behavior made it even more suspicious. I contacted the supervisor Tarsha to investigate and hopefully find a solution. She promised to call back but didn't. I broke set of glasses just before traveling over 1000 miles to Massachusetts for a family gathering. Shortly after arriving, I lost my last set of glasses, which made driving difficult and unsafe. Returning home without them was not something I would consider. After a visit to Lenscrafters and another large optical retailer who were both unable to help, I called and spoke with Sherill. She said come in and she could provide glasses. Within 30 minutes of getting there, I was wearing glasses, at a fantastic price, and driving safely was no longer an issue. Now that I am back home, I will be sending her a few sets of high quality frames in hope that she can replace the lenses with my current perscription. For quality service and low cost, she gets all my future business!

The office staff was extremely helpful and I was in and out of there very quickly. Felt as though my eye exam was thorough and I was able to order my new glasses before leaving. The office is nice and everyone was professional. Used to see Dr. Lynch down in Plymouth, but since he opened this location, I will be seeing Dr. Barrows from now on since it is closer.

I got a great pair of titanium glasses here. About a year after I bought them the metal at the bridge broke because I was squeezing them to adjust them like I was shown at the store- maybe I did it too hard? Anyway I googled the problem and it does happen to these titanium glasses. I called them from out of state and they said mail them to us. I did and they replaced them free of charge and mailed them back to me out of state free of charge! Nice service.
