The new one decided I needed prism, and since then my eyes seem worse than ever. Also the exam seemed very very quick compared to past exams (like for the past dozen years or so). Everything seemed like an add on too, I am just not happy here and since there's a place in every town (and at BJ's) I am going to have to move on. Sigh.

The female who answered the phone said she'd have someone call me back. I asked, "really? Someone needs to call me back to let me know if my glasses are there after two weeks? Can you tell me?" She said she can't locate the order. They are a total deer in the headlight, disorganized and never even informed me that they were not my usual eye center. I had to ask. I feel like they purchased my account from my previous Dr. They have a website that sends you through a horrifying loop of entering your personal information so they can send you an email link to enter your personal info yet again. Still not in. This sucks. My family and I are switching as soon as I get my glasses and find a new Dr. We shouldn't have to drive so far for such shotty service. Where o where did Randolph assoc go? The old receptionist was kinda curt, and abrasive, but at least she knew her stuff. The new staff actually think you work for them and there is no accountability. I had to ask the Dr to take a look at my coriodal melanoma (eye nevus) to see if it's getting any bigger. Then she said it's not a big concern but she'll take a look. I said if it's not a big concern can I stop getting it checked here and at the hospital regularly? She said, "Oh if it's checked regularly you should continue." WTH :(((( DON'T WALK... So they frauded Masshealth than frauded me. When I call to say something the Dr Le treats me like dirt because I'm a "Masshealth client". Trash.

The manager (Val?) who was doing the fixing adamantly denies scratching them and instead aggressively blamed me for bringing in "already scratched" glasses. She said she will not admit to scratching them because she doesn't want to pay for the new lenses. Understanding but suspicious. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years and this is the treatment I get Why weren't the glasses checked before the fixing and if they were scratched ( which they weren't cuz I would have ordered new ones) - why wasn't this reported to me by the office beforehand? What's making me more confident that she scratched them is that this is THE SECOND TIME this has happened. But last time the lenses were brand new, so they couldn't blame me and had to replace them. The manager also didn't want to give me a supervisor's number, acting as if there's no one else above her who can help me. Instead, another staff member provided me with one. Her rude and defensive behavior made it even more suspicious. I contacted the supervisor Tarsha to investigate and hopefully find a solution. She promised to call back but didn't. Waiting to heard back.

Dr. San Clemente is great at her craft. With such a vivid personality, she makes every visit enjoyable, and makes sure all of her clients are provided with the best care. Dr. San Clemente takes the time to explain things to you, and to provide you with the best options. She also has a wide variety of different frames from multiple different brands, which are always fun to browse through, and to try out new, fun and funky styles. I've gotten many different frames from her, and am always greatly satisfied. Dr. San Clemente truly enjoys what she does, and genuinely cares about her clients. I went to Dr. San Clemente for an eye exam and contact lens fit and it has taken me a month to actually get contacts. The wait time for anything that is ordered is over a week and communication seems very poor. I was told I could simply walk in for a contact lens check but upon calling to verify on the day I wanted to go in, I was told there was no room for me, lengthening my experience further. The staff person I have dealt with is neither friendly nor helpful. The office itself is very shabby and run down. They do not make reminder phone calls for appointments and the hours are a little limited. The doctor herself is very knowledgeable and friendly enough, but due to the inconvenience and unfriendliness of the staff, I will not be going back.

So i ordered my glasses with script + all the bells and whistles. The process was overall pretty easy, they can compare in store promo and your insurance coverage if it applies. Once compared you can choose which method saves you the most and go with the better deal! The good thing about going in store is being able to have the frames tried it on, then when you find the one you gravitated to, they'll make sure your PD measurement and alignment of the lens to your eyes are at the proper level. So we got the pair ordered and i was told about a week (now i know it's usually 1-2 weeks). 2 weeks pass by i hadn't received a text or call. Waited until 3 weeks, still no signs. Called in and spoke with the store manager who was very nice over the phone and she would personally look for them as they were marked as delivered to store yet, unfortunately nowhere to be found at the moment. I was told we'll get a call back. Didn't hear a word, so a month goes by and i stopped in to check in person. Staff told me it was delivered somewhere and was lost, so they actually ordered a replacement to be shipped out. That's cool, just wish i was going to get a text or update as i was sort of in the dark. Week 5 roll around and i finally got the text they are ready. I was in dire need of new pair with the premium anti-glare and polarization for work. Manager felt a bit disconnected at the time almost felt like a "man let me get this case done and sent" but anyways i know things get busy and hectic i suppose. Anyways helped adjust the frames once, she also gave me a prorated discount cash back for the inconvenience and sent me on my way. I'm glad they did do something to make up for the 5 week turnaround time. I appreciated that. Especially since they weren't cheap but also bought the insurance for a year (which starts once you pickup not when you buy, that's a plus) Anyways may get a second set in the near future since insurance has started a new year again. Love my Tom Fords frames!
