During my last visit, for a prescription lens replacement, I was very disappointed. For a simple single prescription it was almost $200 for lenses only! when they were ready, I did not receive any call back that my prescription was filled and ready to be picked up. when I picked up my glasses. I was asked to try them to make sure I could see out of the prescription which I could. But in the past, the technician would sit with me and make sure that the arms of my glasses were aligned, and he would bend them to make sure I had a good fit, he made sure that his customer was satisfied . I didn't find that this past week. Basically they wanted to make sure I could see and sent me off on my way. They gave me two tiny alcohol eyeglass wipes, which were dried up when I opened them . this is why we see many stores closing...great customer service matters and if we aren't appreciated we shop online, and get better prices. I don't think I will be going back here. They've lost that personal touch, which I had appreciated in the past.

I lost my glasses while shoveling last weekend and I need them for reading. I thought I would have to buy new glasses and hesitated because my yearly appt is in two months and my prescription might change. Kim listened patiently and came up with a solution that made me very happy. She put in a rush order for the lenses and found a suitable frame that was more than reasonable. She treats you like family as soon as you walk in. She truly made my day.

They are still…read moreopen normal business hours but their showroom is reduced to a smaller section while construction is in progress. So i ordered my glasses with script + all the bells and whistles. The process was overall pretty easy, they can compare in store promo and your insurance coverage if it applies. Once compared you can choose which method saves you the most and go with the better deal! The good thing about going in store is being able to have the frames tried it on, then when you find the one you gravitated to, they'll make sure your PD measurement and alignment of the lens to your eyes are at the proper level. So we got the pair ordered and i was told about a week (now i know it's usually 1-2 weeks). 2 weeks pass by i hadn't received a text or call. Waited until 3 weeks, still no signs. Called in and spoke with the store manager who was very nice over the phone and she would personally look for them as they were marked as delivered to store yet, unfortunately nowhere to be found at the moment. I was told we'll get a call back. Didn't hear a word, so a month goes by and i stopped in to check in person. Staff told me it was delivered somewhere and was lost, so they actually ordered a replacement to be shipped out. That's cool, just wish i was going to get a text or update as i was sort of in the dark. Week 5 roll around and i finally got the text they are ready. I was in dire need of new pair with the premium anti-glare and polarization for work. Manager felt a bit disconnected at the time almost felt like a "man let me get this case done and sent" but anyways i know things get busy and hectic i suppose. Anyways helped adjust the frames once, she also gave me a prorated discount cash back for the inconvenience and sent me on my way. I'm glad they did do something to make up for the 5 week turnaround time. I appreciated that. Especially since they weren't cheap but also bought the insurance for a year (which starts once you pickup not when you buy, that's a plus) Anyways may get a second set in the near future since insurance has started a new year again. Love my Tom Fords frames!

Dr. San Clemente is great at her craft. With such a vivid personality, she makes every visit enjoyable, and makes sure all of her clients are provided with the best care. Dr. San Clemente takes the time to explain things to you, and to provide you with the best options. She also has a wide variety of different frames from multiple different brands, which are always fun to browse through, and to try out new, fun and funky styles. I've gotten many different frames from her, and am always greatly satisfied. Dr. San Clemente truly enjoys what she does, and genuinely cares about her clients. Every visit to her office has always been fun, helpful, and successful. I would, without a doubt, recommend her.

I went to Dr. San Clemente for an eye exam and contact lens fit and it has taken me a month to actually get contacts. The wait time for anything that is ordered is over a week and communication seems very poor. I was told I could simply walk in for a contact lens check but upon calling to verify on the day I wanted to go in, I was told there was no room for me, lengthening my experience further. The staff person I have dealt with is neither friendly nor helpful. The office itself is very shabby and run down. They do not make reminder phone calls for appointments and the hours are a little limited. The doctor herself is very knowledgeable and friendly enough, but due to the inconvenience and unfriendliness of the staff, I will not be going back.

The eye exam was as thorough as any I've had, by a doctor who was informative, pleasant and understanding of my concerns. As a bonus, there were appointments available about a week later so I wasn't looking at a month-long wait. Took me about five minutes to choose from a wide selection of beautiful frames- very different from the usual brown, tortoise and black choices elsewhere- although those were all available too! Customer care was through the roof from a very helpful & personable rep who walked me through a painless ordering experience, emailed me a reminder to check out another style I liked the next time I was in, all in all about 15 minutes to being done. I'm a fan- I'll be back. Go and check out the service and selection, you'll he glad you did. Oh, and first appointments of the day are at 9am!

I arrived at…read morestore for my optometrist appointment and asked counter person if eye exam was $85, she avoided my question and walked away. After exam was performed I was charged $130 for exam. I asked manager online as stated $85 and he replied there is a mixup with the national online sale and each store has a different price. When I got home I went on the Warby Parker Hingham website. On their own site it advertised an eye exam for $95.00*. When you look at bottom of page the * stated each store can charge a different price, however this was the Hingham's own website. So why don't they just advertise the true price?? Bait and switch, stay away from this location
