Saks used to have really good prices on clearance and sale items, the last few times I have been here, I have noticed the prices have been climbing up and they are not as good as before. Still, if you have the time and you are patient, you can find some good stuff on the racks. Every time I come to the Wrentham Outlets, this is the place that I inevitably find winners to take home. There are always good sales, amazing selection, and designer labels I can't find anywhere else. Particularly of interest, they now have a new section in women's shoes of only Badgley Mischka shoes. They are so beautiful, they could make even a person cry who's not even into shoes. For men, they have gorgeous suits, a huge selection of shoes in expanded sizes, and a fantastic offering of snazzy socks, which my husband just loves. Their purse and accessories are also really good, and their prices on earrings and necklaces is amazing. The only downside is I find the staff to be a little prickly and snobby here. Every time I've been here, at least one staff member was weirdly standoffish to me during my shopping. I get that they are surrounded by beautiful and expensive things, but does that give them a need to present with air of superiority while selling those items? Who knows... read more

Definitely not the world's most organized store but if you're willing to take the time to pick through everything you can score some pretty awesome deals. Nice assortment of women's fashions and accessories here. I went into the store to browse for a little while and I picked up a couple of beauty products for a very reasonable price. The checkout process was very quick and the help working the registers seemed friendly enough. I would definitely come back and look around the store on my next trip out this way. read more

Not a super bargain by any means, but you can also find designer items here that are classic enough that it doesn't matter that they're from another season...or they're irregularly sized...or something. A surplus of Seven for All Mankind, Joe's, and Rock & Republic jeans, which are $50ish dollars cheaper here than at a store in Copley or Chestnut Hill. I was psyched to grab a couple ed hardy t-shirts for under $60 each, and a nice pair of BCBG dress pants. read more

I just wanted to express how disappointed I am at the way the security guard (older gentleman) handled a situation on 10/13/18. After my wife and a group of friends had bought a few items we all proceeded to walk out the door. Three of us walked out at the same time and the security alarm went off. We all took a step back. My friend walked out again and he did not set off the alarm. My wife then proceeds to head back to the cashier to get her bag checked. I stayed back as I had not bought anything. The security guard immediately came out and my wife told him that she had set the alarm off. Not questioning her, he turned around and and in a rude tone pointed at me and said "you were the one that set the alarm off." I felt appalled as he was accusing me of shoplifting. Once again I had not bought anything. No one tired to leave and we were all patiently waiting to get this issue cleared as we knew we didn't do anything wrong. My wife then showed him what she had bought and and the security guard noticed that the cashier had forgotten to remove the security alarm from the purse. I asked the security guard how can he just accuse me immediately of shoplifting without checking what was going on. He just looked at me and then walked away. Did he just assume that I was the one that was stealing something because I was the only non what person out of the group? This security guard needs additional training. After this incident I don't plan on going back and instead taking my business somewhere else. read more

Four stars for having the best selection of premium denim for sale! I got a pair of Hudsons (originally $176 for $92. They had plenty of sizes in lots of styles, lots of brands (Seven, Citizens, etc.). I also picked up a pair of dressy black shoes for the hubs - some sophisticated Cole Hans for $80, originally $100! I was also looking for boots, but the women's shoe section was pretty sad. Overall, a great place for premium denim! read more

Great store if you have a lot of time to browse. Particularly the clearance racks. You can get some great designers clothes and shoes for a terrific price. It's best if you know your prices though. Some things can look quite expensive unless you know what they really retailed for. It am perfectly satisfied when I go to wrentham outlets to just go to off fifth saks fifth avenue and Bloomingdales outlet. read more

Meh. I've been to quite a few Off Fifth Saks in my days, and this was probably one of the most meh/average/okay one I've been to. First off, their handbag section is a huge hot mess. I LOVE handbags. It broke my little heart seeing all the expensive name brand bags sitting in piles on the floor. The brands that they carry are those of a typical Saks. Things were well discounted, though weirdly things were cheaper online (saksoff5th.com) than in the store, so that was disappointing. Though it was a mess, they have an extensive handbag collection, going from the typical MK, Coach and going to Balanciaga and Furla. For the novice shopper, this store may be a tad overwhelming. But if you take the time to dig around a little, or have your eye on specific brands, there are definitely some good deals to be found! read more

Wrentham is wonderful. Off Fifth is also wonderful. Scored a pair of Versace Vanitas Bow Soft Square sunglasses at a fraction of the retail price... beautiful sunnies, nice carrying case (with cloth inside), and a sparkly silver box. Yup. The power of Wrentham and Saks. I love the combination. There were also a ton of other designer sunglasses there--Coach, D&G, Burberry, Kate Spade, Gucci, etc. Whatever floats your luxury boat, you'll find it here... for significantly less. There are obviously clothes, shoes, and other accessories here as well. I just had a particular sunglass mission in mind when I came in--a rather sharp shopping strategy, if I do say so myself. Anyway, while you're here, give it a whirl. It's a bit separated from the rest of the Wrentham outlet stores, but it's worth a look! read more

oh my gosh, 30-50% off most items yesterday PLUS with my 10% customer coupon i saved a lot of cash. ON TOP OF THE DISCOUNTS, there was a buy 2 pay for 1 special on designer bags. We scored an FCUK leather jacket, Juicy Couture dress, French Connection Dress, Marc Jacobs bag, JPK bag and a few other items for UNDER 400.00!! Our shopping trip lasted 30 minutes. Off Fifth has a pretty good selection of designer handbags and clothes. The prices are still really high, but occasionally you will find a good deal. This past weekend, I scored a Micheal Kors winter coat there for 50% off! The people who work there are also VERY nice. Update 3/4/08 - Just saw my Micheal Kors coat at Marshalls. Basically if u want a great shopping experience this is not the store u want to go to... nobody is around to help when u want to purchase something that's locked up... Announcements for the store closing was made a whole hour and 10 mins earlier 6:50 they was announcing make ur final purchase for the store closing at 8 smh... items are not organized just throw the whole store away... it's basically a Marshall store with more expensive designers. This place is hit or miss for me. However, my daughter, the household fashionista, dreams about it. They carry lots of WildFox, and it is almost allways on sale. Similar higher-end brands. I love the Saks off 5th outlet. They have great deals and it's usually not very crowded. I went in today and had a terrible experience with the woman at the check out counter who I found to be condescending and quite rude. It first started when I asked her if i could leave a few items behind the counter and she told me that they didn't do that there but proceeded to get me a shopping cart. I put my stuff into the cart and this woman commented saying "now your not quite as much of a mess" okay so fine I was in a rush and yes I was feeling a bit unorganized but jeez, I finish shopping and I go to check out and it's the same sunshine of a lady who rings me up. I haphazardly hand over my credit card and walk to the door to leave but I can't help thinking that I was charged for more than I bought. Before I leave I went over the receipt and what I bought and confirm that I was in fact charged for much more than I bought so I go back to my "BFF" who looks at me like I'm crazy and have to explain that I think she charged me for more than I bought. Zulu would have thought I told her I needed her left kidney by the look she gave me but she agreed to look over my receipt AS IF NOW SHE IS DOING ME A FAVOR!!! Low and behold she has in fact charged me for more items than I purchased. She didn't apologize she just credited the items off and sent me on my way. That was my experience and it did not leave me ever wanting to return. read more

I've been here probably three times over the past year and have found the same sad items hanging on the clearance racks for the same price. Send last year's clearance stuff to Building 19, already! For example, three pairs of Tory Burch clear plastic flats in an unbearably small size 5 from about three summers ago selling there for $140. I've bought items here thinking, woo! I got a great deal, but then like my fellow yelper below only to dismally realize the same item is hanging on a TJMaxx rack for half the price. Unfortunately for this off Fifth, the brands that I usually go to Saks for (Theory, True Religion, etc) each have their own store at Wrentham with more glorified selections and slightly better prices. read more

Ill make this short and to the point. 1) I ordered a Versace scarf online and received the WRONG ITEM 2) Was told i had been refunded on 02/27 which was impossible bc i had not even sent back the item till long after that date!! 3) Called my bank to figure out what saks was doing. And was told they had refunded me ... BUT THEN TAKEN THE MONEY BACK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. They had actually taken money out of my account. 4) Called customer service and notified them about what my bank had told me and no one was able to do anything.. I am currently still waiting for this situation to get resolved. NEVER shop saks, Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus are much better options and they never put their customers through this. read more

This Off 5th location has a new manager who has given the store a complete staff overhaul. Amazing! Such a different experience now.

You can find a lot of decent pieces if you dig a little bit. Some prices are still pretty steep but you will also find a lot of great prices for some things that aren't too off-season. Employees are friendly. Dressing rooms are pretty big. Great contemporary clothing and costume jewelry selection. Shoe department is not that big, but I found a few like-able items. Not like-able enough to purchase though. There are always coupons as well! You will score even deeper discounts if you use them. If you don't have any, the cashiers are usually nice enough to let you know about them and use theirs. I got the Viktor Rolf Flowerbomb perfume here at the discounted price and was able to use a coupon on it! read more

Off 5th must be a dream to those penny pinching designer clothes fanatics. I, on the other hand, call it a huge tease. Being in an outlet mall most likely suggests that a store offers way better prices, deals, savings...how many more ways can I say it? Off 5th does none of those things. Everything is still very pricey, even the more chintzy items, where better quality can be found at Gap or Bed Bath & Beyond. They have a "More" rewards card that gives you points, the more you buy...duh. The employees are usually pleasant and the store itself, is usually vacant everytime I've gone in. If I'm looking for something specific, going to Off 5th can be fun... that is, only if I don't flip over the price-tag of something I really want & see triple figures! read more

The bottom line is they have nice, designer clothing at a discount. Of course you're not gonna get the best deal of your life every time you go there. But you will get one unbelievable deal almost every time you go in there, If you have money its a good place to shop and get 3x what you would get at the regular saks store. If you keep track off their sales you're better off. I've gotten a Burberry head band for $15, Burberry skirt $30, Prada handbag $125, Coat I had my eye on all winter for $25! etc. but I've also paid high prices for items there (not as as high as else where but still a pretty penny) If you like designer things it's worth the drive read more

Visited Wrentham Outlets and needed time to think before purchasing Coach flats for $130.00 -- could not stop thinking about them so had them shipped to me and decided to grab another colored pair as well! Turns out I got 40% off and 2nd day ship was only $20 bucks. Kristin in the shoe dept was a HUGE help and she was so nice! She made sure she gave Fedex the package herself (I have had problems with this in the past so I appreciated that) and provided the track # for me. They arrived a day early! SO excited! read more

Not really one of those people who have a burning desire to purchase designer clothes so not impressed with some of the overpriced pieces, often found to be 'Made in China'. Had hoped to find a black jacket or decent dress to wear to a family members' funeral. It was late and I'm sure the staff were focused on finishing up for the night but I would have appreciated some sort of acknowledgement and/or offer to assist by the staff. Was in the process of heading towards the fitting room(with a black jacket in hand) since my young daughter insisted on trying on a tank top but after noticing the short blond haired staff member rolling her eyes at us I returned the items and left.
