We had a very good experience at this store when we were looking for replacement frames for him. Great selection of glasses and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Except the concierge. Pulled up to pick up glasses to the front door in full view of her. Called the number to inform them of my arrival. Left a message and number for a call back. After two other cars pulled up after us and went in and got service and left I recalled the number and the concierge answered I told her I was out front and was here to pick up glasses. I told her I had called 10 min ago and she said she didn't check the messages. In this the me of COVID and needing to call to enter the building you'd think she would check for messages more than every ten min. ( maybe longer if I hadn't called). I NEVER EVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT ...Took 7 weeks for my glasses to come in. Called for a follow up and was scheduled just for them to call me back and the doctor said they aren't "licensed" to give me a follow up check up. Only need a simple check on my eyes. She said she didn't feel comfortable proceeding and told me to go see someone else. What kind of eye doctor are you that you cannot do basic things an eye doctor should be able to do. Receptionist was pretty rude as well but the doctor definitely beat her on this one. The tone in which they speak to people is unprofessional. read more

i went to Pearle Vision on Saturday at 3:45pm and was told that they would not like to rush me in picking up a pair of glasses but i can come back some other time as they could not stay after 4pm because that alarm would go off. If this reason is true, than Headquarters should do something so customers who get to store before closing get the appropriate time and service they are entitled to. read more

After a recommendation from a friend I decided to give Pearle Vision in Brockton a chance and I am SO HAPPY I did! I had an all around amazing experience! Dr. Sexton is absolutely phenomenal! She is very knowledgeable and patient with her clients. She was so helpful, answering all of my MANY questions about glasses and contacts. She made me feel comfortable and didn't make me feel as though my appointment was being rushed. In addition, I spent an unusual amount of time trying to pick out a pair of glasses and the ladies in the vision center, Kerri and Lisa, were incredible! I was in today to get a pair of glasses, and the staff there was super helpful! They were able to direct me to exactly what my insurance covers, and answered all of my questions that I had. I was asked by multiple people if I needed help, and they made me feel like a valued customer, not just another business transaction.
