Everything was so lovely here! From the pedicurist to the products used, this place was a dream I will definitely be making this our new spot for pedis! The man who did mine (bald head, glasses &funky hip style) was amazing and I will request him every time I come here. I was looking for a relaxing mani and pedi and boy was I in for a treat! There was relaxing Christmas music with tv screen displaying the most beautiful sites located in Greece. Julia quickly invited me to sit in the comfortable chair and showed me the menu. I selected the pedicure package 2 that consisted of callus removal, sea salt, fresh orange and a 5 minute massage with hot stones. There are so many options to choose from. Honestly, Julia was so good, really scrubbed and treated my feet like royalty. As for my mani, Ivy was super fast and did a wonderful job. The pedi was definitely my favorite I gotta take my favorite girls to experience the pampered feet session read more

Even though this place does amazing pedicures I wasn't pleased with my nail experience. I originally asked for a clear acrylic to have a see through effect with chrome French but had to settle for a natural almond shape nails. Don't get me wrong staff was great to express they didn't have the material to provide what I was asking for but I would've settled with a gel silver French tip. I recommend if you only want a solid color this is your place for nails but if you're looking for something particular make sure to communicate before you get towards the end and start reconsidering a second nail look. The service jumping from pedicure to manicurist does have a waiting time to be serviced but they do provide you a drink as you wait. I will definitely continue to get pedicures here. read more

I normally don't leave bad reviews, but after multiple negative experiences, I won't be returning. The first issue happened in April 2026. I came in for a basic pedicure, but I felt pressured to upgrade to one of the more expensive options. After I declined, I was seated, and the water in the pedicure chair was so hot that I couldn't even put my feet in it. Instead of helping me or adjusting the water, the employee walked away to sweep and mop the salon. I sat there for about five minutes without anyone checking on me, so I ended up leaving without receiving any service. Today, July 3, 2026, I brought my niece in just to have her nails painted. She had barely sat down, and no one had even started painting her nails before they were already asking me to pay. When I politely told the owner that no service had been provided yet, she rolled her eyes at me. That response was unprofessional and disrespectful. Based on my experiences, I felt unwelcome and treated differently than I expected as a paying customer. The repeated pressure to spend more money, the lack of customer service, and the owner's attitude have convinced me not to return. I cannot recommend this salon. read more

Horrible customer service I did go here previously and it was OK. It was very busy but it was OK so I went back today on my birthday because I had just recently came and received a pedicure, but I just wanted my color change to match my birthday outfit and upon arrival the lady that sits behind the desk I think she's like the owner. She was so damn rude. I even told her like hey it's my birthday so she can try to be nice. She was still so rude. She never even told me happy birthday the guy that painted my nails he painted them so thin and he kept going to her to have little cahoots. I know they were talking about me. They better be lucky. I didn't wear my glasses today that are able to translate but they basically ruined my birthday. I had to go to another shot because the service was so bad and just changed my whole energy. She overcharged me before I came in. I called her and I told her I would like to get just a polish change is that possible she said yes 25 for each I said OK will I be able to use my birthday coupon that I received for this month and she said yes you can use it so it would be $45 when I went in she told me a different price she changed the prices too higher. She changed it to $30 and then I asked her can I use my birthday discount she said I can use three dollars off. I said the coupon was five dollars. She tried to argue with me about it until I had to show her proof I was supposed to get my nails done, but I did not. I just went to another shop because the service was so damn bad. They are like racist. There was a lady that came in. That was a different race in myself and she treated her so kind. I will never go back to that shop. If you were black do not go to that shop. they treat people differently and they change prices. read more

Great service! The gentleman who did my pedicure was fast yet thorough. This is my go to for pedicures.

The staff is always very nice and friendly. I love the nude color for the French tip Jimmy suggested.

I am filing a formal complaint against Solar Nails regarding a serious injury I sustained during a service on 11/12/25. I visited the salon to receive a pedicure and a full set. During my pedicure, the technician--identified as "Bob"--began removing calluses from my feet using a cheese grater-style tool. Initially, this was not an issue, but he continued using the tool while distracted and looking away. As a result, he sliced the entire side of my big toe, removing a significant portion of skin. The wound bled heavily for over 20 minutes. Despite this, the technician attempted to have me place my injured toe back into the same pedicure water, which was clearly contaminated. I refused due to the risk of infection. The staff then applied multiple bandages, which had to be replaced several times because I continued to bleed through them. Without my consent, they later applied liquid bandage to the open wound, causing extreme pain. Following the incident, they attempted to offer a free pedicure as compensation, seemingly to discourage me from filing a complaint. This experience was traumatic and completely unacceptable. The staff demonstrated a lack of proper training and basic hygiene protocols, resulting in a severe and preventable injury. read more

AWFUL EXPERIENCE, DO NOT COME. The customer service was awful, will never go back. I went in to have my current nails removed, so I can get them painted by a new nail tech I was in contact with. The first red flag was how rough the tech was with my nails, they are literally bleeding after they were finished. I told Them that from the beginning, however after they were finished 3 of them decided to gang up and scream at me becuase I didn't come in to have them painted only removed after I had already told them that. Absolutely awful experience and awful customer service. If I could give them 0 I would. read more

This is the worst manicure/pedicure I have ever had gotten. Like ever... aside from rushing the service is was sloppy. I don't know how they dare to up charger you for anything. DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING! $73 for a poorly done gel mani and regular pedicure. No freaking way. I asked for my natural nails to only be filed down and this man cuts them and tries to tell me it's better for my nail. He also tried to leave them pointy corners. I'm so saddened that I didn't decline or stopped him from continuing the service. Again... DONT COME HERE AT ALL! BAD PLACE! read more

I called asking for an appointment, they said come in. I went in for a full set myself and a pedi for my daughter. The lady in the front who seems to be the owner cut me twice. She was too busy trying to take the walk ins and to charge the clients that were done. She kept leaving me sitting there. I paid 75$ for short nails and 35 for my daughter's toes. My nails were sloppy. I asked for a thin white French tip. It's thick as hell. My bill came to 105 I gave here 115 so the tip would be 3 and 3 wich they still didn't deserve. She returned me 2$. I don't recomen it. They didn't cut my daughter's toes and when I asked they looked frustrated. read more

Went in to get my eyebrow & lip done and she barley used any wax. Afterwards I asked her to get the hairs that she clearly missed and she refused. This isn't my 1st time having a bad experience here but I like the shop so I gave them another chance . Unfortunately I'll have to find somewhere new. You'd think if that see you continue to come they'd appreciate your loyalty to them but they don't care. read more

0/5 stars if i could. awful. i came in for a soak off and left in tears. i was asked why only a soak off, to which i replied because im trying a new tech and wanted to have a fresh base. The man doing my soak off started drilling harder when i had asked him not to drill at my natural nail hard. the lady next to him chimed in and started going off on me. scoffing, rolling her eyes, commenting. they're the ones who asked first of all, and second it doesn't matter what i choose to do i am still paying them for the service regardless?? they're getting my money over anyone else?? i got up after, the guy who did my soak off was extremely rude, got up and walked away immediately after he put the drill down. when i was done, i was talking to another customer in there and the front desk lady swarmed me and started going off on me. calling me a bad girl over and over. looking angrily at me. right next to me she was up on me going off, not screaming but she was passive aggressive telling i was not welcome and to not come back. i felt unsafe with three of their workers ganging up on me. I had said it's my choice what i decide to do with my money. and i was still paying them and choosing to pay them for that service. no matter what they were getting paid so im confused. my nail tech doesn't ever go off on me for getting my toes done elsewhere. i felt unsafe, and honestly isolated in that place. everyone involved was extremely unprofessional. i have never experienced that before. the lady kept calling me a bad girl over and over and shaming me. i have gone here for years with my family, for toes mainly but still. to have no respect for their own company to start an argument with a paying customer is beyond me. listen to the reviews. awful company and awful rude employees. they don't care if they get business or not. the way they treat their customers is disgusting. never going here again. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! I've given this business a chance time and time again. I went in to get my acrylic overlay taken off and the guy used the acrylic nail to take off my nails. I feel him cut into my nail bed but I ignore it because maybe it's just the pressure of my acrylics being taken off. Finally the nail comes off and my real nail is cut in half through the nail bed because he sliced it. Then he proceeds to use the cuticle cutter to cut my nail even more making it extremely sensitive!!! He tried charging me full price ($20) after ruining my nails. I ask for a discount and he says $17. Are you kidding me?! Never come here again unless you want a quick pedicure where they don't take their time to get the junk from your toes or if you want half your nail bed sliced into! Just don't do it read more

The gentleman that did my pedicure did fine. Although I had requested for a gel full set that gentleman that did, did not know what he was doing. Before he even applied acrylic I specified I wanted almond shape nail and they are all round. Also two of the nails are crooked and he said once I apply acrylic and shape them it will be fixed and even after I mentioned it was crooked and he said it's your finger that is doing that. I did say I have had nails before and never had this problem. He made the acrylic to watery and kept caking it on. The bottom of nails had thick layers that he had to drill it away after it was done. And i requested French tip with one thick line and then a smaller line below and he said I don't think I can do that but I can try. But at the end he didn't do it because he couldn't do it. My nails are ugly he kept saying to trust the process. I hate that the photo don't show you had bad they look. Very uneven and oddly shaped read more
