It was the one and only time I got xeomin. Maybe my body didn't react well to that one. I usually only get Botox or dysport. May recent experiences here have been good. I don't get neurotoxins here because I am kind of loyal to the lady I go to in town but this place offers all kinds of services. I was gifted a few Valentine's Day packages so I have tried getting a massage , facial , and mic b12 injections , and worked out at the gym they have and done Pilates too. I've had a good experience with everything . They are super busy but they do get back to you and follow up too. Pilates instructor was really good and knowledgeable. I like when instructors do a good job explaining things in detail and when they correct your form so that you actually work the muscles the exercise is intended to work. She does a good job of that. She's funny too. The gym classes are good too. But if you're new to working out it might be challenging. I was so sore after the upper body class, more sore than I have been in a long time. But yes overall great experience with everything . I feel bad I had that bad review up for such a long time I forgot about it

My facial was canceled hours before the service because the esthetician got sick. This is understandable with the state of the world. However, they didn't have anybody else to provide the service. Well, no problem. Let me still get my 10 AM massage. I get to the salon at 10 AM. Yelp, says they open at 9 am but nobody is there. I say at about 10:01am Karina shows up. She needs about 10 minutes to prepare before we can start the massage. I'm not in a rush, so no problem. My 90 minute massage was cut down to probably about 75 minutes. When I confronted her about it, she did takeoff $10. But many people would not say anything at all. I found this to be unethical. The whole thing was rather disappointing.

My lashes always look so full and beautiful and custom to my Asian eye shape and preference. They are soft and feel natural and last much longer through other places. I can shower, get facials, swim in pools and beaches with them lasting through easily up to 3-4 weeks. I get fills every 2-3 weeks just to keep them full all months long. She is also great about taking care of my natural lashes so between fills or wanting new full sets I have plenty of healthy lashes to renew! She moved out to Southwest Bakersfield into her own studio at Sola Salon Studios. It's a cute location with other private studios and so you have privacy and are able to fully relax as Chelsea makes you beautiful without interruption or rush. She takes her time and is so professional and sweet. She is fairly priced especially for the work you get. By appointments only right now and she always makes sure you get time for your fills to keep looking beautiful for months. I will keep coming to Chelsea as long as I live in Bakersfield. I tried to tell her that's something you should explain to your customers when they're making appointments, but she kept yelling and speaking over me as she could tell I was frustrated. I attached a picture of a text message I received from the business at 2:07PM which reads "Magdalena Lopez at the estibarber is ready to see you. Come on in!" I arrive three minutes later at 2:10PM. That's when she told me my appointment had been cancelled. This is a very poorly run business run by amateurs. Save your time and go to a professional.

The service started with a consultation of any concerns I might have and what shape and color I wanted my brows to be . From there my face was measured and marked to map where lines would be drawn. Then it was time to draw and fill in my brows , the process itself isn't painful just a bit uncomfortable comparable to plucking your brows . In total I'd say it took about 2 1/2 hours and I am pleased with the results . I left with instructions for aftercare and an ointment to put on my brows to help with the healing process.
