They had good reviews and I needed to get some gel polish off my toes ASAP! They answer the phone (lots of places haven't been), and their service is friendly. Today was my first time trying them and I was very happy. The salon is clean, the employees are friendly, and the music is quiet enough to encourage people to also keep the noise down, which helped me relax during my pedicure. Each of the employees was extremely helpful, polite, and, most importantly, hygienic! I was relieved to see how thorough everyone was while they cleaned up stations between clients. I didn't wait long to be called and I noticed they scheduled people well, so no one had to wait more than a few minutes. The prices are fair, the service was excellent, and I'm very glad my nails look and feel amazing! I can only speak of the pedicure, but it was an enjoyable experience. I'll be back again for sure! Everyone was friendly and the manicurist I had took her time and was very thorough. I don't want to tell you her name because I don't want her to get too booked up. Ha!! The place is clean, I can see they use sterilized instruments. This puts my mind at ease. The prices are the best in the surrounding area. They are probably busier for this reason but it works in their favor. You can have high prices, bring in less people because of it and not make as much money. My friend is the one who got me started going to this small place for pedicures. I got Kevin one time and now I don't want anyone else to touch my feet. Everyone who works there is WONDERFUL. Extremely nice and very friendly! They even gave us cold water bottles as we waited. We all got the deluxe pedicure and it was fantastic. The massage chairs, the citrus slices, the calf and feet massage, all of it - pure joy. Andy is great - I loved talking with him, it was like he was part of our group! I was in Bakersfield for the weekend and I desperately needed a pedi. My bestie and her Grandma recommended Beauti Nails! Barbara is a regular there and when I called to book all three of us, we got right in! The studio is spacious and light. There are many chairs and technicians to go around and they all wasted no time in getting us sat. We all got to sit right next to each other and it was bliss! I got a gel pedicure and the hardest part was picking out my color! They have so many to choose from. Each technician was fast, professional and friendly. Not impressed by the pedicure and gel manicure that I received. The paint on my toenails is uneven and my heels still look rough. I asked the lady to cut my finger nails down - I don't like round or square. She filed them down at first and I said it was ok to just cut them down. She finally did but still rounded them out - I didn't want to bug her to not worry about that. Gel polish is probably bad because some nail beds look bumpy. I had to change twice, and they were super responsive. Katie did my gel removal and prepped my nails for the gel, while her sister, Kim, did the gel polish! I really enjoyed both of them-- super kind and welcoming, and also had good conversations with both. I love how my nails came out! They have so many colors and options! I've been going to this nail salon for almost a year now. I am very pleased! I love getting my nails done by Linh. After years of just walking in to near by nail salons I finally found the best person to do my nails. I go to Linh for Gel Nail Polish and Regular Polish for my toe nails. Linh does a great job. My nails have never been this strong and healthy. She takes her time and does her best not to harm the nails of her customers. No wonder we all go back to her. I have no problem giving her generous amount of tip bec she truly deserve it for her hard work, kindness and dedication to what she does. I am so thankful to my former co-worker Ashley for writing a review on this nails salon bec it's how I found Linh. :-) I recommend this place and I recommend Linh! This is my favorite nail salon in Bako! I have gone here for plenty of pedicures and some manicures and I'm always pleased with the outcome. The nail technicians are so nice and always make me feel welcomed. I always make an appointment because they are usually busy (because they are so great) but can always get in around the time I am asking for. They take your temperature and give you hand sanitizer when you walk in to help stop the spread of germs. I always see them sanitize after every customer and use new buffers, files and clean tools. Beauti nails is filled with very nice staff members that make you feel welcomed each time. Kimmy is always so pleasant to talk to and creates conversation with you even if she's not doing your nails. She's never done my nails but I always peek and she does a great job! My nail lady is LYNN. I love getting pedicures with her. She really goes above and beyond in making sure your feet are clean and by clean I don't mean just in the water and soap and that's it, I mean she takes out allll skin etc. My manicures are always on point, my nails grew after getting gel manicures with her. I decided to try dip powder with her. She is just learning as she says but I think she does a wonderful job. She really cares about the customer and will ask you if you like it several times before the end product. Look at my acrylic nails. So pretty. I love coming here! As I walked in, I was warmly greeted and asked if I had an appointment. I didn't. The wait was about 5 minutes or so and during this time I was assured it wouldn't be long. I wish I had taken pictures. Anyway, I got a mani pedi and it was great. For me a good pedi gets all the rough skin off around my toes (I exfoliate the soles myself every few days in the shower so they aren't too bad), and she did. My nails were pretty again. Pedicures are solid here. But I would not recommend getting your acrylics done here. They say they can do designs but when they do it, lines are messy and thick. Also they only use curved tips not flat tips. My biggest issue was the fact I was there for 3.5 hours getting a full set with a gel pedicure. read more
