I made an appointment and was taken on time. My technician, Amy, was polite and gave me a very nice gel pedicure. I will be going back!

I called and asked to make an appointment and they told me that I could just come in that day and don't need to commit to a time when I arrived. I believe the owner had me checking in and then the nail tech that was doing my builder gel fill was flora. I've gotten a builder job at least 10 times and the way she was doing it was not right. She filed my nails so low that once my regrowth came, the nails that she worked on was so much lower. It looked so obvious and bad. It only took one bed, nail tech to ruin my healthy nails that will take a long time to grow . Initially, I believe the owner looked at my nails and said something to Laura how they were not good so then Flora filed my nails down even more and started painting them again . While doing so she filed them down so low and my nails feel so weak. Please avoid this nail salon and just make sure the tech that you're saying knows how to perform the service you're asking for. Even though the owner had her do my nails, she filed them down so low and this is gonna be months of growth until they feel normal and healthy again. I would avoid the snail salon as they don't seem properly trained and the techniques they offer and I'll definitely avoid the nail tech. When I went to a different nail salon, they basically told me she filed my nails down at a really high setting, and that was inappropriate. They felt really bad for me and told me that the person who did my nails at pro nails basically destroyed them and I need to be really careful with them. In addition, flora was making me get a design on my nails so she could up charge me. I didn't like the design that she redid it. She doesn't know what's she's doing this is just a warning to avoid! read more

I went into this nail salon I always see on tik tok to get a pedi and acrylic removal and new set. They where really nice and loved my pedi service but the man doing my acrylic removal did not take off my old acrylic set he only shaved them down and started applying acrylic on top of my already old acrylic nails. He didn't put new tips on or even try to clean up my nails I wanted a whole brand new set and didn't even get that on my nails he simply worked over what I already had and he didn't shape them well enough I was going to get French but I could tell by his work he wouldn't do French how I liked so I just got a simple base color. I'm updating my review because it has been multiple times I make appointments and the owner/manager will send a text asking to come later. Normally I don't mind, but this last time it was upsetting because I told them I would like to keep my appointment time, and they still changed my appointment. I went early because it was close to my work and I didn't want to drive all the way home just so I can go at a later time. My person that was supposed to do my toes wasn't able to do my toes. I was already upset that I had to get someone else. During my pedicure, not all the nail polish was taken off (they painted over some of the nail polish) then I noticed it wasn't painted correctly. Spots were missing and it made my toe nails look funky. I just feel with an appointment, it doesn't even matter, since they try and get as many people in as possible. If my nail guy didn't work there, I probably wouldn't go back since they don't care about their customers who come back with appointments read more

Terrible service and terrible salon. They are very unsanitary. i had Lein work on my gel manicure and she used dirty tools. I had gel x on my nails and asked her to soak it off and add gel and she filed my nails so thin my natural nails have broken and are bleeding. I have naturally healthy thick fingernails and they were very healthy but instead of soaking off with acetone she filed the product off and even after i told her she was burning me she kept filing. She also kept insisting i get hard gel probably because she realized she filed my nails way too thin. The salon is dirty unsanitary and they provide poor services. I now have super thin natural nails that hurt and keep breaking. She also over cut my cuticles so i have sore cuticles and cuts. I do not recommend this salon at all. It appears based off other reviews that they have had multiple instances of over filing natural nails and over cutting cuticles. The state definitely needs to visit this salon and fine them for unsanitary practices. read more

First experience here was great but my second was disappointing. I made my appointment for 4:15 so I could go straight after work and they texted me at 3:50 asking if I could come at 4:30. I was upset because I made that appointment time for a reason but I ended up agreeing and moving it. I got there and still had to wait until 4:45 to be seen. This nail salon is actually the worst idk why people hype them up so much. I went to them a few times and every time I've gone it's rushed work. Even when I make an appointment for a fill and pedicure they do horrible or they stop doing your nails to put you in the pedicure chair to get someone else in your spot. So your nails are unfinished while you get your pedicure then they do your nails again. They don't care about quality work or the quantity of ppl they try to see per day. They sides of my nail don't have paint on them and then the polish chips in a week. The woman owner is actually so rude and rough with ppls nails. Please save your money and time. read more

I looked on their Instagram and found multiple styles I liked, and asked them to merge them together to create each specific nail, and they were so meticulous, crafting each flower petal by hand and paying attention to every detail! Even when they were in the middle of a nail and I asked them to add something or to please be mindful of the filing pressure by holding my nail down more firmly, they were pleasant and graceful. They spent hours on my nails, even staying past closing! Days after when looking at them I still found no flaw in the work. While shaping my nails he gave me a clear run down of my options and how much each would cost, and was very willing to accommodate me as I checked the shape and filing of my nails at each step. The salon itself was also really busy, so glad I made an appointment the night before for as soon as the salon opened. Overpriced for sure! I took my daughter to the salon yesterday and she priced me $95... she said it's cause of the design, there is texture on the tips and the flowers... I said ok take away the flowers and texture on the tips, they said ok it will 85 get the f out of here. Y'all really are tripping with your prices. Smh. This is definitely abuse!! Shame on you nail salon. I also over heard a lady ask about the prices you have on your website and the tech said, oh those prices are not updated. Why don't you update your prices so people don't go in there excited to get a nice reasonable service and then you blindly snap someone in the face with ridiculous prices! Horrible!! My sister in law went and got her pedicure... the guy immediately turned on his timer and started to aggressively do her pedicure. Ashley and Jasmine always make sure I'm well taken care of and happy while I'm there. I always go to Jasmine and am able to make appointments which I appreciate because I am very busy and don't have a lot of time to wait around for service. They treat their customers very nice. They do only accept cash which is a bit annoying sometimes but there is an ATM there. I shared a few photo of my fave sets done by Jasmine. I always look forward to going back. If you're looking for a super cheap place keep searching.. but also remember you get what you pay for!
