It was a complete waste of my time coming to this place. I called before coming in and asked if they accepted walk-ins and I was informed that they did. I asked if they had availability for a simple cut in the next 30 minutes and they told me they did. I arrived about 20 minutes after that call, when I walked in I was not greeted or anything. I needed a haircut badly and didn't have a salon since I just moved from New York. My hair is pretty low maintenance and so am I so I just need a good cut, friendly and skilled stylist, and clean salon. I got all of those plus a decent price. I had Mary and it was great. We chatted about my needs before she took a healthy 3-4 inches off. I will be returning in 2 weeks for some color. (I had only booked enough time for a cut). I will definitely be returning. I don't recommend this salon. My neck sustained a contusion (petechiae) at the hair-washing station and my partner freaked out when he saw it. They have a new hairstylist named Gloria who was very nice and easy to talk to, whom says shes been cutting hair for 15 years is newer to the salon. Although I do like her, unfortunately, she charges $45 to cut hair with not so good results, and who didn't appear to advanced her haircutting technique. I did not see her using any scalp sectioning, nor any traditional layering methods (square, round, graduation) elevation or fingering. I provided her a photograph too. No stationary or traveling guides, and she started cutting at my hair right away mainly from focus of the perimeter. I was hoping the results would be good, but unfortunately, it resulted in a bilateral uneven, mullet-like, chopped up haircut. I have an appointment with my regular stylist today to fix the haircut into a bob for another $65, because I didn't know my regular salon was open. I was suppose to grow it out. read more

I found Marie through Groupon and i am extremely happy with her thus far. I have been to her twice. I come in straight from work with a face full of makeup and she gently removes my makeup and proceeds to do her magic. My skin feels completely renewed afterwards. The best part is the upper body massage ! It is sooooo relaxing and i love it. If she did full body massages i would be all in. She has a very soothing touch and I am very happy that i plan to continue to buy the packages to keep my skin at its best.
