She checked in with me throughout the entire service, making sure I was comfortable and that the water temperature was just right. The salon itself is absolutely spectacular and spotless. The atmosphere is relaxing, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I especially loved the pedicure chair, which gave a 30-minute shiatsu massage during my service--pure heaven. All the technicians were smiling and engaging with their clients, and you could feel the positive energy in the room. There was also a very handsome Asian gentleman working there who seemed to brighten the whole place with his smile. For my first pedicure, I couldn't have chosen a better place. I have been coming here for almost a year , and I've never had a issue loved this place , they won me over when I brought my baby and she was being fuzzy and this nice lady with glasses grabbed my daughter and played with her the whole time while I got my nails done . The women that work here are great . I have always paid 65$ for full set acrylics , cat eye with almond and I'm very big on healthy natural nail and always ask to remove acrylic old nails the healthy way not pulling the nail bed with a fake nail . And today I had a new man with glasses do my nails , I told him I didn't want my nail bed pulled off, he still attempted 3x and was told to stop all 3 times. Then try to tell me it will be 80$ for my set due to the removal of nails . I explained I pay a same price for the same service every month and have never been over priced. They took 20 min figuring out the price , and said the extra 15$ is being charged to make it 80$ for medium nails , charging 15$ for an inch extra of nail length ??? INSANE . Then explained they couldn't finish my nails because it's late and they didn't have anyone else to do my nails , an hour and a half for nothing . And still charged me 20$ to remove my nails so sad because I genuinely liked everyone else here . But never will come back . Keep the price at a certain price . Never again. read more

Lisa did really well and I am very much pleased with how my nails turned out. She took her time, but still worked really quickly like a pro that she is all while also trying to accomodate new incoming customers. She managed to do all that and still have my nails turned out more than what I expected. She also answered my questions with great detail and recommendations of what would fit better for something I am not so sure about. I've only been going here ever since I first tried it and was already impressed the very first time. I'm glad to say that I have been a loyal customer of theirs and happy to always recommend their nail salon to my family, friends and co-workers. After seeing all the amazing reviews on Yelp, I just had to come here myself. I came as a walk-in for a full set. I had never gotten my nails done before, so I was a little nervous. I had my nails prepped by one tech and then I was moved to another station. Overall it was a good experience. I showed a reference picture and got exactly what I was hoping for. The salon was clean, and despite being busy they were able to get seated promptly! I was very comfortable the entire time because of the care that was put into the service. I can totally see why people love this salon. It looks like they excel in nail art too. I thought it was nice to see their work playing on the TVs. I've been coming here for pedicures for a while, but my most recent visit was by far the worst experience I've had at any salon. The pedicure itself was painful to the point where it actually caused my toe to bleed. Instead of stopping or handling it properly, the technician continued with the service and even applied nail polish directly over the wound--dipping the same brush back into the bottle with my blood on it. This is not only careless but also a serious health and sanitation concern. On top of that, I had acrylics done and the results were disappointing. For the price they charge (plus extra for French tips), I expected better quality. The tips were uneven, not cleaned up, and the nails were left bulky and poorly shaped. The technician didn't take the time to perfect or correct the work, which made the final result look rushed and unprofessional. What made the experience worse was that nothing was offered to acknowledge the injury--not even a discount. It felt like my comfort and safety weren't a priority at all. I've always been a loyal customer, but this experience has completely changed my opinion of this salon. I left feeling not only dissatisfied but also worried about possible infection from their lack of proper care. For these reasons, I believe a full refund is warranted, especially since I paid through Zelle and did not receive safe or professional service. read more

I came here for a pedicure several months ago and had a wonderful experience. I went 5 days ago for a manicure and didn't have the same. It was not 1 star worthy but I can't really place between 2 and 3. The manicure started off sloppy, I noticed the base coat and roughening of the nail (for gel application) was spotty, with the focus around the center of my nails. Unfortunately this won't help the gel actually hold well. If I'm paying for a gel manicure I'm expecting it to stay at least 2 weeks. With that being said, my nails are chipped after 5 days. I asked for a black French tip. The execution is maybe alright at best. I wouldn't mind if I was paying beauty school prices but that's not the case with a gel manicure. I was not rushing the young lady that did my nails. But my manicure felt rushed. I did not have the time to ask her to redo my nails, but she did not know that. So I am not sure why my manicure was not done with precision and care like my pedicure was a while ago. If the style I needed isn't something they were comfy with, I would've totally understood, and tried something else. The icing on the cake was the coworker sitting right in the chair next to my nail artist, listening to videos on her phone with the volume on blast while people are trying to relax. I'm sure she could have went elsewhere since there were two more not busy nail artists sitting 10 ft away on their phones and having conversations that I wouldn't hear at all since they were being courteous. Found this place 3 days ago, I went inn to check the prices and I asked how much for a acrylic fill, he looked at my hands and said $35 we do for you now. But I didn't get any services because I had other plans. But I came back on Saturday morning as a walk inn, a gentleman immediately greeted me and asked me what I wanted I asked for acrylic fill & pedicure, he looked at my hands and said oh $45 because your nails are so long!!! Mind you I came in the day before when they weren't busy and he told me $35. I was serviced by a woman who was nice, honestly I wasn't a fan of their gel brands or samples , I asked for dark brown and they didn't have it. None of the gels colors were what I was looking for ... so I wanted just clear coat on my nails since the powder color was a natural pink already .. why bother adding gel right? Just coat me up with clear coat BUT no and she still did gel on me after I told her no ( she wasn't listening to me at all) in the end she picked a natural pink gel after I said no gel but because I didn't want to be bothered more I let her finish so I could leave , as for my pedicure I had asked for regular polish but the lady insisted on GEL POLISH after I told her NO over 3 times , no thank you ‍!!! I was polite but she insisted on designs. I'm definitely overstimulated at this point after not getting the services I asked for! So I kindly picked the darkest color. I was impressed on the adds on such as the callus removal, hot stone massage & hot towels at the end for $50 gel pedicure it was reasonable but I had asked for regular polish so that I could come back for a different color since I was attending an event, I really hate to deal with gel polish sometimes. That was my ick for me, when they don't listen but the vibe was quiet and clean. Service 3/5 Cleanness 4/5 Price moderate $90 for acrylic fill & gel pedicure package 1 Do I recommend probably a hit or miss, I must try a different person for a different experience. But nothing they did was bad, I know they are doing their jobs to asked for different designs or colors, but my advice if a client is asking for clean natural nails please honor that , or regular polish. This place is so chic and vibrant. It seems clean and organized as well. We called hours in advance and were told they have a spot for me and my husband at 4pm. Agreed to the time and booked it for a pedicure (for me) and a facial (for my husband). We got there 5-10 mins before 4pm and the place is packed and busy and there were more people coming in with a 4pm appointment as we were sitting down waiting for our turn. We were seated or attended to 15-20mins after 4pm. Although the services went through smoothly and quick, be forwarned that there is a long wait. The staff is friendly and accommodating though. Love the quality of their service and the range of services they provided. I deducted a star for the wait and the SMELL. It was so bad (strong chemical odor possibly from the acrylics or nail polishes) that I could barely breathe. You do get used to it as you sit longer but just know that there's that very distinct, strong smell inside. Anyway, I think I will be back. I had mentioned to the lady doing my nails that I had two broken nails, but she could keep them like that because I like only having natural nails, but then she put fake acrylic nails on my already broken nails, and I am too shy to say anything so I obviously didn't say anything and just said OK it'll look OK. That was my fault. Next the lady doing my toes was very sweet, but she cut me and it's getting swollen and it hurts. I think maybe asking the client if they're doing OK or if everything is going well through the process would be helpful. I did try to communicate about the broken nails but maybe she didn't understand that I just wanted to keep them like that. Besides that the design was very bumpy and the shape could've been better. Workers work quick, however I hate to leave bad reviews but after going for a pedicure with a foot soak, I noticed while applying the acrylic, they used no nail dehydrator or primer to ensure that the nail would hold and not lift. I did not mention anything. A few days later without any lifting, I noticed I had a green spot under my nails and I had to do my own soak off and now I have mold under both nails. I've been coming here for three years now and for the most part have had great experiences but this time was the last straw I'm done and definitely do not recommend coming here. The owner Lisa tries to fix it by saying to ask for her but what's the point if she's always busy herself. The staff should be trained to do the work we pay a hefty price for. I got a pedicure and the girl seemed lost and in the end I didn't get a 5 minute massage or lotion or cuticle oil on my nails I don't even think she did the mask!!!
