I have been coming here for years but was disappointed with the service lately. Prices not clear, additional costs are the bottom of the package. In my opinion they should be more by the package prices or made clear by worker. However, it was my fault for not checking. Workers get mad when you don't get gel, since you'll be sitting there waiting longer. Also, they even tried charging me for the flip flops you walk out in. I always go with Tony for my nails, because he is so detail Orientated and I appreciate that. He likes to make to make sure my nails are evenly perfect And I love that about him. As for pedicures. The service isn't bad. I've been here twice and haven't had bad service. I came in both times for a pedicure and my first one was great she really knew what she was doing, this second one was a little rough, from pulling on the hang nail on the big toe to just having me sit in certain positions felling so uncomfortable. Mind you I am 35 weeks with a BIG belly. The seats dont recline back much so overall it's uncomfortable she also poked my toe with the cuticle nail clipper so that hurt a little because of the positions and the way the UV gel lamp sat, we had to do my big toe a few times I got a French tip on my nails I like it but once I paid more attention to one toe it looks a little lopsided. That bother me and because of how uncomfortable I was I didnt ask to fix it. I just left. I got the Volcano pedicure. Definitely would go back but not get her as my lady. read more

UPDATE: The owner's response does NOT reflect my experience. I was never shown a timer. I watched my technician set it, then begin cleaning her workstation instead of starting the massage. That's why I timed it myself. Once the massage began, it lasted about one minute--not five. The claim that I'm a customer who is "never happy" is also false. I've been to this salon several times before without ever making a complaint and always left satisfied. If I had been unhappy every visit, I wouldn't have continued returning. My review wasn't about one mistake--it was about how my concerns were handled afterward. Unfortunately, the owner's response has only reinforced that by making false claims. I stand by my review. I have been to this salon multiple times before, but after today's experience, I will not be returning. I chose the basic pedicure, which clearly includes a 5-minute massage. Unfortunately, the majority of my appointment consisted of my feet soaking in the water while my tech repeatedly tried to fix the jets because they weren't working properly. Before the massage portion even began, she asked me if I wanted a massage which is odd because the massage is one of the main services included in what I was going to be paying for. If I didn't want part of the service, I would have said so. When it came time for the massage, I watched my tech set a 5-minute timer. Instead of beginning the massage, she spent those five minutes cleaning up her workstation and the tools she had used on me while the timer continued counting down. She did not massage my feet during that time. When there was only about one minute remaining on the timer, she finally started the massage which began at 2:22. As soon as the timer beeped, she told me my pedicure was finished at 2:23. I asked her to clarify whether the pedicure included a 5-minute massage or only one minute. She confirmed it included five minutes and said, "The timer just went off. I set it for five minutes." Immediately afterward, she acted as though she couldn't find the timer, even though it had just beeped and was sitting right there. I calmly pointed out that I had only received about a one-minute massage but said it was fine because I was ready to leave. As I stood up, she repeatedly grabbed my feet and tried to pull me back down so she could continue the massage. I told her several times that I was ready to leave and did not want any additional service. She continued grabbing my feet until I finally had to firmly and respectfully ask her to stop touching me. I should never have to tell an employee multiple times to stop touching me after I have clearly said I want to leave. As my tech walked with me to the front so I could pay, she stopped along the way to say something to another employee in their language. Once we reached the register, I asked my technician if I could speak with the manager. She then went and got that same employee she had just spoken to. Before I even had the chance to explain what happened, she already seemed to know the situation. I calmly explained everything that had happened and asked if she could review the security cameras, even providing the exact time my pedicure began. Instead of reviewing the footage, she immediately offered me $5 off and said checking the cameras would take too long. I asked again if she would please review them, and she went to grab her phone, pulled up the cameras but never watched it, instead she repeated that she would just discount $5 for the massage. Another concerning part of my visit was a serious hygiene issue. While another technician finished a pedicure for the customer next to me, she grabbed my drink with the same gloves she had been wearing while performing that customer's pedicure, thinking it belonged to her. My drink was clearly sitting on my armrest, not the other customer's. Thankfully, the customer told her it wasn't hers, and the tech simply placed my drink back on my armrest. At that point, the drink was going straight into the trash because it had been handled with gloves that had just been used during someone else's pedicure. That was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable from a sanitation standpoint Not once did my tech or the woman who claimed to be the manager, apologize for the poor service, the hygiene issue, or the fact that my technician repeatedly grabbed my feet after I had already said I wanted to leave. Instead, I was met with attitude and an attempt to dismiss the situation with a $5 discount. This was by far the worst salon experience I've had. I understand that mistakes can happen, but how a business handles those mistakes says everything. A sincere apology and accountability would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling disrespected, ignored, and disappointed. Customers deserve the services they pay for, proper sanitation, and to have their concerns taken seriously. Needed a pedicure for upcoming trip and decided to visit this location as it was the closest location to me. Upon entering I noticed some worn and dingy chairs of the exterior which I believe are used as a makeshift waiting area. As I entered I was asked what services I needed and was assigned to a numbered pedicure chair. The interior was stunning and the pedicure chairs appeared new. The chair had a massage feature and I was given a service menu and a bottled water. I settled with the basic pedicure which was priced at $30. My pedicurist did try to upsell on gel yet I insisted on just the basic. I can't pinpoint exactly yet I just felt uncomfortable during the whole pedicure. The pedicure just felt impersonal and awkward. The pedicurist attempted to make small conversation yet mainly had a conversation with her fellow co worker. I was upsold on getting the callous removal ($8). The pedicurist also removed ingrown toenails I have had which was painful yet much needed. Overall, the pedicure came out nice and my feet very smooth. I just didn't like the overall vibe and how awkward I felt which personally may just be on my end. read more

We were set up with a gentleman by the name of Tony ( not the owner) I told him we wanted a short, square set with black tips and he did a fantastic job. So basically she paid $70 for a premium pedicures and then again $70 for a non premium basic pedicure. I'm so angry. This is taking advantage of people. Horrible service! When I entered, I was given a new new nail file and buffer to give to the tech when I get seated, when I handed it to the tech she threw it into the cart and said I already have one which looked used. Second they asked if I wanted my nails cut, I said no thank you and proceeded to cut anyway. Third I asked for a color explained it multiple times they had to drill the wrong color off because they were not understanding and proceeds to crash out in their language. Fourth they didn't put anything in the water other than just boiling water that I couldn't put my feet in. Lastly they didn't help me with the massage chair and put some sort of oil instead of lotion on my two minute massage. Was not an enjoyable experience. read more

Very disappointed in this place. I got a package 2 pedicure which was $37, with regular polish no gel. He left my feet unfinished and I had to ask another worker to fix his work because he just got up and left to another client without saying a word. I asked him for lotion on my legs and his response was " I already massaged you " which I was not asking for a massage put simply lotion since they usually put some prior to finishing up. He also didn't start his timer like everyone else does. The environment was comfortable until one of the workers started vaping his vape, he was at station number 6 in the middle island. I won't come back & I don't recommend coming here if you want to have a relaxing experience. It's usually better when the owners are here but it appears that they are not, which shows. I have been here multiple times and have always had a great experience, but a couple days ago I went in for a mani pedi and the gentleman who did my pedicure did a great job, but the woman who did my manicure did terrible. I got regular polish for the first time in a long time, I usually get gels but I wanted a fresh clean polish for a couple weeks before I get gels again. She did not use any primer- and even the gentleman who did my pedicure stopped her and showed her the primer and she shook her head no and kept painting my nails. She left huge gaps of unpainted nail and I told her three times nicely and she kept saying it was because I didn't get gels that they wouldn't be perfect and that the top coat would fix the gaps- nothing was fixed. Then all I got was polka dots for my design and the entire time she was putting the dots she kept saying how they won't be perfect dots because it's not gel and that gel is what is pretty and that I should have gotten gel. It felt like she was punishing me for getting regular polish instead of gels. There are paint streaks, gaps, and it's just very poorly painted. No primer coat made it even worse. I was charged $91 for regular polish as well which felt extremely off to me. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I went in today 03/18/26 for a pedicure everything was going well then I told the lady I didn't want gel on my nails just polished she seemed upset told me like 4 times the gel is better and nicer and I kept telling her no thank you and then she notice my sneakers and started speaking in her language throwing a fit about my shoes because she pointed at them then the male worker came up explaining that I have to buy sandals and I told him I have my sandals in the car then I told my cousin to grab them for me since they were upset while she went to grab them the lady asked me about my relation to my cousin and I don't see why that mattered. While she was finishing the pedicure with the hot rocks she placed it under my foot and squeezed my foot then I said ouch and she smirked that she hurt me. While I went to pay I explained to the guy in the front not knowing he was the owner that the lady was very rude and I didn't go into detail because I was in shock about what happened. I had pain driving all the way home I called back to speak to a manager or owner and it turns out it was the guy who charged me in the front was the owner and when I explained into detail what happened it seemed like he did not care and all he said was what do you want me to do about it. Never in my life have I written a bad review, but I feel I have to. Yesterday I went into the salon with my 4 year old daughter for 2 pedicures, manicure and gel x set. First red flag was a lady came in complaining that her nails she had done the day prior were coming off. The man who was doing my gel x set was very nice but unfortunately he didn't do a very good job and I let him know, he tried to fix it but I was already there way too long and my daughter was ready to go. I wasn't happy with it but decided to let it go. Until today when I was putting laundry away and a nail popped right off. I was able to pop off 5 more like cheap press on nails. When I went in to address this they said they would fix it but no refund, not even partial which I would have been ok with. They all talked about the nails and the rest of the time the lady fixing them barely spoke to me, just to others about my nails. At the end I asked again about a partial refund because my family and I always go there and I spent my only two days off this week in their salon when I had plenty of other things I needed to do. They said owners do not do refunds at all and I let her know that was fine but that none of us will be coming back here. They unfortunately lost business from 9 (minimum) loyal customers who always tip well over one partial refund. read more

Came here for a gel manicure. Quite possibly the worst manicure I've ever gotten, the manicurist RUSHED through them, and you can tell. The gel is way before my cuticle so it looks like these nails are already week old. The edges are sloppy and the nails them self arent coated fully so they looks very see through, definitely not enough layers we're put down. The manicurist barley talked to me and it was overall such a rushed process. Not happy at all w my nails. Also DID NOT receive "complementary drinks" they have posted. Barley anyone talked to me. The guy doing my pedicure massaged one spot on my leg and I had to repeatedly ask the water to be turned warmer and for him to stop the one spot he was rubbing. I went in for the first time for a "full set acrylic nails" with an almonds shape. I'll start off with the pros, the inside was very beautiful, clean and had lots of staff and seating. I came in as a "walk in" and was sat down immediately. Cons: I asked for almond shape nails and received more of a short stiletto nail shape. The fake clear nails chosen for me were too small. I noticed she used dip power for my "acrylic nails" I decided to go with a nude color since my nails looked tiny and the lady just added one coat of top coat. I asked her if she would be applying another layer of gel and she scuffed and said no, we only add one layer of color. So my nails are extremely thin and small. They look good for far but they aren't going to last at all. read more

No masage whatsoever like I paid for. When doing a manicure they are supposed to clean under your nail and do the whole shabang for what we paying but I had to constantly tell her how to do her job because it was so terrible and lazy didn't know how to file or clean or anything right . And she made me bleed because she was too distracted talking to the other coworkers and not paying attention! And when I left they obviously didn't deserve any tip and as I was walking out she said something to me in her language when I can tell was super rude. Never going back again. It was my first time and will be my last. I don't believe certain people should work at places like these when customers are coming for a good & relaxing time because clearly I left not feeling good nor relaxed. Just broke. So overpriced for such lazy work. Also she told me my toes were dry enough for me to go. Even tho they told me I can stay sitting for ten minutes but the lady kept standing next to me waiting for me to get up which was so uncomfortable and frustrating since I was waiting for my toes to dry and I end up getting up when she said they're dry and I get to my car and my whole nail polish came off so no it wasn't dry she just rushed me to get out.
