Went for the first time today because I got a gift receipt for Christmas and loved my experience. I went in and got taken care of right away. I am not sure of the nail techs name I had but she was awesome I showed her my inspo pic and she gave me her input on the design also which I loved. I tend to be a little figety at times but she didn't mind at all and just kept doing my nails. After my nails were finished and I went to pay she gave me a bottle of cuticle oil! Honestly the nail work is pretty good, but DO NOT get your eyebrows done here. I literally have second degree burns and on day 3 of pain. I went in and nicely asked if they had any special gel or cream for the situation since I've been putting coconut oil, Moderna, neosporin and all the things on it for two days AND it still HURTS!! I was quietly speaking to the front desk girl asking for the manager and she asked who did it, and when the lady who did it recognized me, she loudly started a scene and honestly being so rude and blaming ME for the situation. It was honestly crazy and unnecessary. I wasn't even gonna ask for a refund but then said that's the least you could do, honestly thinking of reporting them, my burns are painful. Not to mention that they are clearly talking about you in their language to each other while glaring at you. I didn't even have them complete my pedicure, as soon as my gel was off I asked them to please just put on a new color on so I could leave. I've never felt so uncomfortable and unwanted. I never write reviews, but here I am. Not sure why this place has so many bad ones! I've been probably about 5-6 times; I only make time for myself to get a pedicure about once a year, always this place. I always get the royal pedicure, took about an hour and 45 minutes total, got white tips with gel polish, $75, plus tip, of course. I know the pic says $70, but common sense tells me it's $5 more for French tips since it's more complicated than a solid color. I didn't have an appointment but I got there right at 9am when they opened, on a Thursday, so no other customer was there yet. I got sat and worked on right away. Place is very clean, once it got busy they'd tell other walk ins, politely, how long it would be and they could wait or come back later. They didn't make anyone wait any longer than they claimed. I liked that they knew regulars by name, one older guy came in and one of the ladies said "Hi Kyle!" And Kyle's water was already ready for his pedi, didn't even need to remind them about his appt and what he was there for. Also I have a bit of an ingrown toenail, dealt with it my whole life, the guy who worked on me got it out of there perfectly, for once there's zero discomfort on my toe. Of course while it's being worked on it isn't the nicest feeling, but that would happen with anyone working on it. Last thing, the guy was very polite but didn't try to make small talk which I love, I'm there to zone out and relax and not socialize, lol. Great place, I will be back! read more

Left me with wet nails and said to "be careful driving in the car". Just because I did not get gel. I usually get both depending on my mood because I have all my nails supplies at home also and I could just apply it myself. There have been more than one occasion where I go to salons and get no gel and they still dry my nails after the top coat is applied. I asked her how long to dry and she said 10 mins and I asked her if I could just dry the top coat under the UV light and she said no. Then when I said something about it they only charged me $35. I didn't care about the prices but they kept making it seem as if I wanted a discount when I asked. Anyways I left with wet nails and not even 5 mins after walking out I realized some of the paint did not add up. The funny thing is the lady who painted my nails messed up on the paint and removed it all and started over. When she told me sorry she repainted the mail and put my hand under the UV light to dry the paint !! Without gel !!! But when she applies the top coat she tells me it's for gel only !! I'm like but you just dried this hand with it ?? Without Topcoat. They didn't care. I got a discount so I'm happy about that but it's just the principle. I have been coming to this location for years. I'm a regular customer. I mainly come in for gel pedis. I've learned who I like working on my feet the best, and ask for that person each time. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I've read the bad reviews and most were first time customers. Yes, they sometimes cook food, they HAVE to eat. Yes, they wash and dry their towels, they HAVE to! So what if the dryer makes noise, I'm getting excellent care and that trump's a little dryer noise. People are human and polish mistakes are going to happen, but they always make sure to correct any issues before letting you leave. It's a very busy business and sometimes waiting is just part of the process. If you're lucky to get a spot, good for you! Make time to wait if you're wanting to be serviced. That's just par for the course! These complaints should never break a business. Most days, it's nothing as some have described. I've never been treated poorly or without respect here and my feet and nails always look and feel professionally serviced. If I were to encourage a first timer, I'd say keep coming back and don't sweat the small stuff because the small stuff isn't the heart of this business, the staff and the work they do is the heart! read more

I called to see if they had time for a full set, she said to come right away. I waited 40 minutes to be seated. I then asked for my nails to be slightly shorter when shaping them and she physically yelled saying, "WHEN I FILE THEM THEY WILL BE SHORTER." Everyone in the salon looked over and it created an uncomfortable situation. She then proceeded to tell me the color I chose was ugly and chose a different color for me. Saying her choice was better. I walked in for a full set and was immediately given dirty looks by the man that would soon attempt to do my nails. Apparently, there was a mixup between coffin and stiletto- no big deal, I'd even pay more to fix it. However, he yelled at me and claimed I asked for stilettos. I stayed silent after he got angry and he kept going with the wrong shape whilst berating me and saying it was my fault. I would have even claimed responsibility normally but he just went from angry when I walked in to crazy. I was so embarrassed I shed a few tears. Mind you, I wasn't making any sounds but the tears came out because he was so mean. He got even angrier while I stayed silent and started filing my nails really hard and hitting my skin. With that I simply said, "ouch" and that sent him over the edge. He flung his hands in the air, yelled at me that he refuses to do my nails if I'm going to cry. Everyone is looking at me. I proceed to calmly tell him that he was speaking to me in an abrasive tone from the start and that I would never speak to someone like that (I'm a licensed Cosmetologist and yes, he was not following state board guidelines and I DO plan on responding) in all of 30 Seconds of berating me he decided I was no longer welcome because he can't deal with tears. I finally spoke and asked if he was the owner and he was not. I was told he was going to take me nails off (he only had the tips on) but I immediately asked the girls if they would as they brought me tissues. He then was VERY intimidating and kept huffing angrily in and out of the building door walking past me. The girl taking my tips off was kind but she was taking up for him. Not allowing me to know the owners name, his name, telling me that's just how he is and maybe next time I should ask for a woman? I used to see the same man for years. He was just a bitter person. I get along well with everyone, especially considering I can relate to them being in the beauty industry. All in all- they will be reported to State Board. Please, PLEASE avoid this place. This place was no worth the money! I spent about $50 on a full set with a tip included. It hasn't been a full 7 days yet and my nails are already lifting really bad! It looks like I've had them for 3 weeks already. On top of that the guy who did my nails was incredibly rude to me about my profession(librarian). He proceeded to make fun of me for it while he did my nails. There was only to males in the shop and both of them did my nails and my sisters nails. The other guy, who did my sisters fill did a terrible job! He obviously could not do a stiletto shape. They were all uneven! I would not go back at all! I would never recommend them! Now I have to go spend more money for another full set since these have not been properly sealed to ensure mold doesn't grow under them and to make sure they don't rip off my natural nails. read more

First off, I would like to say that some of the nail techs do a great job and are very attentive! However, the delays here (even with appointments ) are unacceptable! I've thought about writing a review for this place many times and always decided not to bc they do a good job on my nails; however, every single time that I have gone, they are delayed! I make an appointment every time because I know they are busy but regardless of my appointment time, I end up waiting 30+ minutes to get started on my nails. This happens EVERY time I come in and I am a regular customer. Unfortunately, it's getting to the point where I think I will have to find a new salon bc I just can't waste this much of my day waiting when I've planned other things for my day but have to cancel those things because I am stuck at a backed up nail salon! read more

This nail spa is clean. They have plenty of workers and usually you can get in as a walk-in. However, at times they can be rushing so they can get the next customer in their work is quality, especially the nails. The pedicures are nice depending on who you get. read more

I looked at the reviews and was turned off, but my friend goes here all the time so I decided to take the plunge... All the reviews about it being dirty and gross are 100% false. if you notice, some have one 1 review under their belts... The claim that their prices arent posted is bogus too. They do not have them posted (like 90% of salons I have been to) but they hand you a price sheet when you sit down to see what services you want. I didnt catch anyone's name but I was really happy with my pedicure. I have had ingrown surgery on both big toes so they are a challenge, but she handled it well and didn't give me crap for my nails being tiny (HUGE pet peeve that instantly turns me off from a nail place). The massage was the best I have ever gotten during a pedicure, hands down! My friend also got acrylics with a ombre glitter design and she did both items well. I used to go to a salon by my house but am no longer a fan and have been testing out other places. This will be me go to from now on! You know when you want a mani pedi and there is a shop on every corner that does only mani pedis no hair services so it's a roll of the dice what kind of service you may receive or the cleanliness of the particular shop. I went here because my friend who I was going with had been here before and was happy so I gave it a whirl. Upon arrival on a Wednesday afternoon there were only two other ladies in the shop, so we were promptly seat in a pedi chair. Asked us first to pick a color and I said I wanted gel so I was handed the plastic nail swatches to choose my nail color. I selected a bright pink for my nails and a French for my toes. Since having a minor surgery the next Monday I was told that I couldn't have polish on my toes because it would melt and run into the sanitary area so gels would be ok. Otherwise I'm not a gel person on my toes. They filed my foot tub with lukewarm water and two women started on me promptly. Kimmie and Katie very nice girls said they were sisters. My pedicure was very good since I'm extremely ticklish on my feet when they use that scrub hard sponge she was very short and only used it on my heels. REALLY I go nuts I'm that ticklish!!! I liked the fact that they both worked on me at the same time. My nails looked amazing, my feet looked the same. My only pet peeve is the whole time is they spoke very plain English to me not broken at all, but to each other the would speak Korean and then laugh or chuckle only to make us feel as though if they couldn't say it so we could understand then obviously it was about us!! RUDE Don't they get that? As a customer I was offendedand made to feel uncomfortable and I think other people are too because I've seen it time after time in reviews or apps to translate for nail salons! This may be my new go to place for mani pedis because I liked how they do my services, and the shop is very clean and nicely decorated. I went with my sister to get a gel manicure. We had an appointment at 3:30 I got sat at 4:15. I had male technician. I asked him for white gels, he proceeded to tell me NO it would look UGLY and my nails were too short. I asked again and he refused and pulled out a case of plastic tips. I said I did not want fake nails put on. He continued, I said NO again, I must have said No fake nails at least 3 times. Then he said "let me try one on your finger" at this point I feel it's becoming a seen in the busy salon. He then proceeded to use an electric nail file on the top of my nail bed, which thinned out my nails. He did that to all my nails. Then he put the tips on all my nails, as he was telling me that he was the best nail technician because he's a man! He said "who runs the country, a man, who's the best chef, a man who's the best fashion designer, a man" I looked over and a customer had short nails like my nails and was getting white gels?!?!? If you can get it on your toes why not short nails?!?!? That's when I excused myself and WALKED OUT!! I could NOT listen to his chauvinistic words any longer. After an hour of sitting in the car waiting for my sister. I went back in and asked a lady technician to take the nails off and put white gels on them she did it perfectly as she and everyone in the salon knew what was going on. It was not relaxing at all !! I hope he reads this review here is some words of advice NO MEANS NO, If you don't want to do what customer is asking have the customer wait for another technician One last thing a women had to fix your mess!!! read more

I really hate to give a one star review but I have visited this salon 3 times now with the same occurrence. All 3 occasions I made an appointment days or a week prior. The man running the shop took my appointment all 3 times. All 3 times I waited almost an hour to be brought back and was there for over two hours total for a manicure and pedicure. This time I waited 45 minutes to be put in a chair and then another 25 minutes to start. I was there a total of 3 hours and 20 minutes. By the time I left I was exhausted from the stress of waiting for so long even with an appointment. I feel bad for the nail techs because they are all so kind and do a fabulous job and the guy running the place is ruining it for them. I have been going to this place for years for my pedicures, and have only gone to the same nail tech. I used to love this place until recently. I always made an appt for my pedicures so I wouldn't have to sit around and wait for someone to get to me. I will say I don't care for the owner. He works his techs like robots and doesn't honor when they have an appt. I came for my usual pedicure appt I scheduled at 4pm. I walked in and was told to wait because my nail lady was working on someone that just walked in. I ended up waiting 45 mins! I was very irritated with that! When I was done with my pedicure and I go to pay, I see a small sign that says due to inflation they have raised their prices. Are you kidding me!? COVID isn't shutting down businesses anymore. They get a good amount of people going there especially walk-ins. When my total came out to $68 for a pedicure I knew that I wouldn't be going back. I am a regular client and go every two weeks. I'm a very generous tipper if I'm happy with the service. I tip my nail lady $12 for a pedicure EVERY SINGLE TIME because she's that good and I'm never disappointed. As much as I love my pedicures there. I refuse to pay almost $70 for a pedicure before tip. read more

I had a groupon to get shellac on my nails to this salon. I normally would not go clear across town to get my nails done but I made an exception because of the good deal. Man, was I disappointed. My cousin and I had an appointment and still had to wait about 30 minutes. But that was nothing compared to the job the manicurist did on my nails. She was nice but really glopped on the polish and made it super thick. I didn't think much of it till a couple days later when almost all of my nails cracked! To top it off I was on vacation and the pink got extremely faded and discolored. When I got back home from my vacation, about a week later, I called the salon and told them what happened. They said I probably have oily nail beds and that's why my nails cracked. I have had shellac on my nails plenty of times and that has never happened, by the way. They would not do my shellac over but offered to do a free polish change. I would never drive 30+ minutes out of my way for a free nail polish. Ok so I have been going here for 2 years.. Not because they are good but out of convenience. The service has always been mediocre at best. Well this last time, I walked in at 6:25 (they close at 7) and asked them if they have time to do a mani and pedi. She told me wait for 5 minutes ( which usually means 15). I was ok with waiting so I stuck around. I patiently waited my turn and they took me in at 6:45. The lady doing my nails was an amateur you could tell because she kept asking questions on how to do things. Another 15 minutes later, another lady started working on my manicure. While applying lotion, she kept straining her neck to watch the news on tv. Granted the massage or application of lotion was a half-assed job. To make things even more interesting, when it came to applying nail polish, the pedicure lady handed it over to another lady. She did a decent job on the toes. Read below for more details though... Meanwhile the manicure lady messed up my polish so the other lady took over. This lady is the boss lady that also took over from the pedicure lady. While fixing the manicure, she told me 4 times that if I come in late, its expected they will mess up. Finally I told her that if she didn't have time she shouldn't have agreed to take me in or asked me to wait. I would have gladly come back later. ( Keep in mind they have made snide comments on my other visits as well). I got nail art on my hand as well and she charged me $8 per hand whereas most places charge only $5. Keep in mind that it included french on all hands and one flower on one finger only. (The nail art was horrible). The other reason I will never go back to this place is their talking in another language the whole time. When I am paying $55 for a regular mani pedi, I expect good service, and pampering not a headache and polish chipping off within 3 days. read more
