New spot in the Eastside next to FoodMax. This is the place to come during the week because you get to be pampered and not rushed out for the next person. The vibe is chic with 80's and 90's music playlist playing in the background. Your pedicure service comes with a fancy drink to sip as you are being pampered. The only downfall is the prices are a little pricey...be prepared to spend $65-140 for full set and pedicure. Unfriendly and incomplete service - would not recommend this place! My friend and I needed our nails done for a wedding, so we decided to give Golden Nail a try. She wanted a gel manicure and I just needed a basic polish manicure. We were "greeted" by a guy who immediately started to push a pedicure too and rolled his eyes when pushed back and said we only needed a manicure. We were sat down and ignored for a while, and not even offered a drink that they advertised as a part of their hospitality. Two manicurists finally came and started shaping our nails, then impatiently pushed us to pick our color, then went straight into painting before doing ANY cuticle work or the massage that was listed as part of the treatment. They were done in less than 15 minutes and then disappeared. As a business, don't offer services that you won't deliver on! This was a super uncomfortable and disappointing experience. We definitely won't be back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else. read more

I came into Golden Nail for my first time today and I was shocked beyond belief at how professional and friendly the workers were. They were also extremely detail oriented and actually cared about my opinion of their work. To make the experience even better, one of the head ladies came around and served everyone refreshing beverages. I left feeling so pleased with the service and my nails look beautiful. i made an appointment for a fill at this place it's not my usual place either, my nails are always basic i am a simple short nail french girlI asked for a small flower on one nail no bling no extra nothing just a basic french. When i was priced when setting my appointment it said fills $40 + so i figured at most maybe 65$ for my basic that i always get. When i was going to pay lady was not giving me a price she kept looking at my nails then said $96 i looked at her and said for a fill, she said this is not a full set i said no it's a fill. She started yelling at the person who did my nails and then said ok $80 with an attitude. I was paying and lady left me stand there i didn't know if i was done paying at first she didn't offer receipt nothing walked away. The lady was mad that i questioned the price because how can you price me $40 for a fill and make it go up to $96. i don't think i would ever return to this place. Upon walking in , the place is beautiful and clean but it smelled very strong of incense. So if you're sensitive to smoke be advised. Michael helped me and he was very professional and kind. However, one of my nails turned out crooked but he was able to fix it. He did take a while and he seemed to be fairly new. My only concern for this place is the pricing. Prices are EXTREMELY high for this area. I'd say about $10-$15 more than anywhere in this area. I got almond shaped pink nails with pearl chrome and it came out to about $70. Hopefully they adjust their pricing otherwise I'll stick to other ES nail salons with reasonable pricing. read more

This place opened October 15. I walked in today and was immediately greeted. Staff guides you to check in. The waiting area is lovely and you have the opportunity to get a canned drink, mocktail or drink. A drink came with my pedicure package. They have several packages, all reasonably priced. They have great options for polish. They used a fresh scrubber and nail filer. They were organized in their method of completing the pedicure. The gentleman, Tony, did my pedicure was skilled and very well. Clean, hospital, skilled, and professional. 10/10 recommend. read more

Went on to have 'cat eye' polish applied to my real nails, taking off the old gel polish he grounded down my real nail so thin within 3 days I broke 4 nails and they refuse to do anything about it, I paid $64.00 to have 4 broke nails and no resolution from the owner, I will never go back if they can't back up their work!! read more
