Came in for a pedicure. Kim the owner did a great job .first time here and I feel great.

My friend and I decided last minute to get our nails done. We decided to go to this location based off of my coworkers recommendation and I have to say that I was very satisfied. Personally the lady who did my nails was very good at it and very fast at it. We arrived around 10:30 am and they didn't have any customers. They quickly started doing my pedicure. I only got a pedicure which didn't take long but my friend got a gel mani and pedi. The only reason as to why I'm giving them 4 stars is because they used a different shade of gel on my friends toes than her nails. She didn't care for it much because she knew that they'd take longer if she said anything. Another reason is because they are so unorganized as to where their product for pedicures are. Other than that I don't have any other comments. I'd come back again simply because of the pricing. $20 for a regular pedicure isn't a lot, compared to what I usually get. read more

This was my first time ever trying out this nail place. I went with a friend and had a great time. The man that did my nails took his time making sure my manicure was perfect. He also made sure that my gel polish was dry before adding another layer. My nails look great and you can hardly tell I have hell on! Other places do sloppy work but not this place! Thought I would give it a try but I will not be returning.. there was no one in the salon besides myself. My nails that I had a gel manicure on only lasted a week. I will not go back. I've been here before in the past and today's quick visit will have me never coming back. I arrived 25 minutes after they opened. There was 2 people getting their nails done and I was picking my color out for my pedicure the owner was talking to this girl that was working there very quietly and it was odd. Anyway skipping to the part where I'm sitting in the chair and my feet are soaking. I let her know I want the callus remover. She said the stuff for your heels? I said yes. Strike 1 She's taking off my polish and then asks "Do you want to remove it fully on the sides? Um yes please. Strike 2 She starts filing my nails down and I said can you trim them. She starts to cut down and it literally took her 5 minutes for one toenail. Strike 3 . I learned over and asked her if she was licensed, she said no. She was in school. First off I'm not entirely sure of the licensing and hours put in before you can work at a salon. As it's different from when I went to cosmetology school. So I left. Be aware ! read more

I've been here twice now, the first experience was by accident, I needed my nails done asap and this place was near my gym. Kim, did exactly what I asked and made sure I left happy. She also waxed my brows and did awesome! 2nd experience was good but Kim started me off then handed me off to someone else because the shop was busy. Today was the worst experience I have ever received from this place. I am not a regular, but I have been here before several times. However, I sure will never be returning. Cut my toe nail way too short to the point it bleed & didn't do nothing about but continued to pick at the nail. Kim the owner had the nerve to put clear nail polish instead of an antibacterial cream/spray. I came in for a pedicure & a fill and I noticed there were two new employees. I later found out that the two previous ones quit last Friday. As I was getting the pedicure, I told the new lady that I have an ingrown toe nail. She cut my toe nail too short to the point where it was bleeding, she was really digging in there to cut the corners of the nail. I was like does she not see the blood. That is when I pulled away and said no more it is bleeding & it is really hurting. She had the nerve to say "well hold on let me make it even" I said no how much shorter do you want to cut it?! Don't you see it's already bleeding. That is when Kim (the owner) comes over and says what's going on. They begin to speak their language & Kim told me to get up & she'll take care of me. I get up barefoot & she walked me to the chairs. I'm like yo I need sandals. The new guy was doing my fill, horrible fill btw the overlay is really uneven. He even cut me as well. ‍ Anyways, as I got up to pay Kim told me to sit down she was going to fix my toe nail. In my head I thought she was going to apply antibacterial ointment or something for the cut. I see her reach for the acrylics supplies, I tell her wait what are you doing? She said she was going to apply a layer of acrylic over the nail to make it a bit longer. I'm like is she okay? Apply acrylic to a toe that is cut and still bleeding? That's when she reached for something and applied it over and it stung like no other. Again I thought it was the antibacterial, nope she told me it was clear nail polish! That's when I got up and said I'm done this is ridiculous. I even cried because it stung that bad & how angry I was. I suggested the girl next to me to not get her pedicure here done by anybody except for Paige. (PAIGE IS YOUR GIRL IN THIS PLACE) She had the nerve to charge me full price for everything and continued to apologize. If I have a problem that she will fix my nail. Oh hell no, never coming back. This place doesn't know what they are doing. My girlfriend went here for some relaxation and her time. With the expectation of me going for beers with the guy. As expected I'm exited and ready for a day out with the boys. Little did I know I would get a call from my gf saying she hates her nails and now I got to leave the bar so I can make her laugh and happy cuz I can't enjoy my self if she's not happy. So thank u nails and spa time. Should change ur name to no beer and no guy time.. ps I'm sure they look good but this will make her laugh and happy so maybe I can go for drinks tonight with the guys. This place used to be nice. Haven't been here in a while, it's pretty run down. There is graffiti on the glass, when I walked in the place was dead, the lady is eating a bowl of noodles told my grandma and I to wait till she was done; even though there was a second girl just sitting doing nothing. Took almost 2 hours for just my grandma to get a pedicure. The place was absolutely dirty and discussing, we are definitely not coming back. read more

I was in desperate need of a set of nails. They were the only ones open near me around 6pm. I went in and sat there for about 20 minutes because they didn't even acknowledge my presence. Customer service was unacceptable. Then, a lady asked me what I needed and said she wasn't going to finish by 7 in a very unacceptable tone. Basically yelled at me. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN.
