My daughter came in to get her nails done for her birthday. She brought a picture with her of what she wanted, and Jenny did an amazing job! My daughter loves her nails! We will definitely be back soon! :)
I was in Bakersfield for a Yelp Elite Event and NEEDED a gel mani. Now, if you've never had a gel mani, maybe you don't understand how embarrassing it would be to go to a Yelp Elite Event with the badly chipped one I was sporting at the time. But, trust me, there was a great NEED. Luckily, I spotted Luxury Nails and Spa across the street from where I was lunching, and gave them a call. The woman on the phone was so friendly, she said to come right over and so that is just what I did. It was a Monday afternoon and I was the only person in the place. This is a bit shocking for me, because in my area it feels like the nail salons are literally ALWAYS busy. In fact, it turned out I was the only person in there for my entire visit! I was greeted warmly by the woman who (I think) had answered my call; soon a nail tech, Tracy, was seated in front of me removing the old and applying the new. But first, she gave me one of the BEST and most thorough manicures I've ever had. She took exquisite care and attention with my nails and cuticles before applying my chosen blush pink color. My only regret is that this place is 800 miles from home. But if and when I'm in Bakersfield again, I'll definitely stop by.
I needed a full set of acrylics with a basic solid gel polish color. They were able to seat me and get started as soon as I walked in. Which was surprising since it was a Friday afternoon. When I saw how fast and how Perfect she applied the acrylic I knew this set was going to be a 10/10. She hand filed most of the time which I prefer (she didn't even need to file the acrylic was set perfect! She finished within 1 hour she was fast did amazing work and very sweet. She also used an air filter while using the drill which is extremely clean convenient to not inhale so much chemicals. They offer about 700 colors/dips/gels just show a picture and she will match the color. It was $45 for a full set with gel polish. It was the best nails I have had in years!

My friend was just starting gel portion of hers so the lady says I'll work really fast & get your pedicure done... so I agreed... She rushed through the basic pedicure, barely got off all the previous gel (lot's left behind). For a place that is only taking scheduled appointments, I feel this was way unacceptable! She never asked me what type of pedicure I wanted & completed my whole pedicure by the time my friend finished the full pedicure that started 30 minutes before mine... So the icing on the cake of this whole review is that after I waited over an hour almost to start the pedicure that finished within the same amount of time to my girlfriend finished her pedicure that started over a 1/2 an hour before me, she didn't give me any kind of discount. Then she charged me for the happy pedicure which is actually more than the basic telling me that she gave me whatever that was but its supposed include a 5 minute massage that I did not get. Needless to say I will never be back here again!!!

The customer service is good and they do exactly what I ask on the shape and color. I would definitely recommend. This is my go to place without a doubt.

Worst experience at a nail salon in years. The nail ladies cut me on my cuticle, two of the three times that I went. She told me $5 next time I come, didn't honor it. Then I came in today for a fill and she began taking off my color before even answering my question about the price for the fill. Overall the main lady and the assistant with glasses didn't care about leaving me satisfied. I used to drive 30 minutes now I have to hope I don't crash on the way home from looking at these horrible nails read more

I love the people here and the work they do!!! They're creative or you show them a picture, any picture, and your wish is granted. My nail design was magic! My toes matched my nail color. Ready for the holidays in Luxury style. They do pedicure with natural fruits and oils. Oranges and lemons and some spices. I love the natural process they use. Jenny and her team are literally the best! Always wonderful customer service. The facility is always clean. Before going in I text Jenny to make an appointment, which she is very quick to respond. I prefer appointments only because if you go in as a walk in you'll more than likely find Jenny's chairs full. That's how great she is! I always get the happy pedicure. It's a nice luxurious spa. Ohhhhh Mmmmmm Gggg This place is AMAZING... I'm here visiting my kids and looking for a ManiPedi day with my daughter. I Yelped and found Jenny and Michael were recommended several times so off to see them we went. I WARNED Jenny that I am VERY picky about my nails anddddd OMGEEEEEE she's awesome!!!!! My daughter had a top of the line pedicure and basic manicure....My pedicure and acrylic over my nails, paint, shape, massage and customer service BOTH OF US AGREE.... !!!!!PERFECT!!!! Jenny did such an amazing job with my nails! This is the second time she's done them an they have always came out amazing! This time I told her I wanted and ombré set and she actually took the time to remove my previous set and start fresh! She takes her time and makes sure they are done perfectly! Hi ladies, I have went to this place, because I really like a clients nails and she recommended it. I made a appointment with a lady, but she let this guy do them, I had ask for something specifically, he recommended something else. I didn't like it so I ask him to shape them square. I believe that's what upset him. He was annoyed and I just ask him how much for the service and he said $45 I said ok. I was getting the money and gave him $40 and he yelled at me said $45, said yes, I'm looking for a $5 . I never said I'm not paying, I never said anything but when he said $45 he yelled and I said your rude. Mind you I'm not yelling at him I just said your rude. At this point the lady came and said what happened I just told her he was rude, and he was yelling. I had already paid. I just wanted to leave. The lady was trying to make it right and I told her it's not you. It's him, and he still yelling at me. I said I paid you why are you still yelling. I left in tears. Maybe the ladies are great, but this guy was so rude. read more

Brought my mom and daughter in for a little girl time and post covid TLC. I am so glad we chose Luxury Nails and Spa. It was exactly what we needed! The reviews are great for a reason! The younger woman who did my pedi was awesome and gentle. I noticed she was having issues with the polish I chose but she didn't just let it be and leave it runny. She made sure it looked good. Jenny did my full set and worked hard to find a match to the color I showed her. It turned out beautiful and just what I wanted! Got a pedicure and when one of the ladies was doing my cuticles she RIPPED the side of cuticle my off TOP from BOTTOM!!! SHE DID NOT CUT SHE TORE IT OFF! I pulled away and yelled owwww that really hurt and she brushed it and then did it TO THE OTHER TOE. I now have an INFECTION in my toe from it!! Had to go to doctors to get antibiotics and pain medicine please be-careful of who does your nails and toes not everyone if trained! read more
I will literally come back here for manicures and fills every time! My new favorite place, Michael did my nails and they are honestly the best I've ever gotten done. He really took his time with shaping and applied numerous layers of gel color to make sure the coat was even an perfect.
