But when he finished it looked nothing like the picture and when they transferred me over to do my toes I thought he was still going to work on designs but he got up and left. He kept yelling at me not to move for this, he was very rude even other nail techs came up and said sorry don't even breathe he's just trying to do his design. But he would only tell me not to move when I looked over at my phone and already felt tension for asking about the pricing, it was very awkward. Also over charging, even other costumers were confused and asking why they're paying extra at the register. They try to use language barrier as an excuse when they speak English very well and communicate very well but then want to say there's miscommunication. I also didn't get clean tools for my pedicure and manicure, after I asked as well.. then she warned me about getting fungus on my toes! I never wrote a yelp review but this needed one read more

I wanted a SOAK OFF... which means the acetone process. NOT using another nail to lift up my acrylics. Once she did my pinky by pulling it off I asked "umm what are you doing" and she responded with "it's faster" I said no your damaging my nail, then she wanted to do the acetone after I said that if I didn't she would've probably ripped off all of them that way. Don't bother selecting a color or design here because they'll do what they want anyway. I've been in here a handful of time and the service is usually mediocre at best. The women are great, but the men are rough when they file or work on cuticles. I have cuts in my toes from how rough the nail file was, and that's not the worst of it. I selected my colors when I walked it. I had a design in mind (simple diagonal stripes on 4 fingers) and communicated that I had already selected the colors for the stripes. I'm usually soft spoken and passive, but this time I was very specific in saying that I selected the teal for my toes to match the stripes on my finger nails. I was taken to a separate table for my manicure and the same gel nail polish used for my toes was sitting on the table. After the stripes are done, I see that the manicurist used a royal blue instead of the teal sitting on the table. When I communicated this, he tried to tell me those were the colors he had and the one I selected was too light to put on my nails (like what does that even mean lol??). I repeated again that I wanted the teal polish that matched my toes, and he essentially told me he had already finished the design. If I wanted royal blue on my nails, I would've asked for royal blue. Now it doesn't even match! I paid $45 for something I didn't even want, and the manicurist didn't even entertain the idea of fixing the stripe. read more

I came here an hour before they closed and got Philip to do my nails. He worked fast and was meticulous! I didn't have any issues with him being too rough on my cuticles. He was amazing. My nails have never looked better! I've gone to several other manicurists and always have issues with at least one of my nails hurting or something. I saw the same people working on a few people but never saw them put their instruments in sanitizer nor open up a new pack of tools. But I can't see in their carts... I did not see new clean instruments opened from the sanitation bag though. Busy with only 3 people working when I went. They do use liners in the tubs though... but I don't see them spray the tubs after. $30 for a mani-pedi with or without polish. All massage chairs work. Tons of old magazines to flip through. 2 TVs on. Will ask for cash when you go to pay because they charge you extra for a card. read more

I've been coming here for years . I ONLY go to Phillip. He's fast, thorough , & I never never never never NEVER have any lifting or chipping. He gets really close to my cuticle and I can go up to 5 weeks without any issues . I love the family dynamic that this salon possesses. Phillip and his wife work here sometimestheor cousin from L.A. (not sure if they are shared owners ) but everyone helps everyone out -meaning I can get my nails done and a pedi done at the same time. Bathroom is clean and I don't know what that idiot above in her Yelp review was saying above (you know the stupid ass that only gave like 1 star Stephanie Biiiiaaaaatch , I'm assuming that's what the B. In her last name stands for ...shoulder shrug) but this place is SUPER clean!!!! If I could , I would give this place 20 stars But book in advance because Phillip gets booked faster than Lamar Odom at the Bunny Ranch lol (it's a joke people calm down ) ! But for reals Phillip needs to make business cards that read : "Phil's the real Deal" ... ya feel , Phill ?!! The store was not that clean and the guy's hands, doing my nails, were shaking the whole time. He didn't trim my cuticles, nor did he put the acrylic as close as he could to my cuticles. They took me in right away without an appointment and the guy that did my Mani Pedi did a great job. They are very hygienic and used a liner for my spa pedicure. It was $51 for gel mani and regular Pedi and took about an hour and fifteen minutes. I'm very happy with my nails!! read more
