My little girl and I stopped here since we came next door to Sharetea. I'm glad they were not busy and took me for my fill and my little girl for her pedicure. My little girl said the guy who did her pedicure was a bit rough. Workers really should try harder to be more sensitive when it comes to young girls. But her pedicure did come out nice. Now, I've only been to two places when it comes to my nails for the past 4 years. The woman who did my nails said they didn't have the powder I had on my nails, but she made it work. She managed to keep my nails ombre with a gel in a black tube and nail polish. I was impressed. Now my nails did not turn out the best, but she was very kind, and they do look cute. If I were to come to this side of town, I would stop here again for a pedicure or a fill! read more

over the years, my rheumatoid arthritis has gotten worse, and I was really embarrassed of my hands, but I decided to try to get A full set to see if it would improve the appearance of my hands, And it was a success!!! If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I recently moved to the east side and decided to treat my 15 year old sister to getting her nails done. I sent her in and the male doing her nails cut the nails different sizes. My sister had told him she wanted long nails. He then cut all the nails off. She asked him what was he doing and he said I am not doing your nails get out. I picked up my sister who was shaking and in tears. I asked her who told her that and she told me one of the males. I asked him what was the issue and he told me that once the nail is cut short he can't fix it because it was more money. I told him money wasn't an issue and he had no right to treat someone like that who wasn't even disrespecting him. He said he wasn't going to do her nails. I told him do not worry we will not be back. Will never return to this establishment! Horrible horrible horrible!!!! Do not come here ! read more

Worse customer SERVICE ever!!!! Last time I checked I was a paying customer, the only lady tech in there was beyond rude! She would get upset if I made a suggestion on how I wanted my own nails!! She would say my nails are gonna break if I don't do it her way!! She kept saying there are no refunds! NEVER AGAIN!! She needs to go back to a refresh her tech licenses old school nails she uses wayyyyy to much powder had my nails look like dog claws!! I was skeptical After reading Yelp reviews but.... it was Easter weekend and I was limited on time and didn't have time to go across town to my normal nail salon that is always packed so I was very pleased to stop here right away there was a little bit of a await they don't tell you much except for if you walk out you lose your spot which is silly to me nevertheless about after 10 minutes I was called to sit at the chair they did a pretty decent job the customer service was lacking they're employees are not chatty or sociable at all barely even a smile or word but that's why I go get a pedicure I like alone time I like to sit and watch my show with my headphones on I am not there to socialize or talk I'm there to get a break from my everyday life and kids,husband for a quick moment just for me I was happy and impressed it was way better than the reviews that are on here the customer service is lacking though if you're into the Super chatty environment and you do have to ask them to turn on the massage chair for you they don't offer which was okay I've gotten a million pedicures and just reached for the remote and I will be returning because how close it is and convenient they did a nice job and I was in and out within about 1 hour and 10 minutes I would just be sure to make an appointment ahead since that seems to be the policy or the preference that the manager has it was quick convenient and clean all the utensils came in as sterilized plastic which was nice read more

They Bearly Speak English For 1 , I Got the Best Pedicure they offer only for them to File my toenails Uneven Push back my cuticle Sloppy Paint & Rude customer service . Ask to speak to the owner . She then tried to force me to get a fake toenail to fix her workers Mistake , which then really pissed me off at that point I don't wear fake toenails NEVER HAVE ! after I explained over and over again she still offered me fake toenails ! I will NEVER RETURN BACK TO THIS NAILSHOP very unprofessional I'm very disappointed for the owner not even to try to compensate me back for my toes that they have now fucked up I get my toes done every two weeks I should have stayed going to my original shop , I had used classy nails in the past they most definitely don't care about the customers anymore they were very rude ! ! These people are crooks! Do not buy a gift certificate using your credit card or debit card! They will charge twice the amount and refuse to give you the difference. This happened to me and many of my relatives who frequent this establishment. Make sure you pay attention when they are charging your card. Review your statements and determine if they are charging you the correct amount for the service/s they are providing. Be proactive. read more
