The floor was dirty, there was dark buildup between the tiles that looked like possible mold or heavy grime, and the same old dirty mop was being used to clean it. The entire place felt unsanitary and poorly maintained. I would not recommend this salon. You are better off finding a private nail tech who takes cleanliness, quality, and honest business practices seriously.

When something that visible isn't being maintained, it naturally makes you wonder about the cleanliness and upkeep of everything else. For such a new business, it seems to be declining much faster than expected. As for customer service, it appears that the best treatment is reserved for customers spending large amounts of money or those requesting certain technicians. I specifically requested Brenda, an amazing nail technician who happens to be Hispanic. The moment I asked for her, the receptionist visibly rolled her eyes and appeared annoyed. She directed me to sit in the front area, while I noticed other customers arriving after me were seated comfortably in the booths. My biggest concern is pricing transparency. During my most recent visit, I was charged $110 before tip for an overlay, cat-eye polish, and a simple design. The receptionist broke down the charges as $40 for cat-eye, $25 for the design, and $15 for chrome. The chrome charge only appeared after I questioned the total, which made me feel like additional fees were being added to justify the price. I genuinely believe I was overcharged because I requested Brenda. To put it into perspective, the customer sitting next to me paid only slightly more but had significantly longer nails and a much more intricate design. Because of this experience, I strongly recommend asking for a complete price breakdown before sitting down for service. This business has potential, but inconsistent pricing and poor customer service at the front desk will hurt its reputation if not addressed. I am giving it one more opportunity because Brenda does excellent work, but management should take customer concerns seriously and ensure pricing is fair, consistent, and clearly communicated.
