Best place ever to do your pedicure! Everyone that work there are nice and friendly and treat you with a gorgeous gesture as make you want to come back. The owner did my pedicure more than once and he did lile noone else did in the past, he removed all of my dead skin called callus that I had acumulated for so many months and only for a reasonable price. I am not one to complain, however my service today was unacceptable. I always come here, and the owners are great and do a good job. However they staff unlicensed techs. The man who did my manicure did a horrible job. First, there was no "manicure," he put my hands in cold water for less than a minute proceeds to then dump the water into my pedicure bowl and then began to dry cut my cuticles which he did not do a very good job cutting them, then he filed my nails down and shaped them and then proceeded to start painting them as soon as he was finished shaping them, he did nothing else, just started painting over the nail dust. He cut my finger and had paint everywhere all over my fingers. He put three thick coats of paint making my nails lumpy and they just looked awful. Again, normally I don't say anything but it really was that bad. After complaining the owner agreed to fix them, which the process of him "fixing them" was very sketchy but they did look a little better and I was in a hurry to get out of there as fast as possible at that point my anxiety was through the roof! My toes turned out great, but he continued to scrub the bottoms of my feet and went after my left foot with a literal cheese grader multiple times. Over and over again. Mind you, he never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted or if I wanted callous removal treatment etc he just went to town. When I was finished I went to pay and I was charged $60 for the pedicure when it's normally $45 and $38 for the nails. I wasn't going to argue so I paid and left as fast as I could! I will never return. Side note, they do not sanitize any of their equipment and they use the same tools on multiple people. I am so afraid that I am going to get an infection where I was cut on my Finger. I immediately washed my hands with antibacterial soap and put antibiotic ointment on my finger. Extremely disappointed. They are nice people, but proceed with caution if you decide to try this place. Ask for a licensed tech or request one of the owners, otherwise you are risking it. Also make sure you verify prices up front. read more

I went to this location 2 times, and both times the wait was very long. 30-45 mins wait time. They are extremely short staffed for the salon size, only 3 technicians available at a time. Because there is only 3 techs, my services felt rushed and sloppy when they finally got to me. The second visit was my last. I went in for a fill and pedicure, both gel, no design, and he attempted to charge me $120. $60 each service, even though my previous fill was $45. I questioned the price difference and he charged me $100 total instead. I understand they are doing their best despite the staffing issue, but to rush services and also try to up-charge me is not good customer service. Will not be coming back. read more

Absolute NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Run! This place is dirty and ran by women who are beyond rude. I was visiting this weekend from out of town and stumbled on this nail "spa" - huge mistake. I should of know the moment I stepped in (on a Saturday morning 10am) and only one lady was getting her nails done in a salon with 10 nail stations and about 6 pedicure "spa" chairs. The place was empty. Major red flag. But I was on a time crunch and looking for a basic pedicure so I thought I would give it a try. As I walked in, I was asked what I was there for not how can we help you... again red flag. I said I need a pedicure and the lady ushered me into a pedicure chair. The moment they turned the pedicure spa on, I started really noticing how dirty they were. Filthy actually- the lady added some blue tablets to the water and walked away while another lady ran around praying generic body spray in the air. Literally, you heard me right, body spray! Cheap dollar store body spray. The other lady waved her away and off she went terrorizing every corner of the salon. I looked around for a price sheet and there was none. Red flag. So, I asked how much for a pedicure and she said what do you want...again I said a basic pedicure. She says $45, I said really? For a basic pedicure? $45 was a bit steep- so she said oh you want basic pedicure. I said yes and she said that's $22 with no gel just regular polish. I said great- yes that's what I want, a basic pedicure. So she got started, wheeled a chair over and brought her supply cart. Then she looks at me and asked if I wanted my existing nail polish removed. At this point I was pretty confused and thinking she wanted to take me for a ride and up charge me! Red flag. I said yes I want my nail polish removed. She said that's extra. I said hold on, what's extra? I was about to leave and she said oh wait ok basic pedicure yes that's included in the price. So off we went and she went on to remove the polish and apply one coat of regular nail polish and hastily put on a top coat after I asked why she didn't. Red flag. At the beginning I asked for nail art. I said I wanted some small stars. Did I get that? Nope... red flag. She LITERALLY gave me a quasi version of the nail art I had on my existing pedicure!!!!!!!! Without asking! And to top it off they were uneven. I asked her if she could even it up but she claimed my toenails were too uneven and they were not gel so ANY NAIL ART would look uneven. At this point I was DONE! I walked up, she asked me to pay in cash 3-4x while I had my debit card in hand. I kept telling her I didn't have any cash. She ran my card through and said I was ok to go. I took two steps out the front door when I noticed she left the cotton between my toes! The cotton must of gotten hung up on my jeans because it ruined my left big toe so I went inside and asked her to please fix it because she forgot to remove the cotton. Ugh!!!!! I wasn't happy with the nail art and kindly asked her remove it. She REFUSED! I said can you please remove it because it's uneven. Again refused. She took a lady who needed a full set, sat her down and as she started filing that lady's nails she looked over at me and said Now you wait until I'm done with her!! Oh hell no! I said I'm not waiting because someone else is going to have to fix this for me. So another lady came over, removed the nail art and quickly redid the two toes and I couldn't get out of there fast enough! Do NOT under any circumstances come to this POS nail salon. Incompetence and rudeness is all you'll end up paying for! read more
