I wanted to share my experience from my visit on Thursday evening. By Friday afternoon, my gel…read moremanicure had already started chipping, which is very disappointing considering it had been less than 24 hours. I've attached photos showing the condition of my nails. In addition, I felt that my pedicure was rushed. The service advertised a 10-minute massage, but it lasted only about 6 minutes. The massage and other parts of the pedicure felt very brief, and I didn't feel I received the service that I paid for. When I returned to show the chipped nails, I was told they could simply file them down. Filing chipped gel polish does not correct the problem or address why the manicure failed so quickly. I would appreciate a proper resolution.I chose this salon because I expected quality work, and unfortunately this experience did not meet those expectations. They ask customers to leave a review immediately after the service, but I believe reviews should reflect the quality of the work after you've had a chance to see how it holds up. Unfortunately, the quality did not meet my expectations. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

Absolutely not! I decided to give this place a try because…read moreit had such high reviews and it's close to my house. Let me start off by saying that they left my hands soaking in acetone for over 12 minutes and finally once it started burning I pulled my hands out of the acetone. I will never go to another nail salon that makes you soak your fingertips in acetone for that long in order to remove your dip. The person doing it left me there because they went and waxed to somebody's eyebrows. The dip on my nail is over my cuticle and I asked her to do something about it and she just told me that was the shape of my fingernail. I get my nails done regularly and have for years so I know what the shape of my fingernail is. It was such a disappointing experience. I will say that the pedicure was actually pretty good but the packages they show you don't make a lot of sense. It was 25.00 more than what I normally pay at my regular nail place that does a way better job. I asked for 5 minutes of extra massage that I did not get. If you're not going to do the full massage time you should probably remove the clock from the wall. That's what I get for cheating on my regular nail place and I've learned my lesson. I don't know how it has all these high ratings. If you go there, only go for a pedicure. Never again!

From what I hear from other friends who have been back, the quality of work has declined since most of the shop relocated to new shops few months ago. I really only visited the shop for Maryann and her daughters. I didn't like anyone else's work. Original review: I come every two weeks for a gel mani pedi ! I love the staff and always come out feeling amazing! They make you feel like a guest not just a customer. So many Gel colors and they always get new colors so you don't get bored.Great service!! Call first if you don't have an appointment just in case they have a rush. Love the card program they have, after a certain amount of visits you get $5 off your total visit which comes in handy. Exceptional work ! Would recommend !!!

He said next time the fill will be $23 at max Update after 2nd visit: I came back for pedicure this time and I chose the Lovely pedicure with the interest on 10min massage. It was overall OK, it wasn't a full 10 min intense massage, almost like "gentle rubbing" with a lot of pauses in between. I liked the cream/scrub they used, though. It smells good and makes my leg smooth. Pay attention to the price, as if you want gel polish, you need to pay $20 more on top of the pedicure price. I got the regular OPI nail polish, so it is included into the pedicure price. They have a lot of color choices.

I understand life can happen but I hope I was not her only client she was unavailable for. I could not submit my post unless a rating was chosen. Initially. I chose not to rate Liz because no services were performed. I also understand why people ask for deposits prior to an appointment.
