I would definitely recommend this place. My daughter has beautiful brows and I often worry that the brow technician will make them too thin. That my biggest fear. (I over tweezed in late 90s and now I have to get microblading). I trust touch and glow with my daughter's eyebrows. I was very specific that I did not want them to be too thin, and we always get the result that we wanted.. Also you can't beat the price. It is very affordable. I would definitely recommend them. I went in to get highlights and lighten my hair so that when my greys grow out, it would blend better. The girl doing my hair did the exact opposite, there's no highlights and my hair is darker than it was when I went in. I asked for soft curls and she gave me a feathered look from the 70's; it took everything in me not to cry when she showed me my hair. This is an update from my previous review on Touch N Glow Salon. I stated I was not satisfied with the aftermath from a hair color. I spoke to the owner today regarding this situation, when I went to get my eyebrows done there....honestly this place is always on point with the brows. It was an unfortunate situation with the hair color. Nevertheless, we spoke about what had taken place and what I had experienced with left over dye stains. She was very informative and very remorseful and more than willing to do right by her clientele; I was very impressed to hear this and also understood her point of view, that this may have been an isolated incident. I am extremely pleased to know that this establishment takes pride in their work and they are concerned with their clientele's contentment. One thing I can say for sure is their precision and accuracy of skills with their threading of eyebrows has always been amazing. I called for a basic trim straight across and she said it $25 for a half inch and $30 for a full inch. When I got there she said my hair needed about two inches cut. The only good part was, she didn't charge me extra for the additional inch. The cut itself came out straight, but she didn't even comb out my hair. I literally paid 30 bucks for five snips. Luckily, it doesn't look bad. She then offered to do my eyebrows to which I declined seeing that, she didn't try to brush out my hair. Let alone attempt to detangle it before cutting it, being that, I had just taken it out of a bun. The lady was sweet and complimenting but I just couldn't get over the fact that she went straight to cutting on using the comb on the ends of my hair. I should say my hair goes to the back of my thighs so it easy for it to get tangled. She cut it to just below my butt. They offer points there if you go enough you might save like $5. read more

Decided to try this place for lashes. I really wanted to love it. Unfortunately the lashes were sloppy with lots of clumps of glue. After 3 days of trying to maintain them and an awful allergic reaction I went back in to get them removed. Initially they wanted to charge me for the removal of this awful experience. When I requested a refund they said that they wouldn't honor that. I was terribly disappointed in this whole experience. They literally saved me. As I'm trying to prepare and get ready to meet my boyfriend's family on Christmas Eve I try to turn on my straightener and realize... it's BROKEN. I'm internally freaking out because there was no way I had time to get one. I call this salon because it's near me and they tell me I can come in 15 minutes. Fantastic but I am someone who has very textured and frizzy hair so there have been times I've been to places who "straighten" my hair and I'm still a frizz ball which is the only thing running through my mind as she's doing it, she then turns me around to look in the mirror and my hair is BEAUTIFUL and sooooo smooth I am so so grateful for the manager who did my hair. I get my gel mani with Katrina n she does an amazing job. My nails last a minimum of 3wks when she does them. I've tried other places that only focus on mani/pedi's (u would think that would make them experts) but those end up chipping off by the 3rd day. Since she does such a great job with my nails I convienced my picky daughter to get her hair cut by Katrina(who also does hair).Katrina did an awesome job on my daughter's hair. Cut a few inches off n curled it. Love the turn out. My girl lives out of town but says she will be getting her hair cut by Katrina when in town. Today was my second visit to the Touch N Glow Salon. I had an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure with Katrina and just like last time I left very pleased. Katrina is friendly and real. I like that you feel like she's genuinely talking to you. It doesn't feel staged like most times where you know they're only being nice because it's their job. Katrina's work is great! This place is horrible. I went there to get hair washed and straightened after a long day at work and the stylist that I was assigned to had no clue how to style hair. It was as if she had never felt with hair before. She was mopping the floor and when she got me, she didn't even bother wash her hands before handling my hair. I doubt she is even licensed to be a hairstylist. I went home, washed it myself and straightened myself. What a waste of time and money. read more

Won't talk about my hair cut. But what I Didn't like was that I called and asked how how much a haircut was before I went and one lady on the phone said $30. When I got to the chair the lady who cut my hair( was not the lady who answered the phone which is fine but it's important to know. So when I went to pay I was charged $35 might have been my fault since I didn't ask before I sat down just to verify the price but I don't like asking her prices which is why I called before I went in to verify how much it was going to be. I want a very basic haircut I did not want to go over any budget so when I went there thinking it was $30 and being charge 35. I almost feel lied to. Or taken advantage of since I was a new customer. I did get some layers. So maybe that's why I was charged more. But please if you answer the phone and you know haircut start at $30 and can get more expensive if you get layers or a special type of cut please please let the customer know. Or ask the customer questions to give a correct price information. That was off putting for me. read more

I found this place when their Groupon offer came up for a $35 mani-pedi and I had to snag it. I'd never been there before but I'll sure be going again. Katrina did my gel mani and pedi and she did an excellent job. She's excellent at what she does and is great to talk to while she works. I really like that she doesn't reuse files and she broke in the edges so they didn't cut me. She paid close attention to every detail to make sure she got every cuticle and the top coat was smooth. The ladies are really nice and service is always super quick. They've been without a dedicated hair stylist for a while but a few months ago I went to get my eyebrows done and my bangs and saw they had hired a new girl, Karina. Of all the people I've gone to, she's the only person who has managed to cut my bangs in exactly the way I want/like them. Based purely on that, I made another appointment with her to get my hair dyed. She did a phenomenal job with that too. I've been getting my hair done since I was in high school and have not ever been able to find a consistent stylist or salon I wanted to keep coming to. It's not that these places ever did a bad job, I just didn't feel like ever returning for one reason or another. Prices are reasonable. My sister and I enjoyed the massage chairs for our pedicures. This was the first time I got gels and they had patience with the long process. I called and made and appointment and they were able to get me in the same day! It was empty when I walked in at 6:00 pm, which was good for me. Three girls were working and they were very kind and friendly!! My mani and pedi were great! The actual salon is very clean and cute! The downfall is they only have two pedicure stations, so you need an appointment!! I also got my eyebrows threaded! I am terrified of going new places, but she did a great job! I came In to have my hair fixed(I messed it up doing it myself) and karina kept arguing with me about what color my hair currently was....? why even argue with a client? It doesn't matter if they don't like the shade. she's also sick or something and breathing through her mouth into my face the entire time I'm probably gonna get sick now it was just real unprofessional and gross with her hot breath on my face for 2 hours. At the end she says verbatim "do you mind if I curl your hair?" Not- "do you want your hair styled? it's extra" and I was just like sure? and she only styled it to take a "before/after" pic for HER social media or something, & then CHARGES ME FOR IT????? I shouldn't be charged for a style that she ASKED ME PERMISSION to do for her social media post... along with not getting the shade I want despite other stylists being able to fix similar issues like this for me in the past. but she refused to, saying it won't look even. not to mention that she adds to me that she usually likes to try to get off work early in order to make it to church(the service time starting at my appt time today) making me feel like an inconvenience.
