Absolutely not! I decided to give this place a try because it had such high reviews and it's close to my house. Let me start off by saying that they left my hands soaking in acetone for over 12 minutes and finally once it started burning I pulled my hands out of the acetone. I will never go to another nail salon that makes you soak your fingertips in acetone for that long in order to remove your dip. The person doing it left me there because they went and waxed to somebody's eyebrows. The dip on my nail is over my cuticle and I asked her to do something about it and she just told me that was the shape of my fingernail. I get my nails done regularly and have for years so I know what the shape of my fingernail is. It was such a disappointing experience. I will say that the pedicure was actually pretty good but the packages they show you don't make a lot of sense. It was 25.00 more than what I normally pay at my regular nail place that does a way better job. I asked for 5 minutes of extra massage that I did not get. If you're not going to do the full massage time you should probably remove the clock from the wall. That's what I get for cheating on my regular nail place and I've learned my lesson. I don't know how it has all these high ratings. If you go there, only go for a pedicure. Never again! read more

I have my nails done by Deep. She does such an excellent job. I never have any chipping or breaking. She also can do all kinds of artwork. I highly recommend that if you go to Paris Nails you ask for Deep Kaur. read more

Would've loved to give 5 stars, but I called before showing up and asked how long a pedicure would take (I was a little short on time) and I was told 30 minutes. 2 indian ladys have a muggy face this used to be my pedicure spa, but not after my sister got fungus on her toes, i still keep going cause they did great pedicure but, i watched how they jump to their next client and don't sanitize their stuff, my 2 daughters got fungus, i went to try and talk to rose and she didn't care kept saying is not fungus. I have done a Brazilian wax . One of the ladies done the service I have asked for and assisted me for tht . I wanted to get the service fast and quickly as possible it was worth 65$ for my b-wax . However I told the lady to do long strips to make the service easier and faster so I won't have to make myself experience the pain more during the process. The lady is older buhh I wouldn't recommend for the ppl tht aren't beginners at b-wax . read more

This was my first time coming to Paris Nail Lounge and it was wonderful! My nail tech was Tao (I believe that was his name) and he was excellent! He was gentle and took his time and did the exact design I wanted. I've been to several nail salons and I never revisit because of one reason or another but I will be going. After giving this place try after try I finally had to complain. My powder dip nails started to "pop" off 4 days after getting them done. This has been done by the same person I've had not so great outcomes with. First time she used a nail tip to remove existing nail (jamming it between my real nail and the dip), secondly after a couple days my nails would get caught in my hair because they start lifting from the bottom part of the nail bed, one other time I had discoloration when a nail came off it was green yellow, and she asked where I got them done before, but the answer was her. She said moisture got under my nails so that's why they turned green yellow. I gave my nails 2 months break and returned to her and within 4 days nails started to pop off. In a weeks times I lost 3 nails (not my real nails, but the powder dip part) That was the last time I went there. read more

Really nice artwork and attention to detail, and the nails were super pretty and better than the inspo pic. However, they didn't last past a week. I don't do anything heavy duty (I'm usually just on my computer) and one of the nails still popped off 6 days after. Most of the nails soon followed in the next three days. For what I paid for ($110 + tip), I feel like they didn't last long enough which is a shame because they were so cute. read more

I thought that was a little steep, but I was already in the chair and looking through color books. Tons of colors to choose from! This $40 basic pedicure is not basic at all! This woman took her time. I didn't feel rushed like some other places I've been. After she trimmed my nails and cleaned them up, my legs were scrubbed with a sugar scrub. So nice! Then, out came the hot rocks....whaaaat?! They didn't rush me through even though I got the cheapest pedicure. They took their time to give me a great pedicure! Great place! Great staff! Don't come here they give you ingrowns then fight you when you ask for a refund. The boss is really rude and laughs in your face. She also doesn't know how to keep track of who did what when it comes to services and will only try to give half when it comes to refunds then expect you to praise her for it cause it came "from her own pocket". My favorite pedi Tech Lisa left another nail shop an of course I had to follow her. This place is nice I mean really nice , you walk in an everyone greets you. It's so relaxing just walking in, Spa music playing TV playing beach waves. It's not just a nail salon they have facials, waxing an lashes. They have a spa menu , I did the pedicure spa an manicure gel nails total $75 plus tip . Not bad at all I was so relaxed walking out of there . The spa pedi I highly recommend it's worth every penny. Susan did my nails , great job I like short nails an she did it actually like I like it , she didn't ask me over an over if this is okay, she just knew an got it right . Lisa did my toes as always awesome job, she always takes care of my feet an never fails she never makes a mistake. When you can trust someone with your feet then you know you found the right one. I went here with high hopes and even brought in inspiration pictures to make sure my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. Unfortunately, they didn't look anything like the photos I showed. The shape, color, and design were all off, and the quality was even worse -- my nails started popping off after only a week and a half. For the price I paid, this was extremely disappointing. Everything went well. I've been here three times. Yesterday (5-22-25) was the best! Her name is Sophia. She did a great job. I had an appointment today and my podiatrist said that my pedicure was on point. He said whoever did my nails did a really good job. Wow. I'm completely convinced I have found my go-to nail salon in Bakersfield. Susie continues to exceed my expectation with how she's able to execute the designs I come in with for my nails. And she went above and beyond grabbing all the colors required for what I wanted and did not hesitate one bit whenever I asked for a different color. This place is awesome. The staff were so kind and gentle with my toes and fingers. I got a gel pedicure and a dip manicure. I wish they had more matching colors for gel and dip but we found two colors that matched closely. One of my finger nails had broken and was shorter than the other so they put an acrylic end on it to make it match the others. Would definitely come back and I highly recommend. High quality nails.
