I love that they are clean, speak great English, friendly, take appts, & always do an amazing job paying close attention to detail (ie. painting close to the cuticle & edge of the nail). My first time here I got a regular polish pedi & that polish stayed on for 4.5mo!! Survived 2 beach trips as well as 2 water parks too c(-; Today I was back, but for a mani & pedi :) read more

This place is bullshit !! I called to make an appointment at 10;30 i got there exactly at 10:29 They had no clue about my appointment, i drove 25 mins here and still telling me To have a seat from 20-30 mins !!! NEVER COMING BACK . ! read more

Not happy at all. Showed the guy the design and shape, but it did not come out the way I wanted. The nails look like little stubby teeth. I told him I wanted them rounder and not so pointy but he said they would get better as he goes. It did not, it got worse. After sitting for 2 hours I was over it and just accepted my fate. I told him to just do a simple color instead forget the design because he was struggling so bad. It doesn't even match my dress I'm wearing for the event I'm going to, but I just paid and left. I don't think I should have paid for my nails. My daughter on the other hand got her nails done too and they're beautiful. If you go here I would ask for Jessica. She does amazing work. I can't speak on the other people. I'm not sure the guys name. Wish I did. We won't be going back. I will post the pictures I showed them and pictures of what they look like. I'm so sad and not happy with the results. read more

I had such a wonderful first experience here! I actually commuted from out of town, and I'm so glad I did! Cloe was the sweetest and did an amazing job on my pedicure. She was so attentive and really took her time -- my toes look beautiful! Bon was also so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I got builder gel on my nails, and they feel absolutely amazing! You can really tell they care about their work and making sure you leave happy. I highly recommend this location! Clean and calm atmosphere. Everyone was so welcoming, and the experience was definitely worth the drive. I'll absolutely be returning! read more

Except for Ted, every nail tech is really great here. I've been coming here for five years and have always had a great experience. Recently, that's changed. I've had my nails done by Ted three times in the last two years and it's awful every time... my nails peeled in a day once because he doesn't cure them properly between layers. When I came back the following day to have them fixed, he was so rude. He also leaves my cuticles looking atrocious and sensitive from the way he cuts them. This time, I had to ask another tech to ask him to come back and finish my nails, because he did a shoddy job and went to sit around and play on his phone. Literally, anyone except for Ted. Ted is making this place lose customers. read more

Pros: they were responsive on Yelp and got me in the next day an hour after they opened. They have a lot of pedicure options with extra spa add ons- I'll attach a photo. My pedicure was fine- I mostly went for callus removal and my heels were better but still definitely rough when I left. Cons: it is very dirty in the salon. Every corner is grimy and it seems like it hasn't been deep cleaned in a very long time. All the technician carts are super dirty and every drawer that was opened looked dirty. Beyond that though, the chair arm rests had nail dust all over them and the leg rests too. The floor looks like it is rarely even swept. Also they had the same 3 minute video/and audio playing on a loop the entire time and that was super not ideal by the end haha. (I was the first client in there about 30 minutes after they opened so I can only imagine how dirty it was by the end of the day). Ultimately I won't be back because I grew increasingly grossed out and worried for my own foot health the longer I sat there and looked around unfortunately :/ read more

I went to this nail shop to get a full set done around 11 a.m., thinking it would be empty, but it was completely packed. As I waited, I started getting worried because I had to head back to work something I normally wouldn't try to squeeze in during my workday, but I had no other availability this week. I asked how much longer the wait might be since other clients were being helped (which I understand may have been appointments), and I wanted to know if I had enough time to stay or if I needed to leave. They were very kind and let me know I was next. Lily ended up helping me, and she was amazing. She was so attentive and apologetic about the wait, even though it was really my own time crunch. She took her time and paid so much attention to detail with my nails. In the 20+ years I've been getting my nails done, this is honestly one of the few times I can truly say they came out perfect from the shape to the polish to the design. I absolutely loved my nails and will definitely be booking with Lily again in the future. She was so sweet and genuinely such a beautiful person inside and out. Thank you, Lyn read more

5 STARS for Polished Nail Bar ! I reached out to Polished on Yelp at 10:30 AM on a Saturday, asking for the works: a gel French tip pedi for me and a basic kids pedi for my 5-year-old son. I expected a "Sorry, we're slammed" kind of response, but instead I got a magical "Come on down!" text like I was on The Price Is Right. We walked in and the place was packed. I thought we'd be waiting forever, but nope! They whisked us to chairs like we were VIPs who somehow made a reservation in 1997 and they were still honoring it. They even had a cute pink kid's chair ready, but since my little dude is more "blue Hot Wheels" than "pink princess," he sat with me in the big people chairs. It was his first pedi ever and he was skeptical until the kind, patient staff won him over. Now, my 5-year-old has no filter and the emotional range of a Shakespearean actor, so of course when the nice man came to seat us, my son looked him dead in the eye and said, "YOURE BALD." Thankfully, the man laughed and replied, "Baldy is my nickname," which might be the chillest response ever and immediately made me a lifelong customer. I got the "Pamper Me" gel pedicure with a French tip, and it delivered. We're talking callus removal, sugar scrub, lotion, paraffin wax, hot stones, AND a neck wrap situation that made me feel like I was in a spa commercial. My feet were reborn. For $90 before tip, it was worth every penny. My son got the kids pedi with a scrub and massage, and they even clipped his fingernails ..because why not get the full toddler tune-up? Eva was my nail tech and a total sweetheart. She kept checking to make sure I liked the French tip shape (I did), and just made the whole experience so relaxing and lovely. Also the provided Amy took care of my son and did a wonderful job!! TLDR: My feet are soft My son is now a tiny diva "Baldy" deserves a raise I shall return. With friends. And snacks. read more

I absolutely love my nails! I like the different nail color choices (the cat eye/iridescent) & it's fairly cheap for the quality. My bf got a basic manicure & I got gel cat eye for only $70! The gentleman who did my nails was so sweet. I 10/10 recommend!! read more

friendly staff, and nails always come out looking just like the inspo! would love it more if they did cuticle care though

My husband and I went in for a pedicure, he got the Classic for $30. nothing classic about it. They soaked his feet, trimmed his toenails, used the scubber and 5 minute leg massage, when I asked them (them because my technician was answering for his technician) if she would be using the file drill/sander on the bottom of his feet my technician said no because he was only paying $30. service, he would have to pay more for that service. Absurd. My technician must have asked me 4 times if I wanted gel, obviously more money. I said no 4 times I don't like gel, showed her two nail colors polishes I wanted, again has to be done in gel, more expensive, which I said no again. She was so busy talking with my husband's technician she forgot to rub one foot with the hot stone, left me sitting for at least 25min. I removed the tissue & put my own sandals on & we left. But technician came up front when I was ready to pay, so unhappy with this service, especially my husband pedicure. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in on May 24 and said 2 pedicure and a full set and they took me and my partner in to do pedicures first and then a couple minutes later the owner or worker at the front desk came to tell me she's not gonna be able to do my full set of nails that some other day mind you if I knew she wasn't we wouldn't even have got the pedicure there in the first place we would've gone somewhere else where they actually would do my full set as well. That's why when we walk in we tell you what service we want done. You could've made it clear from the start. Worst part is she said she'd see If I can get them done and she decided to just walk out and leave. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Never coming back here again. I could've easily walked out myself like she did but we're not all like that. Have respect. Terrible place. Just cause you're the owner doesn't mean your shit don't stink. read more

Been here a few times before decided to try it again. The service was awful waited 20 min and the tech I had was rude and no personality as well as on the phone. My pedi was the worse barely any clean up and done quickly. I won't be coming back. There are so many options now to come and pay for bad service. read more

While I so appreciated that my fingernails weren't damaged after a gel manicure, I am so sad I got a pedicure there. She filed the tops of my toenails, and now they have white spots on every single nail a full month and a half later. Pretty sure it's a fungus because I keep waiting for the spots to grow out, but they don't seem to be. so mixed feelings here!! Yes on hands-no on feet. read more

Need to teach the nail technician the proper way to paint nails and actually make them match. My daughter requested a leopard print French tip with a single flower on ring finger. The young guy who did her nails did not do the flowers matching at all. The flowers were made too big for the length of her nails and one even covered the whole leopard print French tip. She is so disappointed because she spent over $90 of the nails but is worried she will be forced to pay more to get them fixed. I told her I would go back with her today(she got them done yesterday) and talk to manager but she doesn't wanna look like a "Karen". We are going in cacay and she wanted to spend her first check on nails for trip and is so unhappy read more
