Not happy at all. Showed the guy the design and shape, but it did not come out the way I wanted. The nails look like little stubby teeth. I told him I wanted them rounder and not so pointy but he said they would get better as he goes. It did not, it got worse. After sitting for 2 hours I was over it and just accepted my fate. I told him to just do a simple color instead forget the design because he was struggling so bad. It doesn't even match my dress I'm wearing for the event I'm going to, but I just paid and left. I don't think I should have paid for my nails. My daughter on the other hand got her nails done too and they're beautiful. If you go here I would ask for Jessica. She does amazing work. I can't speak on the other people. I'm not sure the guys name. Wish I did. We won't be going back. I will post the pictures I showed them and pictures of what they look like. Pros: they were responsive on Yelp and got me in the next day an hour after they opened. They have a lot of pedicure options with extra spa add ons- I'll attach a photo. My pedicure was fine- I mostly went for callus removal and my heels were better but still definitely rough when I left. Cons: it is very dirty in the salon. Every corner is grimy and it seems like it hasn't been deep cleaned in a very long time. All the technician carts are super dirty and every drawer that was opened looked dirty. Beyond that though, the chair arm rests had nail dust all over them and the leg rests too. The floor looks like it is rarely even swept. Also they had the same 3 minute video/and audio playing on a loop the entire time and that was super not ideal by the end haha. (I was the first client in there about 30 minutes after they opened so I can only imagine how dirty it was by the end of the day). I went to this nail shop to get a full set done around 11 a.m., thinking it would be empty, but it was completely packed. As I waited, I started getting worried because I had to head back to work something I normally wouldn't try to squeeze in during my workday, but I had no other availability this week. I asked how much longer the wait might be since other clients were being helped (which I understand may have been appointments), and I wanted to know if I had enough time to stay or if I needed to leave. They were very kind and let me know I was next. Lily ended up helping me, and she was amazing. She was so attentive and apologetic about the wait, even though it was really my own time crunch. She took her time and paid so much attention to detail with my nails. In the 20+ years I've been getting my nails done, this is honestly one of the few times I can truly say they came out perfect from the shape to the polish to the design. 5 STARS for Polished Nail Bar ! I reached out to Polished on Yelp at 10:30 AM on a Saturday, asking for the works: a gel French tip pedi for me and a basic kids pedi for my 5-year-old son. I expected a "Sorry, we're slammed" kind of response, but instead I got a magical "Come on down!" text like I was on The Price Is Right. We walked in and the place was packed. I thought we'd be waiting forever, but nope! They whisked us to chairs like we were VIPs who somehow made a reservation in 1997 and they were still honoring it. They even had a cute pink kid's chair ready, but since my little dude is more "blue Hot Wheels" than "pink princess," he sat with me in the big people chairs. It was his first pedi ever and he was skeptical until the kind, patient staff won him over. Now, my 5-year-old has no filter and the emotional range of a Shakespearean actor, so of course when the nice man came to seat us, my son looked him dead in the eye and said, "YOURE BALD." Thankfully, the man laughed and replied, "Baldy is my nickname," which might be the chillest response ever and immediately made me a lifelong customer. I got the "Pamper Me" gel pedicure with a French tip, and it delivered. We're talking callus removal, sugar scrub, lotion, paraffin wax, hot stones, AND a neck wrap situation that made me feel like I was in a spa commercial. My feet were reborn. For $90 before tip, it was worth every penny. My son got the kids pedi with a scrub and massage, and they even clipped his fingernails ..because why not get the full toddler tune-up? Eva was my nail tech and a total sweetheart. She kept checking to make sure I liked the French tip shape (I did), and just made the whole experience so relaxing and lovely. Been here a few times before decided to try it again. The service was awful waited 20 min and the tech I had was rude and no personality as well as on the phone. My pedi was the worse barely any clean up and done quickly. I won't be coming back. There are so many options now to come and pay for bad service. read more

I came in on May 24 and said 2 pedicure and a full set and they took me and my partner in to do pedicures first and then a couple minutes later the owner or worker at the front desk came to tell me she's not gonna be able to do my full set of nails that some other day mind you if I knew she wasn't we wouldn't even have got the pedicure there in the first place we would've gone somewhere else where they actually would do my full set as well. That's why when we walk in we tell you what service we want done. You could've made it clear from the start. Worst part is she said she'd see If I can get them done and she decided to just walk out and leave. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Never coming back here again. Asked for a nude base with a baby blue French tip. Had to stop service because the base was horrible. They were super nice and invited me to go back. I did but when I got there the following day they starred at me as if i was an inconvenience. At the end of the second service the lady asked to see a pic of what I originally wanted. It seems like the only option here is gel polish because they don't have the patience to let regular polish dry. Both times I asked for my daughter's nails to be fixed, they immediately removed the toilet paper between her nails, causing them to touch and rub off. In the end, I had to pay extra for gel just to avoid further issues. And even then, there was glitter and white paint all over her nails. Why offer regular polish if you're not willing to let it dry properly? When it came time for my fill, the technician was very rough with the file and hurt me multiple times. The layers of pink looked awful, so I requested a glitter coat to cover it up--didn't want to make a big fuss. As soon as I was done, the technician got up and told me to leave the chair. I didn't even get a moment to check my nails. There was no effort to accommodate me with a chair to sit in while my daughter got her pedicure. I asked for one and sat down to examine my nails, only to find clear top coat all over my skin, making it feel tight and uncomfortable. I asked the manager to look at both my nails and my daughter's, and she said they could fix it. She did what she could, but I was still very disappointed with the overall service. After giving this place a second chance, I can confidently say I won't be back. The cleanliness of the salon is also a huge concern--there's dust and dirt everywhere. It's not just a little bit; it's layers of grime. I can't imagine how unsanitary everything is. I really don't know how anyone works here every day and is okay with the filth.
