My guilder gel wasn't as smooth was I had hoped and had a few noticeable bumps, and the gel polish started chipping after three days, which was disappointing considering the service. I spent $150 for both services. I'm willing to give them another chance because everyone was so kind and welcoming, and I'm hopeful my next visit will have a better outcome.

The dip on my nail is over my cuticle and I asked her to do something about it and she just told me that was the shape of my fingernail. I will say that the pedicure was actually pretty good but the packages they show you don't make a lot of sense. It was 25.00 more than what I normally pay at my regular nail place that does a way better job. I asked for 5 minutes of extra massage that I did not get. If you're not going to do the full massage time you should probably remove the clock from the wall. That's what I get for cheating on my regular nail place and I've learned my lesson. I witnessed and was subjected to one of the most racist experiences since being here in Bakersfield, I cannot wait for this contract to be up. I watched as these indentured merchants upcharge a customer because she was an Ethnic minority. She happened to be a teenager. I listened as they laughed and spoke in dialect and then I watched the family walk out. Not only did these indentured merchants try to exploit this child, but they ran away their bosses customer becausethey obviously weren't the owners---ole sharecroppers. I was hurt witnessing this done to a child. I get you all got the stereotypical memo that "we" that you know "they" don't tip---it's actually not true. However, if not receiving a$5-8 tip on a service, means more to you than the 6-8% you lose for NOT doing a$40-50 (what it actually costs) service, THEN not only ARE YOU A PERPETUAL INDENTURED MERCHANT BUT YOU DON'T know MATH with your FAKE GUCCI BAG AND MICHAEL KORS FLIP FLOPS‍----need to concentrate on doing some squats read more

Never had issues before, this time they had a promotion because it was under new management (same employees working there) I got a mani and pedi I didn't get what I paid for. The service was also rushed he paid more attention to other clients than me the person he was supposed to be servicing. I didn't get the shape or color I wanted at the end I was trying to pay and leave but was informed the discount required me to make a positive google review when I was done he said I had to do a yelp review as well to get the so called 20% off then he wouldn't let me pay with my cards I had to Zelle him I paid and got the hell out of there sorry but not going back I rather do my own than get treated that way! read more

Came here on my lunch and I got in and out had one of the best pedicures. I met the owner very nice man offered me some Vietnamese coffee by the way it was delicious. The ambience was perfect quiet not that many people. Music was on beat the place, clean overall. The price not bad also they're doing 20% off love a deal! I recommend this place. Ask for Henry he really goes above and beyond I get pedicures frequently but sometimes feels like they do what they want even after you tell them lol this guy is great! He followed instructions. Cindy has been doing my manicures and pedicures for quite some time, and I always appreciate her care and attention to detail! She helps relieve the discomfort when I have ingrown toenails and leaves my nails looking fresh and beautiful. She also shapes my fingernails exactly how I like them. I'm not from here and happened upon this place. So happy I did! I've attached photos showing the condition of my nails. In addition, I felt that my pedicure was rushed. The service advertised a 10-minute massage, but it lasted only about 6 minutes. The massage and other parts of the pedicure felt very brief, and I didn't feel I received the service that I paid for. When I returned to show the chipped nails, I was told they could simply file them down. Filing chipped gel polish does not correct the problem or address why the manicure failed so quickly. I would appreciate a proper resolution.I chose this salon because I expected quality work, and unfortunately this experience did not meet those expectations. They ask customers to leave a review immediately after the service, but I believe reviews should reflect the quality of the work after you've had a chance to see how it holds up. Unfortunately, the quality did not meet my expectations. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

Last month, I waited 15 minutes but this month, I waited one full hour past my scheduled appointment time. It makes me wonder why appointments are even scheduled if they aren't going to be honored. I switched to Anna after months of seeing Tony because he filed my nails so aggressively that he would make me bleed and they do not have antiseptic which is very unsanitary. While Anna's work is generally better, she becomes irritated or argues if you ask her to fix anything. Last three times there have been bubbles or specs in the polish, she consistently over paints over the sides and underneath the nails; and some nails are rounded while some are straight. Last month, she made me bleed with the electric tool. This month, she nicked my skin again with the electric tool. Thankfully, I didn't bleed but it sure hurt! There are brown lines going through the paint. Not sure why or what it is from. Because of the excessive wait and the poor experience, I left a smaller tip last month and this month. She argued with me about the tip last month, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I don't mind paying for quality service, but I expect appointments to be respected, careful work that doesn't cause injuries, and professional customer service when concerns are brought up. This is what $50 gets you. :(
