I'm visiting Bakersfield and needed a pedicure. They were able to get me in within 10 mins of calling. The place is also very clean and my nails were done very nicely! I then returned one week later because one of my toes had chipped. I have a wedding coming up and needed it fixed. I was able to walk in and they gladly fixed it for me. Great service! I've been coming here about a year for my pedicures, and I'm happy to say I've finally found a place I love. My number one priority is cleanliness, as there are too many places around town that just don't cut it. This place is very clean and I don't leave feeling like I need a shower! Secondly, the service itself has been consistently excellent each time I've visited. Tiffany and Tom are both extremely kind and welcoming - just very gracious, sweet people. Tom usually does my pedicures and his attention to detail and lack of sales pitches keep me coming back. He takes his time and provides beautiful results every time. read more

My first time visit was one of the best I have ever experienced at a nail spa. Great service, great atmosphere and all around 100% satisfied. I called to make an appointment for 9am, which is when they open. Twon (forgive my incorrect spelling) was there promptly and was ready for my gel mani/pedi right away. He provided kind and thorough service with a smile and genuine care for my wellbeing - that massage chair is SO NICE- not to mention a soothing leg and foot rub that came with a hot stone and towel to relax the muscles! As for the actual nail painting, he paid incredible attention to detail and ensured I was satisfied with the color and results. He has an amazing touch and is very good at what he does. This was my first time visiting Elite Nails, and I hope to return. Only Twon helped me out today but I feel like everyone else here would do an exemplary job as well. read more

Well where do I begin. My mother, sister, 7 year old niece and I came to this establishment to enjoy a girls day together before we all leave on a family vacation. My mother, who is disabled, has not had a pedi in some time, so we wanted to make sure this was the best experience she's had. Turns out, it was one of the more horrific experiences we have ever endured. The gentleman (I shouldn't call him that,but we'll be nice), who proceeded to do my mother pedicure, started to verbally harass and embarrass her about the condition of her feet. So badly to where my mother started crying and we had to leave. But we couldn't leave before they charged us $60.00 to soak my sisters nails and paint my nieces nail (with regular polish). We decided to pay because they were harassing us if we didn't. My mother ended paying the $60.00 and we had to come to another salon because of this terrible experience. They are catty, unprofessional, and have zero respect for people who find their business. I would not recommend this place at all, unless you are looking to be embarrassed, harassed, and flat out disrespected, then this is the place for you. I will be getting the BBB involved and will not hesitate to contact the necessary people to make sure this matter is resolved. Absolutely disgusted with my experience and with the individual who had the audacity to express their opinion towards my mother. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

Came in for a simple/regular pedicure: Friendly staff. I walked in they welcomed me. Took my temperature before even allowing me to sit, which make me happy because I know they are taking proper precautions. The place looks clean, with everything going on (COVID-19) they even have a plexy glass cover/panel between the costumer and the nail technician. I appreciate the fact that they are taking extra step to stay safe. But here's the best part, I've never experienced this anywhere else, they massaged my legs with hot stones. Four stars for their service! I've been here about four times now and decided I'd leave a review. The first time I came in I didn't know what to expect but they were very nice and seated me right away. I chose my colors and they were fairly quick with their service. But in a good way. With every visit my opinion about them got better and better. I've only got work done by both gentlemen and both have been very nice, gentle, and detailed. I plan on making this my regular spot for just a basic mani pedi. I always get polish on my toes and gel on my nails and they have yet to chip or crack due to their service. (I'm rough on my hands and feet). I really like that they don't push anything on you and their prices are reasonable are usually pay about $50 for my services. read more

What a nice little spot. I never even knew Elite nails was in the Frugattis shopping mall. I was actually grabbing some bundt cakes and saw they were a couple spots down. I walked in expecting a wait, but was told to pick a color and got sat right away. There wasn't a huge selection, but it was fine. I picked my color and took my seat. It's really small in there. I think 3 spa pedicure spots and maybe 4? mani stations. So I'm wondering how busy they get and how packed. But it was fine when I went in. There was a lady finishing up her pedicure and someone getting their nails done and someone else waiting. My pedicure was nice, relaxing, and gentle. Ironic, I'm usually in a hurry and am chomping at the bit to get in and out. Figures, the one time I had some extra time and wanted to be pampered, I was out in 45 min. (The grass is always greener on the other side) However, major plus. I like my toe nails cut short and no one ever seems to understand what short is. I can honestly say this is the one time in all my history of pedicures they were cut super short. This alone made me extremely happy. My spa pedicure was precise and to the point. No extra callus scrub or any frills. I wasn't harassed if I wanted the extra super sonic deluxe package and handed a phone book of menu options. The rock massage with really nice, but a little too fast. I seriously think I got a couple minutes on each leg. Just a quick rub up, down, and around. I'm still giving 5 stars because the rock massage was really nice. So pick your poison, shorter rock massage or longer no rock massage. My only sad moment was that I didn't sit long enough to dry and I have a funny little second to last toe. It won't listen and when relaxed, leans into my middle toe. So a little bit of the polish rubbed off. But I won't blame Elite Nails for my quirky toe missing nail polish. Overall it was really nice. And a nice little bang for your buck. I came in (with no appt) & asked if they could wax for eyebrows. It was kinda slow inside & I got back very quickly. They were extremely nice with both the greeting & during the work. I had Tiffany do my brows & she was quick & so sweet!! I asked if a pedi was possible & Tuan was the one to do it. He did such a great job & was careful, easy, but tackled my big ole monster feet extremely well. He was so sweet & a real joy to have working on me! Am very very happy & already made another appt to get a full-set. I was even able to talk my husband into getting a manicure!! The cost wasn't bad at all, especially for everything we did. The space is small but not in a bad way. It wasn't crowded but nice & comfy, very clean. Not tons and tons like some places but a lot of decent options and mostly are good polish brands. - gentle! Thy are oh so gentle each time I come here. - shape of nail (at least square and round, idk about other shapes) - older crowd so it isn't noisy - TV on mute with subtitles - bathroom for customers - waxing too - relatively fast while also being gentle, taking care of customers in the proper order, etc. - gel nails haven't chipped (ever) before the 12 day mark. What?! Yes, truth. Cons: - parking! - price, think $50+ for a gel mani and regular pedi. - designs (do not come here if you're gettin crazy designs) - what they have listed isn't always offered. I just love Tiffany, she does a fantastic job on my nails. When I leave, they are always perfect and beautiful. I trust her so much I just ask her to work her magic with whatever color she things will be good today. Everyone here does a great job, are super nice and hard working. I have not had one bad experience and always love my nails when I leave.

They quickly fit me in. I got a full acrylic set with tips and gel polish. The people were friendly as well. HOWEVER, they took the file attachments out of a an ALTOID tin. What in the lack of environmental health compliance is this?! Too many places here in Bakersfield do that. This is not clean. At no time did I see any disinfectants nor an autoclave. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever paid for. I asked for callous remover and was ignored; feet were barely scrubbed. The massage lasted all of a minute and was a joke. Everything was very rushed and I had to listen to Tiffany and her client gossip about several of the other patrons. I was appalled at some of the things that I overheard. It was like listening to mean girls in high school. When the man finished painting my toes he just got up and walked to the back of the salon without saying thank you, we're finished, so long, beat it, adios, nothing. I asked who to pay and Tiffany called the man back out without even looking at me. The man came out and said $22, processed my payment and walked away again. Unprofessional. Poor quality. I didn't see the manicurist open up my tools from a sanitized package and unfortunately I didn't read the reviews until during my pedicure about their unsanitary practices :( I noticed after the rough edges around my feet weren't smoothed out as much as they normally are when I go to other places, but it was very cheap and the customer service was good. read more

Stopped here because I didn't want to drive to Northwest to my usual spot. I was able to walk in and get seated right away then it fell apart... I'm not sure if the tools were clean, now that I think about it I didn't see any sort of sanitizer. The guy was nice but completely rushed it. I didn't want my nails cut just filed. Well he was doing the sides until I reminded him to shape them. Then, he only did the top cuticles, not my sides. Best part of any manicure is the massage, well it was rushed and not well done. Would've rather not had one. The color didn't reach the top of my nail and the sides weren't smooth. Poor quality and not convinced they have the best cleaning practices.
