Upon arrive, I was greeted by the lady in the front to the right wearing glasses, she asked me what service I needed and I replied "a manicure please" and she responded rudely saying "no time" and turned away. I was not offered a wait time or encouraged to schedule for another day- I was speechless! Is there an option for 0 stars? Michael did a terrible job and myself being the reserved person I am didn't have the heart to tell him. I got into my car burst into tears and finally gained the courage to call them. Mind you this is maybe 10 minutes after I left the place and not only did they LAUGH at me but also refused to do anything about it. No offer to fix them, no refund, nothing. They said it will be another 30 dollars to fix them because I didn't tell them right then and there! Never going back there again that's for sure! Also a cherry on top of my experience was how unsanitary Michael and his station were! Don't know what I was thinking! Rude people here! I haven't got my nails done for along time. So I decided to try this place out close to home. Well from the start to the end. I walked in the lady was rude I wasn't greeted like a lot of other places, I'm like ok maybe she's having a bad. So I brushed off. Then I get seated for my pedicure. The guy started and he rough and also rude. Ok I'm thinking he's having a bad too, I brushed off again. Same guy did my acrylic, rude when he finished. If you don't want work there? Best prices in town and I've been going here for the last 10 years! I love everyone at this salon, it feels like I'm a part of their family every time I go in and they've always been very attentive to me even when I've called and made last minute appointments or walked in. I used get my nails done there regularly, for a couple of years, by "Linda" then during Covid I decided to just grow my own nails without acrylics, gels or the dip stuff since they were closed anyway. After Covid I decided to go back to the acrylics. I continued to go a few more times but she was rude to me. I guess if you aren't spending tons of money there you get treated differently, as she was pleasant to the other customers. Then I decided to take them off and went there to get them soaked off. She sent me to a guy "Michael" who just ripped them off using a fake nail. When he started to do that I asked him why he isn't soaking them off and he said because it takes too long. Well he really damaged one of my nail beds permanently. I know I should have just stopped when I found out he wasn't soaking them off but, my bad, I didn't. In addition the nails Linda provided were usually uneven, but polished nicely. They can't do nail art there either. I will never go back after this last experience. read more

Pros - Inexpensive- $44 for Gel Mani and Spa Pedi - Staff was friendly Cons - Spa Chairs super uncomfortable - Cleanliness seemed a little sketchy. But I like the places that show the cleaning stations and unwrap clean tools from plastic - Did not do a good job shaping my nails... My nails were all the same length when I came in but now two nails are significantly shorter. - A little messy with the gel polish...I ended up sanding down some sides when I got home Overall, I wouldn't go back. read more

My friend and I went to just get a polish change in the morning and by lunch time we realized that all our fingernails had bubbles and ripples! We went back asking if they could fix our nails, since it appeared that maybe the polish was old or that something didn't settle well. Misty told us that she could fix it but the other lady rudely interrupted and asked to see our nails. She claimed that we had left with wet nails and that the bubbles were actually "sparkles" from my purse! My purse doesn't even have sparkles,they are clearly bubbles! Very disappointing service in my opinion. We were told the wait would be twenty minutes, but thirty minutes later only two of the three kids were In a chair. I won't be returning, ever.
