This has always been my go to but it sucks when I haven't been satisfied with my nails due to them rushing through customers. I either get gel or builder gel but they always seem to be touching my cuticles which causes them to easily lift once they start to grow! Barely made it to day 4. I was able to walk in on a Sunday and get a manicure and pedicure. The woman who did my manicure and pedicure was nice and attentive. Prices are reasonable. My nails don't look AMAZING, but they will do. For the price and attention, I don't mind. I will be going back. read more

update: the more i stare at them the more i hate them. some are beyond crooked & none are the same length. these are seriously some of the worst nails i've ever gotten. i literally don't know how anyone could salvage these nails. i added a photo because what the heck? original review: i went in for a fill because my friend just went here & loved it. i had a completely different experience. my cuticles literally never got done, & she kept getting mad they were in the way when she was painting my nails. i asked for them shorter, but they were half the length. none of my nails are the same shape & some are crooked. they all aren't smooth & have bumps in it. you can see the different layers of the gel polish as she didn't go under the cuticle since she didn't remove them. after she was done i was left with chrome still all over my fingers as she didn't clean it up. it's just a mess & i need these nails to last the next three weeks. i will not be coming back read more

Prices are moderate as any other nail place on this side of town. Nice atmosphere, love their instrumental music. The best part during a pedicure is the massage chairs. Love having control of the remote so I can repeat the knead and/or flap and the speed. I literally want to fall asleep during my pedicures because of these chairs. Pedicure ! I feel no matter where you go now days there's no good pedicure services! They do everything so fast they don't really clean. I don't like gel. But for some reason they get mad lol Making my whole pedicure uncomfortable. tried to charge me for gel remover which I said it was regular nail polish. Went to get a gel French tip manicure. Half way through, they had been filed so much I knew they'd break quickly. I asked if I could get acrylic added. They told me they had a special polish that would make them thicker. They said normally the special polish would be another $20 but they would do it for me for no extra charge. They finished the nails and I paid. 4 days later I had 4 chipped nails. Now it's been one week and I only have 5 nails left complete. I don't believe there was any special polish or favor done here. Ok, I'm giving 3 stars because I wanted it to be 5, but sadly I can't. I went here on a Saturday. Not too busy. That was good!! They got us right in. I picked the premium pedicure, not sure what the call it...But the most expensive, Cadillac pedicure. The guy that worked on my feet was AWESOME!! That's why I want to give it a 5. He was great! He did a great job with the massage, a lot of attention to trimming and making my toes look great. He was friendly and I would definitely go back to him!! Buuuttt.... I got my toes done on Saturday and I was already losing paint on Thursday. I was so upset. I've never had that happen before with ANY nail salon. I usually have my nail Polish grow out but not chip off. So this is why they get a 3 store. If the guy wasn't so awesome, it would get a 1 star. It makes me mad to spend $80 + $20 tip and have my nails look worse now than they did when I walked in. I have pictures but I'm embarrassed of my ugly feet. read more

The only positive review is that they helped me charge my phone, and that they gave me the price during the manicure portion before starting on my nails. I thought I wanted a simple design, but she was having a hard time and blamed the gel for "melting." The Mickey design is on the ring finger on my right hand and on the middle finger of my left hand. Which of course does the same for the stars. She had to redo the Mickey on my left hand and they're still bad. I've never been hurt so much when cleaning up the cuticles. I wanted these nails for my upcoming engagement photos, and I'm so upset that we won't be able to get the closeups of my ring like we wanted. read more

Went in today and there was no wait. The place could be a little cleaner and they could try and being a little more welcoming but overall the experience was fine. My nail tech did amazing. I wish I got her name, but I didn't. I showed her a pinterest inspired nail design and she made it happen. She picked the colors and used new, clean tools on my nails. I do not recommend this salon. I went for a pedicure and from the time I sat down to the time my nails were done was 10 minutes. I got a 3min massage on my legs, then my toes polished. I didn't get my cuticles cleaned up or any other service that is part of a pedicure. My friend who came with me didn't even get the massage part of her pedicure. I paid the price, and the woman who did my nails took the cash out of my hand, counted it, and scoffed when she saw I did not include a tip. Then she made a comment to her coworker. If I could rate this place less stars, I would. I went in for as a 1st time customer to get a gel pedicure & a gel nail fill. I thought it would be convenient since I lived pretty close. They were very quick & worked on my nails & toes simultaneously. Later on that evening, the top nail color was literally chipping/peeling off multiple nails. I could feel the slippery/oily feeling underneath the nail color. The next day, I called to inform them. They were very nice & said to come in again so that they could fix them. A lady redid my nails & she was very kind. Later on the day upon further inspection, I noticed that multiple nails had bubbles & multiple nails had faded color (as if she put on a 2nd coat of nail color without letting the 1st coat dry so you can see right through the nail polish). They did not chip/peel off that same day, so I was not going to call & complain. EXCEPT.... 3 days later, my nail color started chipping/peeling off AGAIN. Within 1 week, half my nail color was peeled off. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone whatsoever. I should have read all the reviews prior to coming here... multiple customers have experienced the same thing. read more

This saloon maybe good for nails only, but for please do not go for wax. I wish they clean the wax word from their door. I thought they really do wax. The wax room was basically storage. A dirty bed that I didn't want to lay on. She was using the same stick for multiple dipping in the wax. Imagine she used the same wax for so many others, some may even had skin diseases. I canceled the service for my face and only did my hands. It took her forever to do it. She charged me double because i told her to do the parts that I could still see the hair. It's a hit and miss kinda place. I normally just stop in for a pedi. Some days the pedi is really good, from Beginning of soak to the leg and foot massage. But days it seems like they just want your money and the service is mediocre. Today I went in to get a pedicure and a full set. They rushed through my toes and were done in less than 30 minutes, it looks rushed too but that doesn't matter compared to what this older guy did to my nails. He started my nails and we were off to a good note until he started to shape and file. My cuticles have never been hurt more by a nail tech before. He was filling my cuticles, drilled my cuticles, pushed them down with his finger nail to file my nail but it honestly was just a very very very painful process. I sat there and held my composure until he was done, I tried to think to myself "trust the process". But when it was over they looked just as bad as I figured they were going too. I told him I didn't like them and he proceeded to offer the nails to me for free, insisting I leave and only pay for my toes. I told him I had money and paying wasn't a problem, but I want my nails to look nice because I have something special going on. After realizing I wasn't going to take his offer he took off my nails. Not nicely either. As you can see, I have multiple cuts around my cuticles and my nails look absolutely horrendous. The acrylic isn't all the way off he just drilled it down. While drilling and filling it down he again went over my cuticles, cutting them in the process. I know he knew. I went to pay and tipped $20 because he did a lot of work and although I didn't like them, it's just the kind thing to do. So I tell him $20 tip and he giggles, such an as*****. It hurts A LOT, as you guys know hang nails don't play, they hurt bad. He gave me about 4 of them. Don't go here, there are too many nail salons to risk it. read more

I've been here a few times prior to this review. The first time, my dip mani lasted less than 6 days before crumbling. The second visit, my gel mani was mediocre, but my pedicure was amazing. They have wonderful massage chairs, and the technician got gunk out of my toenails that I didn't even know was bothering me! This last visit, I called ahead and made an appointment. I arrived immediately on time and was sat in a chair fairly quickly. Two guests came in after I did, were sat down and their water was started for their pedicure. Meanwhile, 20 minutes passed and I still hadn't been acknowledged, and I was sitting at a pedicure chair with an empty bowl, aimless. Thinking I could get a pedicure and get to my next appointment, I walked out after 25 minutes. I put my shoes on, grabbed my purse, and left. Nobody noticed, nobody stopped me, and nobody cared. I will not be returning. Maybe they will learn to prioritize their clients who have taken the time to make an appointment? And change their dip powder so it doesn't crumble within days of application? Disappointed. read more

My 13 year old daughter decided to get her nails done on a whim. I took her because it was near our house. They were able to fit us in as a walk-in. The technician did well but I was displeased that she had not cleaned up the cuticles even though we asked for a full set with mani. When I asked about it after the acrylic nails were done she said it would be extra. I decided to pay an extra $15 on top of the $70 I paid for the acrylics. She removed the cuticles in under 5 minutes. Over the we walked away a bit unhappy with the price and their service. I will not be returning. read more

I wasn't going to write a review but it's been a week and you can't even tell I had a pedicure so I just need to share. I went in for just a pedicure. It started fine but then the guy showed me a piece of my nail he cut off, almost like there was something wrong with it. He barely trimmed my cuticles and my nails aren't even filed straight. He truly did the bare minimum. Usually when I get a pedicure I sit in the chair until my nails are dry. This time, he opened up the chair right away so I would get up. There wasn't anyone waiting either and my toes got messed up as I was walking out... that wouldn't have happened if I was able to sit there a little longer. Overall, not a great experience.
