Just went to Nail Gallaria for the second time. Love the ambiance and Alex's chic pink work station. Experience super positive, excellent customer service. Alex did my nails today (blk) & Katie did my daughters. We couldn't be happier. Perfect way to be pampered on Mother's Day! read more

Got my nails done on Wednesday October 3rd. Had an appointment at 5:15 with Tiffany. It will be 3 weeks this Wednesday with my nails. And I already lost two nails! Let me tell you I am upset. I got my nails done for my wedding and everyone was giving good reviews about this place. Nope never again. After a week with them a nail falls off on my left hand. And now the second week another nail falls off! I've been getting my nails done since I was 14yrs old I'm 27 and I have never had such bad experience with my nails falling off so quickly. $50 dollars for nails to keep falling off. And I see my bridesmaids who went to different places still have their nails still good even though it's been a little over two weeks after my wedding. I am upset with how long they lasted. read more

So I had my nails done in Las Vegas by my regular lady who I used to go to. It took some time to find somebody new I recently lost another nail tech. Anyways I got paired with the girl with the same name as me. Sandy. She was great, she took her time, she listened to my nail issues. She use the product that is rare that not a lot of nail techs like to use and she did a great job. She hand shaped With files and she did not use a drill. I like this because it's old-school and you don't get cut or nipped and your nails definitely don't get ruined. I thought the she was reasonably price and the salon was clean. I went mid day during the week and it wasn't completely swamped which I liked. I will definitely be back. read more

I use to be a customer of this place for years and loved it! Sad to say that this is now the worst place to get your nails done waiting for 3 hours to get my pedi,I was scheduled at 12:00 by Jenny the owner. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, people with out an appointment was seen first by Lupe the nail tech and she took extra long on purpose. These customers she claim had an appointment but where not put on the calendar so she serviced them first with out an appointment. Will never return to this place again! Plus she was talking shit the whole time saying all the customers could be canceled for all she cared and that she didn't care if they left it was better for here! This girl started at 12:10 and it is now 2:13 and she still not done! If your new don't come here. The owner of the place is as petty as her workers read more

Jenny was super nice, she was my nail tech. I love that they offer gel x because I can get super long nails and not damage my natural nails like the acrylic. The place was clean and they also have a wide variety of gel polish colors which is really convenient. read more

Nice environment, clean, calm, friendly service, the technicians are good i think. how it's possible to have only one color option of french polish. This ugly pink color for nails, What a bad taste... i had to ask my technician to remove that pink. Your people is working great for earn their money... you don't be cheap and do some investments buying great products and variety of colors. ... my nails are full of pain, it feels like they are breaking :(, really hurts. read more

Decided to give this place another try, considering I have seen so many ladies around town with fabulous looking nails, and they have all told me that they have visited the salon to get them done. I will admit, I was about 15 minutes late to my appointment, but they were absolutely sweet and said it was fine, and seated me right away. The gal who worked on my nails, Tiffany, was very accommodating. I have seen other reviews mention her name and state that she was rude. I didn't take it that way, she just seemed very quiet. But she did make conversation with me, smiled and shook my hand as I sat down. She did a fantastic job on my nails, took her time, and was very neat and tidy about doing them. She did leave the edges of my coffin-shaped nails a little sharp, but that's no big deal to me. I can file them down a little bit and they'll be fine. The only reason why I am only up-voting to three stars is because of their pricing. The two dollar fee to use their credit card machine is a little ridiculous. I understand it costs money to use a debit POS system, but that doesn't mean that you need to charge your customers to do it. You're already charging your customers upwards of $50 for a simple full set manicure, tacking on that additional little fee seems a little bit egotistical. Granted, it is only two dollars, but as I mentioned before, with the rates that are being charged For services, it's a little much. I myself work for a small business, and we would never charge our customers to use their debit card at our place. But that's neither here nor there. Not sure if I'll be back, as I do try to go to different places around town to see what they're like. But, I'm happy with my nails. And that's the most important thing, right? read more

The nail shop is really clean and the nail techs are friendly. The wait time averages from a few minutes to few hours based off of multiple visits. Jenny is really friendly and she does good nails unfortunately for me I did a walk-in this time and put with another nail tech. The other tech was really friendly and super chill. The color is cute and they have a large selection of colors. BUT my nails didn't come out the way I wanted and looked messy. Around the nail bed area the nails look unfinished and I left feeling horrible and that I had wasted money probably not going back. read more

My nails came out so pretty! They also feel strong and don't feel like they will chip. I take really good care of my natural nails and its important for me to have someone know what they are doing. There are not very many places you can go and show a nail technician a picture that you want and they do a great recreation of it with no problems. Jenny and Mom were awesome and I appreciate their skill, hospitality and attention to detail. The salon was also clean and big with a great selection of nails colors (well gel anyway). I actually live in the LA-Hollywood area and was up here for work and while there may be a few places I might be able to go in LA to get the same skill, none accept walk-in's which can be a hassle. So I might be traveling back to Bakersfield to have Jenny do my nails again every few months when I travel for work. I think she it might be worth the wait. I do feel there prices are competitive and reasonable for their work but that is always up to an individuals pocket book lol. read more

I asked for a gel manicure AND pedicure, I received a gel manicure and REGULAR pedicure. Also asked for acrylic on both big toes, and wanted them shorter but didn't get them shorter. My manicure has bubbles in the polish, and the women didn't cut my cuticles well, and filed them to where they're rigged and none are the same length. I also looked down at my pedicure to find that the polish isn't even dry, and it's gotten smudged from my sandals, when I asked if my toes were dry, I received a reassuring "yes" Really disappointed because I spent $60 here, and I went twice before to a different nail technician and she had done wonderful. read more

This place is shabby! It's so not worth the money and time. I got my nails done and a day later one broke. They don't have the latest tools to successfully do pedicures!!! $80 for a child's job. I'm guessing from the photos, they are either fake/stolen or Jenny is the only one that knows how to do nails. Don't let the photos fool you!!!! Uploaded a photo of my nails...."real photo" if I could give it no stars...I would! read more

Just walked in to Nail Galleria for the FIRST time. Spoke to a gal about the prices for a fill and designs. (Three other nail techs were working on customers, but this gal I spoke with was just on her phone chillin.) I asked if they take walk-ins. She said yes, but that they're totally booked for today. Their were literally no other customers sitting around waiting. She didn't bother to even TRY to squeeze me in for perhaps later in the day. read more

I found this salon on Instagram, came to yelp and saw the stars. Don't be fooled. I messaged Tiffany asking for a full set and if she was available at 10:00am. She proceeded to say she only goes in at 10:30am. We confirmed then she texted back saying she already had someone else book, would 11:30 be fine? I was fine with that. I came in she was 15min late and didn't even greet me just starred at me until I looked up. She did not pay attention to what I wanted done nor the length of my acrylics. On her phone the entire time and decided to add a little tip to herself when I did not tip her. I woke up the next morning and my nails were completely chipped. I messaged her & she said the best she can do was fix my broken nails? Okay but my other nails were as thin as the ones that broke off so my other nails were bound to break off also. I spoke with the owner she gladly took full responsibility (even though it wasn't her fault) & re-did my set. The 2 stars are for the responsibility of the owner. I should have read the reviews before making an appointment and waisting $60! read more

I wish that I could give this place no stars. As a business owner this salon has the worst atmosphere and terrible customer service. I walked in and it took 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me then another 5 minutes for a representative to ask me what I needed. During that wait time they had a very foul language movie blasting from both tv screens. I don't approve of hearing women called b*** and hearing other very strong language in this type of establishment. I ended up leaving because I was told the wait was 2 hours. There was only 3 women that needed service. This company isn't deserving of your money or your precious time. It's also not a family friendly environment. read more

I booked appointments for a total of 4 girls because one of them was getting married. We all wanted different services (manicure, gels and pedicures). We all arrived together and on time. Checked in and picked our nail colors, but still had to wait over 30mins. One of the girls became frustrated and took off. The rest of us stayed because the bride was going to be busy the rest of the week and would not have time to have her nails done. I had gel nails done, they came out nice, but the service was really bad. Manicurist never spoke to me, she just kept talking to the other manicurist. I will never go back, they had no respect for our time read more

Absolutely ridiculous! First time here and I came in to change the color on my dip nails for a wedding I am in. The women who did my nails was the owner and didn't know what she was doing and had to ask ME. She ended up painting over my previously dipped nails with gel polish without removing the dip already on it. You could clearly see the old color on the bottom of my nails when she was finished so I asked them to redo it and she said they didn't have time. when I told them I'd have to go somewhere else to get them fixed and didn't have the money to pay to get my nails done twice they said they were still going to charge me and wouldn't let me leave. They finally took money off but it was only $15. So I ended up paying $25 for terrible gel nails that I would soon get completely replaced. So unless you're going here to get gel nails save your time and money and go somewhere else. read more

Today I called to get my nails done the manager said to call back at 1100.. I called back at 1100 ... she put me on the phone with Tiffany ... This girl got on the phone ... no hi can I help u... no good morning... her exacts words... mmmhm ... I thought what poor social skills ... and proceeded to ask to get my nails done despite her attitude .. again mmmhm in the most sarcastic I don't wanna help u way ... totally snobby ... I said never mind U hav an attitude ... ty I don't get it don't u want money don't u want new clients ? And if u don't u can say it politely , not treat someone like shit that u hav never met over the phone... some people just think there to good how do u conduct business? Talented or not ... attitude goes along way ... a first impression is a lasting one .. u never no who's on the other end I should treat everyone with respect .. read more

So... I truly believe of you are a usual customer who makes appointments , nothing of this applies, because usual customers get treated differently. And that is where my problem starts...one person who did mine and my husband's feet...she was back a d forth, kind of weird. It was hard to relax, because it was obvious we didn't fit in. The Pedicure left a lot to desire...my feet are as rough as when I walked in and I guess I expected a foot massage of sorts. Yes I am spoiled, I know. The seats are not meant for people with long legs and so after 90 min everything started hurting. Btw it shouldn't have taken more than 45 min, but the poor lady had to work tandem, remember. Anyway, if u just want something basic, u should be fine, though bring cash, they charge $2 for credit or debit. read more

I got my nails done by Brenda. She is kind and very talented! She was attentive and took her time. I felt so out of place because my manicure didn't feel rushed compared to other salons I go to. I think it's mostly by appointment but they do accept walk ins. They have so many colors to pick from, I mean they had about 20 different varieties of the nude color alone. It was very overwhelming lol. If you haven't I recommend that you view their profile on instagram, they have tons of photos of their work. I stalked their instagram before making an appointment. The lady did a good job replicating the image but she did not push back or cut my cuticles and did not cover my whole nail.
